Fantastic experience: I have attended Blue Court for over 15 years now. The atmosphere within the surgery is so friendly and relaxed. I have such fear of 'the dentist', but the these guys go above and beyond to help calm you. I have had both Sonal and Nishan work on my teeth before and I can say absolute perfect work by both of them. I absolutely recommend Blue Court to anybody needing a dentist. You will NOT be disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a really positive experience. The place is spotless, I’m always seen on time, and everything runs smoothly from start to finish. They’re really flexible if you need to rearrange or rebook an appointment, which makes things so much easier. I’m with the NHS, but the private hygienist prices are reasonable. I also appreciate that they send reminders before your appointments - which really helps!

Fantastic experience: Thank you as always to blue court dental. I have been a patient at the surgery since I was a child myself. I attended my hygienist appointment this week, eight weeks postpartum, with my newborn. Pregnancy and breastfeeding hasn’t been great for my teeth so really needed the appointment. Aneesa was AMAZING (as always) and continued my appointment with my little one in ny arms. I was so happy that I could continue with my appointment even though I had to hold baby! As I have to travel from my new home location to the dental surgery Neeta kindly let me use a room to feed baby before leaving as she was very unsettled (no amount of planning quite works for a newborn!). The kindest, most accommodating staff! Dr Nixit has really made going to the dentist an easier and more welcoming experience for everyone!! Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience: I have been with BCD for many years, as have some of my family members in the past, and have always had very good dental treatment. The team are professional, friendly and helpful. Last year I had to make a big investment for some much needed dental work; initial whitening, then front 4 upper teeth veneers, bottom 4 lower teeth bonding. The whole process went as planned and was painless. I was very happy with the natural looking results and highly recommend using them.

Negative experience: There's not much for me to say apart from the fact that I feel absolutely violated by BCD's "assistance." Nothing but disrespect was shown to me, and quite frankly, I don't know how they're able to operate every day knowing that they exploit and mistreat patients for their own personal gain. I'm honestly tired of dealing with their mockery and biting my tongue to protect them over and over again; I hope something is done soon to correct this. I am very concerned you as owner are taking time to reply back and not to ask or investigate this is the demand. I am the voice of the child Shana which was neglected on 14th of February in your clinic. Always the negative comments are for everyone to reflect and as professional to give to the patient the best service with compassion and dignity however your concern is the negative comments do you think people do not have anything to do better than give bad feedback? I can understand why all the professional in your clinic have this attitude and behaviour with patients. You can do whatever you like with adult do not neglect the Children.

Negative experience: I'm not really sure if this clinic is some sort of sick joke or not but my experience here was beyond terrible. Within one hour my son has left Blue Court Dental feeling traumatised and extremely shaken. Why? Because of the disgusting and disgraceful service and attitude of DR Sonal Patel. We already know by now that she avoids NHS patients like the plague, but this experience is too disgraceful to let slip by. My son had a small cavity in one of his premolars, so naturally I sought help for it to be filled on the 16th December. On this day, she said that because it's a baby tooth, it's going to fall out anyway so there's no need to do anything about it. I expressed concerns that the cavity might spread but she assured me that it wouldn't. This was OK and not the part that was the most alarming to me. On the 2nd of January, I booked another appointment because the cavity started to cause him pain and he was struggling to eat. Again, she completely disregarded my son's oral health, saying the pain was normal because of food entering the tooth, except this time, it was a bigger problem due to the pain and struggle to eat. We finally agreed to book another appointment for the 14th of February for him to do a filling with injection. Even though I thought this was quite far as he would be in pain and struggle to eat for over a month and the cavity might spread, I booked it and agreed I would attend. Now, on the 14th of Feb I was under the impression that he was going to get the filling done but we instead left the clinic with my son's premolar extracted. Apparently his cavity was actually really severe and down to the nerve so she had to extract it. Did I sign a consent slip? NO. Was this clear neglect of my child's health? YES! Initially, I told her that I was under the impression that he was going to get a white filling but she said she would do a metal filling. I informed her that I didn't want or consent for my son to have his tooth filled with metal and she got extremely angry at me for simply having my own opinion and making a decision for MY son. She then extracted my son's tooth because it was too severe to be filled, that he was at high risk to get an abscess. Of course, my son was very shaken and scared to have a tooth pulled out when he thought he was there to get it fixed. Naturally, his mouth bled a lot and he left in tears. And as the cherry on top to this already terrible experience, DR Sonal Patel had the AUDACITY to kick my son and my other children off her clinic because "she's never had a parent go against her opinion before." Does that sound professional or even fair to you!? Her fixed mindset and inability to take basic criticism and understand a hard situation from a parent's point of view is one of the many reasons why she is a disgrace to the clinic and a scar on my family. So ultimately, never in all my years of living have I met anyone as unempathetic, careless, unprofessional, disinterested and neglectful as her. My list could go on but I'm going to keep it at that for the sake of being somewhat civil. And just for clarity, consent was not signed and my son's mouth was swollen and sore for 2 days afterwards on his lips as well as gum. TRAUMA upon TRAUMA upon TRAUMA. Please please please do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. ANYWHERE. From the photo, and looking at the tooth, I was worried that this wasn't even a baby tooth but we have another appointment at a different clinic where this will actually be sorted and cleared up. It's just unfortunate that someone else has to pick up the pieces... UPDATE: Thanks for the reply but I don't see any truth in it. I've experienced first hand the unprofessional behaviour you conduct yourselves with in the clinic, specifically from Dr Sonal Patel, but lying to me and telling me you "take pride in creating a kind and welcoming atmosphere" is only true for private clients or those who are not foreign. Until this consistent lying/manipulation has changed, I suggest you refrain from to contacting me and from using phrases such as those.

Negative experience: Terrible service, attitude and just people in general. When I tell you that they have zero respect for their patients, especially clients under NHS or foreign patients, I mean they have ZERO respect. And it often doesn't stop at plain disrespect, it keeps going to straight up judgement towards you and your decisions, unprofessional conduct and a complete lack of empathy and compassion. Particularly Dr Sonal Patel...she just seems to lack these basic human feelings which are extremely important for a dental clinic, given that it is meant to be a "safe space" and a place we need to be a bit vulnerable in, for the sake of our wellbeing. In all the years that I've been here, I've never experienced xenophobia THIS severe before, even getting kicked out of the clinic because I got a filling done when I was back in my home country Albania. The continuous snide comments and dirty looks over the years were tolerable to an extent, but actually going out of your way to be hateful towards patients and especially children, causing them trauma is disgusting and straight up disgraceful. I hope Dr Sonal Patel reads this and understands how inappropriate and utterly atrocious her behaviour is and I hope she is able to reflect on this and make changes accordingly. In the meantime, please avoid this clinic at all costs...just as they avoid foreign/NHS patients. ***UPDATE*** Thank you for spending your precious time to reply. However, DR Sonal Patel, you were VERY clear when you gave me an ultimatum and removed me and my children off your clinic simply because your ego and arrogance stopped you from being able to handle someone with a different opinion to yours. So therefore, having a nice chat about it won't undo your past actions and won't help me or my family in any way. Like I already said, I hope this review helps you reflect and improve yourself Dr Patel.

Negative experience: This is actually getting out of hand. Their mistreatment and straight-up toxic attitude towards their patients is unacceptable - specifically towards those who are from foreign countries or under the NHS. If you're both...I'm sorry. Obviously, I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but I at least expect them to have some sort of empathy and compassion. Especially at the dentist, we're all quite vulnerable, so having my dignity and basic rights reduced to nothing is insulting. Not much can compensate the humiliation I feel after leaving this clinic.

Fantastic experience: To say I was happy with the service is an understatement. Dr Sonal Patel was wonderful. She could tell I was nervous and immediately helped me to calm down. She was kind and understanding making a scary experience of going to the dentist a lot easier to handle. I no longer go to anyone else as Blue Court Dental is where I feel the safest and most welcome with their supportive staff and inclusive attitudes. Would 100% recommend!

Negative experience: To say I am disappointed with this clinic is not enough to describe the disgusting service and outrageous behaviour of the dentist at Blue Court Dental. In the past, I’ve had multiple issues outlining XENOPHOBIA and NEGLIGENCE. Especially at a dental clinic, knowing your teeth are healthy is so important and they were unable to show basic human compassion, let alone provide professional service. I’ve been going to this clinic for many years, for all three of my children. Over these years, I’ve turned a blind eye to the DR Sonal Patel’s comments telling me to go back to my home country, Albania, to do things like fillings and dental cleanings, even removing me from her clinic because of this. Despite very clear XENOPHOBIA and UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour, I did not complain and kept my children there regardless. These comments continued but my biggest problem has been recently with my 9 year old child. His front tooth got chipped and I had to go several times to have it filled. After several disputes, he got it filled. Within 3 MONTHS it fell out. Not only did it fall off so easily but DR Sonal Patel also blamed it on my son and the fact that he bites his nails once every now and then (very rarely). Again, I turned a blind eye to it and once again, had to go through a rollercoaster of emotions to simply be provided service. She eventually filled it again and AGAIN IT FELL OUT AFTER 2/3 WEEKS AFTERWARDS. And no surprise, this was blamed on him again. He is a 9 year old kid. I know he is well behaved and doesn’t “bite his pens” or nails to the point where it causes his filling to fall off not once BUT TWICE. This is simply just proof that as well as inappropriate comments of xenophobia and lack of basic compassion, they also neglect their patients, putting in ZERO EFFORT to provide decent care. Since then, she has refused to do anything about this issue and said she would only do it if we paid £380, in total. So let me repeat myself again, to say I am disappointed with this clinic is not enough to describe the disgusting service and outrageous behaviour of the dentist at Blue Court Dental. If you have any self respect and/or dignity, please protect it by choosing another dental clinic. No one could be worse.

Fantastic experience: All of the team at Blue Court Dental Centre are lovely and make you feel totally at ease. However, I am writing this review based on my visit today to see the hygienist, Celia. I hadn't met Celia before and I understand that she's relatively new to the practice. What a great addition to the team she is! I was particularly impressed by her lovely manner. Celia was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me in a soft voice and a gentle manner. I usually feel like a naughty school girl for admitting that I still rinse my mouth after brushing and use mouthwash, but not today. Old habits die hard, but thanks to Celia and her lovely personality, I will now stop doing this.

All the members of the team are some of the loveliest people who have turned what was once a daunting experience into a safe space. I can’t express my gratitude enough for Dr. Nishan Dixit who provides an exceptional and professional level of care whilst also being extremely personable, this is something I deeply appreciated as it helped me feel at ease during my many appointments. Dr. Nissan Dixit created a detailed dental treatment plan, offered me great advice, made my treatments as pain free as possible and provided support whilst we worked towards my goal of Invisalign. The team is very accommodating and I’m extremely thankful for Neeta who would always keep me in mind for cancelled appointments. Throughout my time at Blue Court Dental my confidence has drastically increased, I feel comfortable and happy smiling again and I will forever be grateful for the treatment I have received. Shambika (Hygienist) although she will no longer be at the practice provided me with such positive and pain free care, she offered guidance on maintaining good dental health that I put into practice daily. Fantastic experience: I recently had a set of crowns fitted to replace my old veneers which were cracked and chipped. The state of my teeth was really affecting my confidence and I never showed my teeth when I smiled. I was worried that my veneers were too damaged to be able to replace but thankfully Dr Dixit saved the day and I am fully satisfied with my new smile. I would really like to stress the fantastic experience I had with Blue Court Dental- Dr Dixit and Neeta went out of their way to fit in my appointments around my busy schedule and always let me know about any cancellations.
