Yesterday at this clinic me and my wife had a dental hygiene treatment done by the highly skilled oral hygiene practitioner called ➡️ DOMINIKA ⬅️. During the process we could not only feel that someone is doing it thoroughly but once we both got home we were happy to see an outstanding results of our teeth in the mirror too. Highly recommend. This now our number one specialist in London. Surely we will come back again soon. Huge thank you once more again

Fantastic experience: I attending into this place for so many years me and all my family staff is always friendly and very, highly qualified. Environment is super clean. You always feel in a good hands. They’re always helping to solve the problem. There is car park on the street which is really important. Or 5min walk from DLR station. If I would need to say something about my last visit I always feel the same way. Would recommend to everyone to fined the dentist like they are in this place so far, I had experience with a few dentists over there and I always happy because I am afraid of needles and really can’t cope with the pain. Negative experience: Avoid this practice at all costs. Specifically the dentist Monica. Such a rude and uppity gal. The dentists have changed now so you no longer have those experienced staff anymore. I have been to this practice 4 years ago when I first had an appointment with my dentist who has now gone back to her country, she was brilliant. I would never go to this practice, in fact they have many branches in London. Do not recommend going there

Fantastic experience: Worth to visit for oral hygiene. Really professional, not as in other clinics. Also, for root canal treatment, as they do it with a microscope which you wont find in every practice. After a reaserch found it's best place to choose as working in high standards however prices are very reasonable and affordable.

Negative experience: My problem was to deal with my pain triggered by a recessed gum. Instead I received the most expensive hygiene session ever, £100, of which £20 was an unexplained "covid charge" which I was not told about before and only found out about at the timing of paying, which is against consumer trading standards. Anyway, I was still in pain so I rang up again several days after saying I was still in pain, I had lost trust already so didn't fancy going back there, however they told me that if I go back I'd be seen for free, so hearing that I decided to go as I thought what do I have to lose? Then I got seen again and then they charged me £40 for that appointment, they never mentioned to me anything about there being a charge in the appointment, however previously I had been told on the phone that they would see me again for free. Furtherly, in the first session we talked about how I may need to go see a periodontist, no other option was discussed, at the time the only option I was aware of was going to the periodontist as I didn't want to suffer any more with the pain. So between the first and second sessions (mentioned above) I went to the periodontist which cost me £150 however he told me that this wasn't a problem he could deal with. I had not been told about any other option that I could go to for my pain even though there were other options (e. g. pain management specialist) which led me to spend £150 unnecessary.
