When I finally called Harley Street Dental Art Clinic, I was amazed at how kind and professional they were over the phone. Even though I wasn’t their patient at the time, they took the time to listen, explained clearly what might be causing my pain, and helped me understand the situation. They immediately arranged an urgent appointment for me, which was a huge relief. After that first treatment, I knew I could trust them. A year later, when my father needed dental implants, I brought him here and he had his implants done with Dr Qureshi, the results were excellent, and we were both so happy with the care he received. Later, I returned myself for aesthetic treatments, and I was just as impressed with the outcome. Since then, I’ve continued to come regularly every six months for my check-ups, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience because this clinic truly deserves the recognition. They genuinely care about their patients, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.

When I finally decided to have my composite bonding done, I wasn’t completely sure at first, but after coming here myself, I can honestly say it was the best decision. From the very beginning, the whole team has been amazing. They always communicate clearly, explain every step, and genuinely care about their patients. Whether it’s the dentist, the coordinator, the nurses, or even the reception team, everyone is incredibly kind and gives 100% to make you feel comfortable. I’ve now been coming here for about a year and a half, and just like my friend, I’m extremely happy with the results and the service. I wanted to share my experience because this clinic truly deserves the praise highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I first came to Harley Street Dental Art Clinic about four years ago and saw Dr Goodarzi, and later Dr Qureshi . Since then, I’ve had several treatments here including implants, clear aligners, and finally composite bonding. Every step of the way, the service I received has been absolutely outstanding. After two years of completing my treatments, I felt it was important to share my experience because this clinic has truly been different from anywhere else I’ve been before. I had visited other clinics in the past, but nothing compares to the care, professionalism, and results I’ve had here. Even though I live quite far away, I continue to come here for all my dental treatments — and I’ve even recommended this clinic to some of my neighbours, who also travel the same distance because of the quality of care. I started my treatment with Invisalign under Dr. Imran, which took about a year, and afterwards I had my composite bonding done. The results were amazing, and I’m really happy with the care I received. Over the past three years, the team has always treated me with so much kindness and professionalism. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the service has consistently been excellent. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to the quality of care. Negative experience: I don’t normally write bad reviews but after today I feel I need to share my experience with Harley street dental art clinic. I have used this service for over a year now and have spent I’d say over £4,000. I travel two and a half hours each way and use this service for my composite bonding. At first everything was ok. Experienced issues with the same front tooth over three times however this has been rectified by Dr Faisal who completed all my care Unfortunately I thought I had another crack, due to staining on my front tooth. I booked in for a hygiene appointment and a repair. They took £100 deposit and I had to pay £200 on the day. When I came for my appointment today I had to be seen by Dr Heilia Javadi as Dr Faisal was not available. My appointment lasted the whole of 25 minutes I did not need a repair due to it being only staining and not a crack. She simply brushed over the tooth and said it’s fine- just staining. I asked if I was going to be charged for the £200 repair. She rushed off to ask the finance department who said yes as it was the booked time. Ok no problem il pay for the time booked. However could you clean or do something I need with the time I paid for. No she said I was only going to put a bit of composite over your tooth anyway!??? So what did I pay for exactly? When I went to pay the price changed to £310. I was so angry by that time I did not want to book in for future maintenance, I was so annoyed I couldn’t even check what she did in the first place. As a manager for the NHS for over ten years I have never been so disgusted in the private service in my life. You’re meant to build a relationship with your clients so they do come back for future appointments! Not mugged off for £310 for a 25 minute appointment! Let’s just say I won’t be returning. The staff’s etiquette was poor, and the advice and guidance provided was inadequate. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of care and professionalism! I actually felt like I was in a chop shop for your nails! In and out money money money!!! Bring back Dr Faisal! If you’re thinking of booking turkey do it because it’s a waste of money and time and just a name! I don’t mind paying but for a service that I am receiving!!! I didn’t receive ANY type of service! At all!!!

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Composite bonding. Its such a shame as the staff are so nice, especially the Persian lady in reception and the female dentist. However, this practice has drastically declined in their customer service, and seem only to be interested in getting as much money as they can from their customers. I got composite bonding for 16 teeth less than a year ago at a premium price, and since then, 3 of the teeth have broken down. The first tooth broke less than a month in. The product used is of poor quality, and even despite this, I stayed as a loyal customer. Today I was on my way to fix a broken bond, and the train i was on stopped mid-journey due to a signal failure. I showed them proof of this, and despite having paid £100 deposit, I was told that the delay to my appointment would incur a £150 fee on top of the already overpriced service. I was never informed of this prior to booking the appointment, and this is clearly a new policy. It's evident that this practice has become drastically money-orientated, and their values on customer service and quality have been forfeited for cash-grabbing. P.S. when looking to fix this broken bond, I found local clinics using the exact same products, and only charging £100 per tooth (half of the price charged by this clinic). Strongly advise to save your money and go elsewhere.

Dr Qureshi was so kind and understanding – he could see I wasn’t completely happy and really took the time to listen to me. Fantastic experience: Just had composite bonding on my top 10 teeth and I’m really impressed. I have to be honest, I was sceptical about this place because I couldn’t find them on trust pilot, the price seemed too good to be true and all I could find were really positive google reviews (I was worried they were all paid for). Faisal Ayyad was my dentist and he is an absolute perfectionist. He took his time and kept going back to each tooth to perfect it. I’ve not stopped smiling for the last 24 hrs since I had them done. I was really keen that my teeth looked natural and not like turkey teeth and the dentist nailed it. I haven’t smiled properly in a photo my whole life to hide my teeth and I’m actually looking forward to the Mrs wanting photos on holiday this year rather than offering to take it. I’m not one to leave a review but these guys deserve it. If I had one thing that could be better it would be their Communication. I messaged through instagram initially and they were really slow to get back to me. I tried to find a number and it was a mobile number (which worried me) and ended up booking through WhatsApp. I felt like I spoke to lots of different people to try and organise my appointments and was a bit unsure paying for consultation fees etc via links sent to me on WhatsApp. I mention this because it nearly put me off but I’m glad I didn’t go elsewhere and pay over the odds. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile

Positive experience: 4.5 overall rating Service: Teeth whitening trays & whitening Upper eight teeth composite bonded Positives: - Faisal Ayyad was very helpful throughout the whole process giving recommendations and provided a good overall service. - When adjustments needed to be made after the complete procedure he done them on the spot, then two weeks later made a few more minor tweaks to give me the finish I wanted. - Very affordable with a good range of availability, I was able to do everything within 5 weeks of the initial consultation. Negative's: - When I arrived at my first appointment it was not logged on the system even after sending payment and getting a reminder to turn up. I was made in a way to feel it was my fault which was frustrating after travelling all that way at the time. - Second appointment I was told a fee was not paid/logged as paid, again had to prove on my bank statement it was (not a big issue just a bit annoying) - The initial end product of my composite could have been slicker. I had some sharp glue left on my back teeth and the back remained gritty. This was later rectified which is great but could have been done on the day but I was told initially the back couldn’t be smoothed over. In terms of cost to value add, I would recommend the clinc. And, specifically Faisal.

Negative experience: I called them a number of time and no one answered, I physically went to the establishment but no one was there. luckily I got another number by a receptionist for a different business. I called and left a voicemail. Once I received a call back the phone line kept on cutting off every other word, making it extremely difficult for me to understand. Not Sure, how a business operates with terrible service. I don’t believe they are inclusive. I have a traumatic brain injury and have a finance team that organise my funds. My team were unable to make contact via telephone and email. Again, I contacted them with no answer then messaging them via WhatsApp. I don’t understand how an establishment like this has NO COMMUNICATION. They don’t allow access for all as I believe they have discriminated me massively. They refused to accept payment from a third-party as it ‘ involves too much paperwork’. Therefore, refusing me access to get any form of support. This left me extremely frustrated, I wanted to speak to management to find out if there’s a way around this. I was told that there’s no way of me communicating directly with the manager, he has no contact number or email address. I would never recommend this place to someone just because your business is on Harley Street doesn’t make you great. You guys need to be better at your job and change whatever policies are in place to allow inclusivity.

I paid for a consultation that is non refundable after being told they could do it by the dates I requested as soon as I paid the dates were no longer available but I was still happy to go ahead with the work, I wanted to finance but wasn’t a deal breaker and noticed on the finance sheet I was being charged again for a consultation I raised this with the finance company and got no response, harley street also don’t respond and my treatment coincidentally started the next day, and if the finance don’t go through in time you can’t attend your appointment as it’s not paid for and they charge you £150 to rebook so feels like a big trap

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have spent a fortune on my teeth (local dentist) my upper backs are all implants and even after Invisalign & whitening I still did not have a smile I liked. I paid for a few consultations at different dentists for composite bonding as it is an important decision to make. My consultation with Dr Darsh at Dental Art was the best by far. He explained things so in-depth & I felt extremely comfortable with him. He really listened to what I wanted & I felt he would do the absolute best he could. I am beyond happy with my finished results it was a worry that my back crowns would be noticeable but they blend in perfectly. Dr Darsh’s attention to detail is just amazing he does these veneers all the time unlike some dentists who maybe do one a month! I also needed a retainer made so my teeth did not move and it was there the next morning and a perfect fit. I had 6 upper & 10 lower composite veneers the price was fantastic (my own dentist was double) but the price was not my deciding factor I truly believe i picked the best Doctor & clinic to get the smile I wanted Thank you

Fantastic experience: Im so glad i found Harley street dental, they’ve well and truly changed my life. I started my journey back in November 24 where Dr Helia Javadi completed 6 fillings and a hygiene appointment. Following this I then had 5 top teeth gum contoured. I was so nervous about this procedure but Helia made me feel so comfortable and talked me through step by step so I knew what was going on. She really put me at ease and after all the worrying the procedure was painless and healed perfectly. I then had 16 composite veneers done by the lovely Dr Faisal Ayyad who has been amazing throughout all my visits. He’s listens to exactly what I wanted and nothing has been too much. Customer satisfaction is his main goal! From start to finish her attention to detail is excellent, making sure they’re exactly how I wanted them and also giving her professional opinion on things I wasn’t quite sure about! Making sure I am comfortable and giving me a break if I needed one whilst having 18 composite bonds. She makes sure you are happy even after leaving with a checkup shy of 2 weeks later. Fantastic experience: Very easy to start in terms of booking an appointment, then the consultation where they are incredibly helpful as to what you wish to do with your teeth once you’ve chosen what style and changes you want with your teeth it’s fairly straight forward the main thing you need to know is your in very good hands coming from an existing patient. The way I feel about my teeth now is indescribable I’m over the moon and I can’t stop smiling, I don’t think they understand the confidence that has come back to me. Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Booked a virtual consultation, not only did I have to ring them 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment, it felt rushed and unorganised. The dentist made me feel uneasy and I felt as though i was an inconvenience. The consultation was £50!! I was on the phone around 10 minutes and felt confused afterwards. The customer service with this company has been shocking, multiple WhatsApp accounts that all say different things, lady on the phone tried asking me for my £50 deposit again, even though I had paid it, she was also rude, definitely could do with a customer service course. Avoid at all costs

I recently had 20 composite veneers down by Faisal Ayyad i cant explain how happy i am with my results giving me a new found confidence in my smile. Fantastic experience: Recently had composite bonding carried out by Dr Helia, I am over the moon with the results. She managed to get the final look exactly how I wanted it with a natural looking finish. She was very patient with me through out the day ensuring I was comfortable and the works were carried out completely painless. They even organised for me to get a night guard the next day on a special delivery to ensure damage was not caused due to the fact I grind my teeth in my sleep. Positive experience: Good Evening . Me and my friends , have been couple times to the clinic for our teeth treatments and the job was done good in a good level, at Harley Street Dental Art .i did a composite bonding and some some other treatments. Prices high but the job done .Docs/Dentists know what their are doing. My issue is/was about management behaviour to staff. Staffs welcoming way and cooperation was really good and made us feel comfortable and welcomed . Got surprisingly stunned from that behaviour(Rude and Raise the voice tone) in front my eyes to staffs from the person in charger about shouting to employees and make them look//feel bad for their endeavour try to do their best. It happen to some of us to experience this kind of behaviour some times ,makes us feel uncomfortable being there with such kind behaviour in general not once but repeatedly . We may consider not to choose for our next treatments the clinic. Would be such a shame fact for the reason of we have been recommend the clinic for the work ethic but unfortunately that doesn't make it easier for us as well seeing that. We don't know if happen to other patience's as well but that was and is not nice.
