Fantastic experience: My old replica front tooth cracked and fell out. I needed a new one before going on holiday. Hindhead Dental made space in their schedule and I was sorted with a new tooth there and then.

Fantastic experience: It's rarely regarded as a good day out when you visit the dentist, and although I didn't look forward to the visit you can't deny the professional service provided by all at the practice. Reception never fails to make you feel welcome. Chatting without being intrusive and efficient and professional when required. The dentist is pleasant and very informative, giving useful information and options of treatment. The dental assistant is equally pleasant, helpful and greets you with a welcoming smile. A team as the one at Hindhead Dental Clinic may not leave you wishing you were at the dentist but you could go a long way to finding better. The appointment was followed by a visit to the hygienist. Once again professional and informative. I am undergoing cancer treatment and the hygienist was very knowledgeable on what could, and could not be done. Both her and her assistant were friendly and welcoming. I left with an excellent job done and a lot more knowledge of how I can improve how I care for my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I was seeing the hygienist, Julie - she, and her kind assistant were welcoming and friendly and helped to ease my nerves - Julie explained what she was going to do - she was as gentle as possible and went out of her way to ensure that I was coping okay - she also gave a lot of information regarding ongoing care of my teeth and gums both at the practice and my input at home - perhaps next time I won’t be as anxious.

Negative experience: Always cancelling appointments, even when you have had it booked in for 6 months. Happened numerous times. Really challenging to deal with. Such a shame as hygienist is good but they need to sort their admin and booking side of the business out Super frustrating

Fantastic experience: A brilliant visit to the dentist yesterday to get some teeth whitening moulds done and to my surprise they could be ready in three hours which means I had them in time for my pre holiday whitening! I couldnt of been happier! every other place was a two week wait in between having moulds done and Picking them up & more expensive.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental practice! Everyone at Hindhead Dental Practice is professional courteous and kind. I presented as an emergency patient and a slot was made for me within 2 hours of me phoning, where other dental practices in the area politely informed me they could not fit me in. I don’t know how I would have coped if HDP hadn’t helped me out. Now I’m a registered patient there. If you want a fantastic dental service I highly recommend HDP.
