Fantastic experience: I went to see Jaya for a routine dental exam. We discussed a smile make over for me as I wasn't happy with the look of my teeth and it had caused me to lose confidence over the years. She was brilliant. Explained the procedure in detail, was very reassuring and I came away after the treatment with the smile I'd always dreamt of. I cannot thank her enough. She is a fantastic and very skilful dentist and I would highly recommend her. Everyone at the Windsor Dental Practice is lovely and I thank them all.

Fantastic experience: My mum recently had a full arch dental implant procedure at Windsor Dental, and she over the moon with the results. From the first consultation to the final restoration, the team was professional, compassionate, and thorough. Dr. Azeem showed incredible skill and care the procedure went smoothly, and the healing process was easier than we expected. Her new teeth look and feel amazing they’ve completely transformed how she eats, speaks, and smile. Choosing Windsor Dental was one of the best decisions we’ve made for my mum. If you’re considering implants, I highly recommend them they truly gave me my smile and confidence back.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used this dentist for almost four years. Each time I’ve visited they’ve made sure to make me feel comfortable each time. A special shoutout to Azeem Mirza, who has gone out of his way on many occasions to settle any nerves, especially when extracting teeth. Not only was he reassuring, but he was quick in removals. It took a total of 12 mins to remove two teeth. He even asked if I wanted background noise to be played to help keep me calm, and he was more than happy to take any suggestion.

Fantastic experience: Finished my Invisalign treatment here and I’m so happy with the result. I had a consultation at another clinic which was cheaper but I had a real lack of confidence in the customer care and information that I received. Struck gold when I went to the Windsor and met Anjli. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, and I knew I was in safe hands with the way she handled everything. The process was smooth throughout and I really appreciated how accessible she was to be able to message and ask questions. The price was really good and reception staff were always so professional and friendly too. I would 100% recommend. Invisalign isn’t a small investment so it’s important to choose the right place and dentist. I also had a couple of hygienist appointments there with Amanda who is so lovely, I think I’m converted to going there for all my future hygienist appointments!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Windsor Dental Care in Leicester. I booked an appointment because I was having serious issues with a tooth that was pressing on a nerve. I saw Dr. Azeem, and he was honestly amazing. Super friendly, made me feel really comfortable, and to my surprise he took the tooth out there and then! I wasn’t expecting it to be sorted on the same day, but he explained everything clearly and got it done quickly and professionally. I left feeling so relieved. Can’t thank him enough! Fantastic experience: I went into windsor dental around April for first time I seen doctor Azeem Mirza he was very good first time he done 3 extractions, and I been there today again he done again 3 extraction. He been very good and I don't trust no dentists after my tooths my mum and my stepdad got damaged by a amateur that I can't call dentist . I thank God that I found this dentist he very caring and his assistant nurse too. Thank you very much too all of your time including the girls in reception.

Negative experience: Paid £30 for enlighten teeth whitening consultation just to find out when I went there that they don’t do enlighten anymore

Negative experience: DISGRACEFUL/SHOCKING/UNHELPFUL - my daughter a prospective Dental student asked for a shadowing experience for 1 day (A mandatory process required for a successful application at university admission stage) was clearly denied the opportunity. My daughter literally begged that without this her uni application will be unsuccessful as other students are getting shadowing experience at their registered dental practice. We’re registered at this clinic for over 17 yrs but no consideration to that or the impact on prospective bright student. Looks like they have only become a dentist to scrounge public money & not to provide public services!

Negative experience: I was in so much pain, they asked me to take an x-ray after that they just asked me to remove my wisdom tooth, however i was not comfortable that time i just asked to give me any antibiotics for pain relief but they didn't give it to me. After that i told them to give me a hard copy of x-ray they said i can only click a picture and will send it in the mail after closing but i didn't get it yet. The price for the service is totally inappropriate.

Fantastic experience: I've recently registered at this practice as a NHS patient and wish I had done so sooner. Compared to other practices within Leicester, this one is THE BEST. The practice staff, facilities and doctors are top notch! I was seen to by Dr Yusuf who referred me for scaling and polishing which was done by Ruchi. She was gentle and thorough. She also showed me how to correctly floss and gave me samples to assist with cleaning and flossing at home. She discovered that a filling of mine was chipped and I was given an appointment for a filling at very short notice. I have never been to a dentist who was as friendly and professional as Dr Yusuf! He combines his deep technical knowledge with great care for his patients needs together with an artists hand in making sure his work is second to none. He worked on my tooth quickly and efficiently. Once the anaesthetic wore off, I have had no discomfort at all and I'm impressed with the quality of work that was done. I am confident in saying that Dr Yusuf is truly the best dentist I have ever had and it's a pleasure to be a patient at this practice. Following this an extraction was booked within 2 weeks. This was my first ever dental procedure but Yusuf put me at ease and reassured me many times. The dental nurse was also very friendly. Fantastic experience: Exceptional Service by Mr. Azeem and the Team at Windsor Dental I was in excruciating pain after my NHS dentist tried unsuccessfully for over an hour to extract my tooth. Unfortunately, they couldn’t complete the extraction and left me with severe jaw pain, unable to swallow, and pain radiating throughout my mouth. To make matters worse, I was told it would take two weeks to see an oral surgeon, leaving me devastated. Desperate for relief, I called Windsor Dental, and they kindly fit me in the same day. Mr. Azeem extracted my tooth within 10 minutes, and I can’t thank him enough! His skill and professionalism were top-class, and the pain disappeared immediately after the procedure. I was finally able to feel relief. The Nurse assisting Mr. Azeem was incredibly helpful and supportive as well, and I want to extend my gratitude to her. The entire team at Windsor Dental, from the reception staff to the clinical team, was warm and welcoming, making the whole experience much more comfortable. Thank you so much to everyone at Windsor Dental, especially Mr. Azeem! You’ve truly made a difference.

Fantastic experience: Went in for root canal filling, both Aruna and Zoe were very professional and the experience was much better than I had expected it to be!

Negative experience: My wife attended this practice for an NHS check-up. History taking was non-existent - she wasn’t even asked if she had any symptoms. The check in her mouth lasted all of 30 seconds. Perhaps this is the way they treat NHS patients - very disappointing if that’s the case! Safe to say they won’t be seeing us again!

Positive experience: Dentist are perfect certainly but those receptionist are very rude they don't even know how to behave wid ppl they think they are something.

Negative experience: I have been a registered NHS patient for over 30 years at Windsor dental practice. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago to have routine check up. I was shocked to find out they have removed me as an NHS patient without any communications to let me know. Despite several calls neither the Practice manager or owner have taken the liberty to call me back. Really sadened by the poor customer service. Come on Windsor you can do better.

Fantastic experience: I have had many treatments done here, but the best service I have received is when I had my hygiene appointments. I get anxiety when I have to go to these appointments, but zoe the dental nurse always makes me feel at ease, so much so that I actually request her to be in the treatment room. She is brilliant at her job! And is unmatched when it comes to making patients feel comfortable and calm. She is so much more than just a dental nurse! Shes a god sent!

Fantastic experience: Found the dentist by accident online. But what a find. Little things done well make it 5 star vs 4 star. Reception staff are always polite, friendly & welcoming to all patients. Hygienist appt with dr Amanda are always great and we always discuss long term and short term plans for mouth health. Will show you what she is talking about is as well for that further understanding. My braces treatment was handled extremely professionally by dr Anjali from start to finish. Overall great dentist. Side point: parking can be a challenge sometimes. However park on the side streets and it’s a 1-2 min walk.

I'm a very nervous patient, but Dr Aruna and Zoe were very informative and considerate and I felt able to return after my initial consultation for a filling. Fantastic experience: I visited Windsor this week to have extensive implant surgery carried out by Deep & Ravvi. This was my first visit to the practice, the reception staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly. It was easy to park in a local side street even though the area was busy with Diwali. I was in the chair for just over two hours, Both Deep & Ravvi were focused and very reassuring throughout, explaining each step of the operation as it went along. Having looked into implants extensively it was also reassuring that Windsor used what some practice's offer as an optional extra, a surgical guide which ensured the accurate placement of the two implants, two very tiny titanium screws and a bone graft. Things are settling down after a couple of days, thankfully there is lots of follow up planned.

Fantastic experience: Hi just to review this fantastic practice, I was in so much pain with my tooth and it was a Friday before the bank holiday and they reopen on Tuesday so I thought how am I gonna get through this. Having rang 111 they basically told me to wait until Tuesday and then go to get it sorted. Having spoken to Zoe, this remarkable lady put me out of my misery and told me to come in on Saturday(even though the dental practice is closed) and Akash the usual dentist I see came in too to carry out the treatment, and he did a fantastic job, and it’s purely down to them that I was able to get through the weekend. Thank you both so much. About the practice whenever I walk in the receptionists always greet you with a smile, polite, and very helpful what more could you ask for??? Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I haven’t visited a dentist in over 10 years. My wisdom tooth became infected and was putting off visiting a dentist to have the tooth looked at. I emailed this dental practice and they responded within an hour and I contacted them via the phone they got me an appointment within two days with a check up an X-ray they told me there is an infection and I will need the tooth removing they understood I was nervous and remained calm professional and kept me relaxed throughout. They gave me an anesthetic and proceeded to remove my wisdom tooth. They were truely amazinf and would recommend any one with fear to visit this dental practice!

He extracted an absolute monster of a tooth, and gave me good aftercare guidance. No problems, I’d definitely recommend Windsor Dental, and plan to go back.
