Fantastic experience: First time at New Smile per recommendation of a friend, I’m really scared of dental procedures but Ana, Zoe and Dr Poonam where amazing, they explained the procedure and made sure I was feeling comfortable throughout, Ana speaks fluent Portuguese which made it very easy to communicate, would definitely recommend Dr Poonam and her team especially for the Portuguese speakers!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Smile London for a consultation , well not recently I will say few weeks back , initially aiming for composite bonding due to its affordability. However, after a thorough examination, including X-rays, it was determined that I needed to straighten my teeth first before considering composite bonding. Ultimately, I decided to go with porcelain veneers, and the exceptional service at Smile London made all the difference. Unlike my experience at previous Dental Clinic I have been , Smile London immediately impressed me with their customer service, informative advice, and clear demonstrations. Dr Lovepreet professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. Positive experience: I was advised that my first appointment would be £90 and I'm after that £75. Unfortunately when I tried to put my second appointment they try to charge me £90 again with no flexibility. My first appointment went quite well so was pleased to find somewhere nearby that offered a relatively good service it's disappointing that they are misleading in their pricing and inflexible.

Negative experience: They always are really friendly. They explain me really clear all the procedure and give me advice when I have concerns Update review: The team is really friendly and that I cannot deny it, but the result of my treatment was horrible. I loved my smile before and went to improve it a little after the teeth slighly moved ( I had before a treatment when I was 18). Now I hate my smile. The overbite, which before noone could notice but me, now it is so visible. I went specifically to improve a little bit and now everytime I see my smile in the mirror I regret having this invisiline treatment. It went from a 9 out of 10 smile to a 7 or even 6... I hate it.

I have nothing but compliments to ALL of the staff from the receptionist Anita, the senior lead dental nurse Zoe and the dentist Dr Natalie. They are such an amazing team. Our four year old daughter had a dental emergency and we were in a panic, but Omer immediately put us at ease with his calm and reassuring demeanor. Fantastic experience: I called Dr Omer's practice to enquire about specialised treatment, as recommended by my current practice, and received a quick call back from Dr Omer - who gave me a very detailed overview of my options, and potential treatment plans, and costs because I asked for this. He offered to review my dental records, and advise whether this treatment was indeed required. His over the phone advice, was more detailed and patient, than I had previously received in person. He even went the extra mile and called my own practice to help retrieve my records - this without even paying for an official consultation. Amazing!

Recently lost a filling and went there on the off chance to see if they could help and arrange an emergacy appointment for the following day. The young lady on reception was so helpful and friendly as was the dentist who made me feel totally at ease even though I am very nervous when it comes to seeing a dentist. Fantastic experience: Having previously had some restorative work done by Dr. Asha and Zoey which I was delighted with, I recently developed an unconnected tooth ache. Due to my history I wasn't sure which tooth was actually causing the problem and with the amount of pain I was I was worried that this would continue regardless of the work that I had carried out at New Smile Fulham. After all if I couldn't say which tooth hurt - how could it be fixed? Having fitted me in at the last minute for an emergency appointment Dr. Asha couldn't have been more patient and understanding. Through a process of elimination she identified the issue and rectified it immediately. I cannot imagine there is a better dentist currently practicing, as each time she exceeds my expectations in terms of her care and expertise. I will, once again, be forever in the debt of Team New Smile, Fulham.

I had invisalign then bonding to correct a smile that wasn't awful but could do with improvement. In your forties, a little bit of smile improvement goes a long way... Clinic is really clean and technicians are all lovely. Added bonus: free parking at Sainsburys. You can do your shop before/after appointments. Couldn't be more convenient. FIVE STARS for Dr Omer!!!

It reassured me how carefully Zoe oversaw the clinics thorough hygiene and cleanliness regime. I was at New Smile for a simple scale & polish with Omer Mustafa. He gave my teeth the most complete scale & polish and with none of the discomfort I have endured with previous dentists. Omer has a good “bedside” manner. Fantastic experience: I had Dr Asha Thobhani for my Invisalign journey, it was fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone at new Fulham were extremely friendly and I felt very comfortable with everything I had done, and everything was explained really well. I went back to have my teeth whitened and bonding on two teeth, She did a great job, my teeth look so natural and I’m beyond impressed with how straight my teeth are. I will 100% be back for future work and check ups.

As the tooth had long roots a specialist was required to remove it and he made the whole process as smooth as possible. The extraction was followed-up with regular check-ups and impartial advice on the options available.
