Fantastic experience: Today I went to Bupa Belmont road with the worst toothache, and the girl on reception got me an appointment the same day. Gillian was the dentist and she was fantastic. So kind and professional, she carefully explained everything to me, and fixed my tooth in 15 minutes! Tonight I’m pain free and enjoying it!

I am a patient of Noor's. I cannot praise her professionalism enough. She is a fantastic dentist and very pleasant with it. Of course every good dentist must have an equally great dental nurse. Noor landed on her feet with Katie. The ultimate team. Then again ....I am the ultimate patient

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service at Bupa Dental Care. My son has had his dental appointment canceled twice, each time rescheduled for several months later, despite urgently needing a consultation. This lack of reliability and disregard for patients’ needs is unacceptable, especially for a private clinic. The staff’s communication has been poor, and the constant delays have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I expected much better care and professionalism from Bupa. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking timely and dependable dental care.

Fantastic experience: Delightful service from a friendly and very competent team. I received treatment for a filing this morning and my new dentist Hadeel is superb, great service, gentle and took the trepidation away from treatment procedures... for now anyway! Thanks for today guys! Top Team!

My dentist, Rawa Jawad-Quinn, is fantastic—she’s incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and is always so friendly and reassuring. The whole team is professional and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend the team at Bupa Belmont Road enough, I was a patient for 18 months and would describe my dental history as ‘complex’. I recently made the decision to leave the country and move overseas, working with my dentist Selena and practice manager Beryl they were able to prioritise my work and ensure all my remaining appointments were filled. This included both Beryl and Selena staying back to 6.30pm on two separate occasions. High quality of work coupled with amazing customer service. Thank you for all your help team James

Fantastic experience: After having my recent experience at Bupa Belmont Road, I can honestly say that I was treated with 100% care and professionalism from the reception staff through to my new dentist Mark and dental nurse ,who really put me at ease with me being a nervous patient. They were friendly and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: Shocking reception staff. No empathy, no understanding just plain rude. Only for my dentist id move. The staff don't care and attitude on the phone is shocking. Id not advise anyone to use this branch

Fantastic experience: Apointment was on time and all staff were very friendly and made the visit very satisfactory.

Negative experience: Avoid , avoid , avoid !!! I required a treatment however they said that my dentist has left and they need to hire someone else , 8 months later and they still didn’t find a replacement . Absolutely ridiculous. The receptionists are rude and extremely unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: This location has been my dentist for a number of years now and have had a few dentists during my time. I had to make an emergency appointment for a toothache I had and fortunately it was with my own dentist Fiona she is very professional easy to chat to is friendly and explains everything and ensure your comfortable throughout. She is a credit to Bupa and so glad to have her as my current dentist.

Was there post covid for a checkup, told I needed two fillings and an appointment would be sent out.....a month later still no appointment so I phone and am told that my dentist has left and none of the other dentists are taking her patients so I will have to wait until they hire a new dentist. Nearly a year later I am still waiting. Great job, bupa, great job!

Negative experience: I don't know how all these other clients are getting dental treatment. My daughter and I have been waiting over a year for a check up. I have phoned several times only to be put off by reception. Now I can't get through to them! I know of many other practices who are doing check ups and would change if I could despite being a patient of long standing. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I have had to go to the dentist what seems like a lot recently. Fortunately I have a very good dentist in a very good practice. Even with everything that has been happening regarding COVID, the whole team have been excellent and very accommodating in difficult circumstances. I would like to highlight David in particular, he goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure you are taken care of. Very efficient in getting back to me with regards to getting an appointment and he had it sorted straight away, cant recommend enough! 5 Star Customer service!

Fantastic experience: Been attending this practice for years, seen Matthew yesterday for my second visit with him, the first was for a bit of advice, that the reception staff organised for me when I just dropped in. I find that the practice will always try to accommodate you especially in an emergency. I found Matthew very thorough and very reassuring, as a nervous patient this is important for me, having had bad childhood experiences, I have never had a bad experience at this practice.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to this practice from I was a young child, they have always made me feel at ease and my dentist Gillian is fantastic as well as her dental nurse, Jacqui. I would 100% recommend for nervous patients as they are the best at relaxing their patients. For anyone anxious about going to the dentist I would definitely say to book an appointment with Gillian as she is very gentle and well experienced.

Positive experience: Actual treatment is good when you finally get it. Today my appointment time was 50 minutes late. This has been happening on every appointment of mine , not usually as late as today's though . I was giving it another 10 minutes & then would have walked out. I was only there for a check up and the appointment was made 3 months ago. I'm aware that certain situations can't be planned for but 50 minutes is unacceptable when I have structured my day around the proper given time.
