She is our family dentist and our child loves going back to see her for a check up or a treatment. Her assistant Tina is also very supportive and friendly with us, so is the reception team. I am very glad for keeping the practice open on weekends, as it is very convenient for us, working full time. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Extremely professional, informative & respectful, had to have a fair amount of work done after years of not being seen so they were very patient with me being anxious. Would 100% recommend this practice, 99% of the staff are amazing!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. I found the medical staff to be neither friendly nor professional, and it felt like their main focus was more on making money than providing honest, quality dental care. After just two sessions, I was told I needed to find a specialist elsewhere to continue my treatment. I also felt pressured into going private instead of receiving care under the NHS, which didn’t sit right with me. They attempted to charge me nearly £100 for a hygienist appointment, which I canceled after realizing this seemed excessive—especially since other patients mentioned they were charged significantly less for the same service. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: I have just started as a patient in this clinic and I already feel at ease. I have to say that a huge part of my confidence in this clinic is because of the way I was accommodated and assisted by the receptionists, Jade and Maisie C. Jade ensured that I get my emergency appointment in time and has been great in keeping in touch with me through responding to my emails promptly and even gave me a call to get through a message to me urgently. Maisie C. has been very incredibly supportive and responsive with all of the enquiries I had when I went for my appointment in the clinic. She patiently answered all of my questions with honesty and a smile. Maisie C. was very welcoming and accommodating. I am grateful.

Negative experience: Staff are unbelievably rude, I’ve left upset and shaken up. Refused treatment because it was a 111 emergency appointment (managers words) asked to make a complaint and they don’t have a complaint procedure. Treating patience’s with total disrespect and getting away with it. AVOID.

Fantastic experience: Ioana is the most incredible dentist. My son had a teeth taken out and she was so patient, so gentle and supportive and made the experience for us all more positive regarding the situation. 10/10 who’s recommend always!

Fantastic experience: Again, I went back to Winchester specifically to see Dr. Ioana Felecan and her wonderful nurse Tina. They removed my last grey filling and replaced it with a white one. They made this a painless, straightforward and dare I say it, pleasant procedure. I'm so grateful to them. Ioana is amazing at what she does, and is the best dentist in the whole of Hampshire. I've now started my teeth whitening course with Dr. Ioana Felecan and I cannot wait to see the results! Thank you both so much!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice. I had a severe dental emergency and was referred by NHS 111. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I had previous bad experiences with a dentist which left me fearful and stressed at the thought of going to the dentist. Upon entering the practice, I was impressed at how professional it looked. The reception team were very friendly and helpful, and put me at ease. They really cared, and made a super impression on me. I saw the dentist within minutes of arriving, and she listened to me explain what I had been through with the infected tooth. She explained the options to me in a professional warm way. I chose to have the tooth extracted. She explained that there would be an expert dentist available on Friday to do the extractions. So I booked an appointment to come back to see this dentist, Huma. On arriving for the extraction, I met Huma, and found her super warm and kind, so unlike any dentist I have ever met so far. She was so kind, gentle, professional. She was an expert at dealing with a nervous traumatised patient like me. She was really switched on to how I was feeling, and kept giving me breaks in the treatment. Incredibly Huma got the tooth out in minutes, which surprised me. I had been told by my previous dentist that it was a very complicated extraction and that I would need a surgical extraction. Huma took one look at it and told me it would be "easy", and it was for her! I am so relieved that I found this wonderful practice, and I have now registered as a private patient and it is the only dental practice I will go to from now on. Thanks for a great experience and an end to my pain Bupa, Southgate St in Winchester. The only thing to mention is that there is no parking nearby. I parked at Tower Street multistory and it was a 10 minute walk to the practice.

Fantastic experience: I was seen today by Dr Masud and Tina, both very helpful, Dr Musad was extremely attentive and sympathetic. I did have a long wait to be seen over an hour but it was a 111 appointment, Mollie the receptionist kept me informed of how much longer the wait would be and it was a lot better than going to A&E. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I was helped by Dr Masud and Tina who were both incredibly lovely and friendly, making sure that I was comfortable the entire time, by explaining everything really well. They even gave me treatment on the day of my appointment instead of making me rebook! The receptionist, Lisa, offered us drinks while we waited and it was a genuinely lovely environment, I really recommend.

Negative experience: I switched to Bupa a few years ago, and since then, I've experienced frequent last-minute appointment changes, three different dentists, and even endured pain during a procedure while pregnant. Despite timely arrivals, I faced long waits without compassion. Sickness led to appointment cancellations, resulting in two complaint letters.I genuine forgot about my appointment once and you made me pay 25£ fee without beeing aware about it. Today I have been asked to reschedule a routine check appointment because 7 mins late due to childcare. You are simply a joke and a disappointment. You and your staff simply doesn't understand what is relating with customers. I had worked 10 years for the NHS and I never sent a patient home for being 7 minute late.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this dental practice for several years now and I cannot fault any of the staff that have dealt with me. Timothy is my current dentist and he has been excellent in helping me understand what I need to do regarding the follow up care after treatment. He is also really good with our 5 y/o twins, patiently and calmly reassuring them during check ups.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction with a dentist called Kishan Ishani. Being one of the worst teeth to have extracted it was surprisingly one of the easiest I've had taken out by far & it took a matter of minutes. Reception staff are also very polite & presentable. I highly recommend this dental surgery & the dentist I had Dr. Kishan Ishani.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my children to this practice for years now, and I am so happy by the way Dr Masud and nurse Tina deal with all of us. They are always very gentle and full of good manners. so helpful and full of suggestions on how to keep teeth in good health. The receptionists Lisa and Mollie are so refreshingly polite and up bit. I would recommend this practice to everybody.

Fantastic experience: My son recently had a checkup and he needed some extra work done including a scale which I was worried about because my son is autistic but Dr Masud, Tina and Ellie really looked after him, telling him everything that they were doing as they were doing it and if he needed to stop that was fine. They didn’t rush him at all and gave him time to adjust to what was happening which I appreciated greatly.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is fantastic!! I am petrified of the dentist but these guys are great. On Saturday I went in for a procedure. Mollie on reception made me feel completely at ease letting me know how long it would be. Dr Masud and RAminta the nurse were amazing the procedure was over before I know it and they helped me relax and I didn't feel a thing!! Wouldn't go anywhere else now!!

Negative experience: Keep cancelling NHS appointments. It’s been 2 or 3 years since I was able to get seen and have to keep paying privately. When they re-book you it’s months and months away and then gets cancelled again. Absolute jokers, this lot.

Negative experience: A completely terrible and stressful experience from start to finish. My children found this appointment harrowing and despite personally having visited a dentist regularly for more than 45 years the recent decline in patient care at this practice makes me question how I will ever go back. Rude, unprofessional and unkind ‘treatment’ from the dentist I saw yesterday has been reported but still NO communication from the practice manager?! If you can avoid going there, I urge to do so.

I phoned the bupa dental practice at 8am and was seen within a couple of hours. With an infection needing antibiotics, I really appreciate everyone’s effort’s for helping me to feel better before Christmas arrives. Fantastic experience: Brilliant service from everyone working there - very accommodating receptionist, friendly hygienist and kind and efficient dentist. The practice is very clean, and I am made to feel safe. The quality of service has significantly improved over the last year or so (where previously I've had appointments cancelled, and not as friendly past dentists).

Negative experience: Wow, so many appointments cancelled. Can't even get an appointment now at all. They have even cancelled my daughters appointment 3 months ahead. I thought they had an obligation to see children? When she went for her last appointment we were in there less than 2 mins. I didn't even get an introduction to the dentist or a hello. Very bad service.

Negative experience: 6 appts cancelled for our family of 4 over last 6 months, every time reason given the "Dentist has called in sick". So either Bupa Winchester has the sickest dentists known or they are prioritising more lucratuve appts and then not telling the truth when cancelling routine appts.

Negative experience: No one ever picks up the phone and then when they finally do you still have to pay a late charge ?

Negative experience: This practice are all about the money they can bake from you. Rushed and uncaring for regular check ups but will hound you regarding private treatments which make them a huge profit.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking practice. In the last 12 months, quite literally every appointment I’ve had booked in has been either cancelled or moved. After spending literary thousands with this practice on dental care, I’ve now been left without being seen for so long that I now have lost a tooth. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending the Southgate Street clinic for some years now, under the supervision of Dr Masud. During this time I have found her to be a thoroughly professional and considerate dentist. This morning she extracted a broken wisdom teeth, with only minor discomfort! Great service.

Positive experience: My quick checkup by the dentist went smoothly in spite of my toddler getting upset. All the staff handled it well, being friendly and cheerful. Helped to calm us both down!
