Negative experience: They unfortunately lost a potential customer. I originally accidentally booked multiple slots online for my Invisalign consultation - obviously they can see this on their system and they then blocked my email address from rebooking. This was after the receptionist called me and stated that she “understood” that I couldn’t make the appointment but then she proceeded to block my email address from rescheduling. I then used my second email address to reschedule which worked. They then told me a day before my appointment that I have to leave a deposit in order to secure my appointment - even though it’s a FREE Invisalign consultation. They told me the money would be returned once I attended the appointment. I find it very disgusting and also does not make me want to pay thousands of pounds with this clinic when there’s many other clinics who are just as good and won’t treat their potential customers like dirt.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dentistry enough and have already referred my friend here as well. My friend and I had our Invisalign aligners done here, definitely the cheapest option we saw in the area yet delivered expected results. Afterwards, I also had checkups and hygiene done here. The fact that they do Saturday hygiene and early morning checkup is super convenient for any office workers at city. They also trimmed my retainers after I extracted my wisdom teeth for free. All staffs working here are patient and kind, definitely an ideal place for all city workers to check their dental health.

Fantastic experience: Found Cannon Street Dental online and, although I had other consultations elsewhere was happy with my choice in the end to complete my Invisalign journey with them. Every single member of the team that I encountered along the way were super friendly and accommodating, from Shona at the reception to Valentina, Dr Brijesh, Dr Tinkler and Dr Jas. Any questions I had were answered throughout and provided lots of advice that was in my best interest and I never felt like I was being offered treatments that was unnecessary, which can happen. As I wanted to add some finishing touches I had Dr Brijesh do his magic towards the end of the treatment which I was happy with. Dr. Brijesh gave excellent advice and showed he was genuinely caring. If you are considering getting Invisalign, or any other dentistry needs, well look no further. They always made each visit feel very comfortable as they showed their patience, knowledge and friendliness. Thank you very much as I was in your care.

Positive experience: Recently dropped a star as my jaw and teeth have moved since as it was recommended by Dr Tinkler that I didn't need a top retainer- turns out I did. Had Invisilign braces and was happy with the results initially, but a few months later my teeth and jaw moved and when I went back, I was told that I would have to pay again to fix any of that. So wasn't happy and they lost the 5 stars i originally gave. I would give 5 stars for the wisdom tooth I had removed - pain free and quick by Dr Singh. Best wisdom tooth I have had removed. I have eventually found a dentist I trust and feel happy with. Great professional treatment and genuinely lovely friendly staff all round. Absolutely recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Visits to the dentist are always daunting, even if it’s just for a clean. Katalin was an absolute professional, diligent and her attention to detail refreshing. She made short work of what I considered to be a nightmarish undertaking and talked me through the process. Would highly recommend and will be back for my check up.

Positive experience: Very good dentist as a whole! Dr Jas Singh was great when he removed a tooth and the best I've had. All the team were so welcoming, polite and friendly too. This was originally a 5 star review 3 years ago. However, I knock off 1.5 stars as left a little disappointed and blame myself for not being more firm. I did have Invisalign with Dr Tinkler and it went on longer than planned. He was very nice and treatment appeared to be going well. But towards the end some brace moulds hurt and were not made correctly and I had more rescanned and sent and time wasted and teeth moved by jaw the wrong way. At the end of my treatment, I got one fitted metal fixed track retainer (I was told I only needed one on my lower teeth) and then I went back 6 months later as my bite was changing and teeth moving, I was then asked why I didn't get a metal track retainer fitted on the top too?! I explained that he said I didnt need it. The outcome was that my teeth are straight and the job was done and they couldn't do more. I got what I wanted and although my bite is not aligned and off, this can happen and theres no such thing as perfection and I would need to pay more to get more work done. I'm pretty sure thats not what I was told when first at my consultation. 3 years later I am adding this update as my smile is a bit more wonky and sadly my bite is misaligned and my teeth grind on one side and my jaw locks. All issues that I didn't have before. My top teeth have also moved, even though I wear removable retainers at night. Sadly I have had to now going to another Invisalign specialist who have identified the issue and fixing it. Not sure why they couldn't do that at CSD...but that would mean money out of their pockets. Shame really.

Fantastic experience: I have done my Invisalign at Cannon Street Dental with Sr Twinkler. He was always very professional and helpful. The whole process over the months was smooth, when I had issues they always replied very quickly and managed to give me an appointment asap. I also went to Cannon Street for an emergency wisdom tooth removal and Dr Patel was very professional and made me feel comfortable during an uncomfortable situation. Also front of the house staff are always very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am a dentist working in the City of London. I have referred Invisalign cases to Graham Tinkler for over a decade. He is without doubt one of the best Invisalign providers in the UK having treated well over 10000 patients. As well as being an excellent clinician, Graham is ethical and always works in the best interests of the patient. He gets excellent result and my patients always give me great feedback.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience with a previous dental surgery and visited Cannon St with nervousness. They were so lovely to me, scanned my teeth straight away (as I explained I could not return for a second appointment due to a tough schedule) and sent these scans off. My retainers have arrived today - a mere 6 days after this appointment. I am stunned at how quickly this was done, I’m excited to start using them and I am glad I took a leap of faith with them.

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault the service I received. I looked up Dr Jas Singh as he had fitted my veneers over 10 years ago and I needed a filling behind one of my teeth that my regular dentist was reluctant to work on. Was pleasantly surprised to find that he remembered me and he arranged for a deep clean of my teeth (I can’t remember the hygienist name but she was also fantastic and made my teeth look like they’d been whitened). He then took care of my filling and I have been pain free since. Cannot recommend him and the cannon street clinic highly enough

Fantastic experience: This is an exceptional dental centre and I believe best of its kind in London. I have just finished a course of Invisalign treatment that was partially delivered remotely (hence competitive pricing). Dr Tinkler was an absolute expert, had complete faith in him at every stage. Clinic staff highly organised. Dr Patel did some teeth bonding to even out some gaps and now I have the perfect smile! I am so happy with my teeth and would highly recommend this clinic

Negative experience: I am a doctor and work at Guy's Hospital. This Dental care has the most impolite staff. I do not recommend here at all, they have an awful service full of disrespect to the patient.we had two appointments, I was on time but my partner who was after me was late only for 13 minutes!They stole our money, no rebook for appointment, nothing! They said because you are late for 13 minutes we can not do anything for you. I am going to find a way to file a complaint. They do not want to cooperate at all, only because of 3 minutes beyond the 10 minute deadline. You judge yourself for only 3 minutes beyond the deadline, they could not treat the patient! They just look for an excuse to steal your money. The management should be embarrassed of stealing patients money and time!

Negative experience: I bought vouchers on May but as they were fully booked I got appointmemt for july and redeemed my voucher, yesterday I asked for changing my time but they didnt accept. I arrived 13 minutes late , my appointmemt length was 45 minutes, but they didnt accept me. Moreover, my husband appointmemt was before me and his cleaning took about 15 minutes. My teeth didnt need much work to do and they could do ..I think healthcare staff should have more empathy with patients..

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic! I initially chose Clear Braces Direct as they do all their monitoring for Invisalign remotely. Not having to keep going in for checks etc, (which would have been impossible when juggling work and my children) sounded ideal and in reality it didn’t disappoint! It was so easy. You get all your aligners up front and then change them after a weekly scan, or continue with the same aligner for a few more days if the fit isn’t quite right yet. You also have the benefit of advice whenever you need it via the app and any questions I asked during the 6 months were answered incredibly quickly. Only 6 months after receiving my aligners I have the smile I’ve always wanted and couldn’t be happier Couldn’t recommend more highly!
