Fantastic experience: You'll smile if I say visiting Upton Dental Practice is a delight! - but I really do quite enjoy my visits! The reception team are invariably efficient, smiley,friendly and helpful. The dentists I have seen - especially Hennie and Ovi - have always listened to me, been down to earth and sensible, and treated me well. I trust them. The waiting room is bright and airy - lovely to see the sky through the rooflight - and the garden and the indoor plants (orchids at the moment) always look loved and well cared for. All in all - what's not to like!?! (Hennie: This is my 4th good review for you... does it qualify me for a "4 on 1" implant now please to stop me dribbling?!!! :-)?

Negative experience: Unclear pricing, requested price list after questioning bill and not provided. Edit after return comment ... Treatment provided for my son, paid for my me.. hence no records under my name. They will quote GDPR as a reason for not responding to my calls about the price of my sons treatment which I booked and paid for. All I wanted was a clear pricing structure to understand the bill.. like pulling teeth literally

Fantastic experience: Lovely dental surgeon, didn't feel as though it was all about the money for him. Far from it. He explained everything very clearly and gave me all options, followed by a plan which was sent promptly and clearly written.

Fantastic experience: For anyone considering dental Implants I cannot recommend highly enough. Henne and Vicky are so relaxed and competent and explain procedures the whole way along . Pricing is transparent too . The after care and hygiene practices are also outstanding . To have this procedure done locally cannot be under rated . I had far higher quotes abroad and add to that the cost of travel and the time needed there before you could fly . This was my best choice ever !

Fantastic experience: Upton Dental are an excellent practice, I had an emergency appointment today (as I had to cancel last weeks) nothing was too much trouble from the staff on reception to the nurses & dental surgeons they are all so professional from start to finish. Our family have used the Upton Dental practice for years now and would never move away from them. Its always spotless & friendly, today I was in early and away in good time with my tooth repaired. Fantastic experience: Since I was a child I have been petrified of going to the dentist. (I am now 75 yrs old). However Victoria Gill at Upton Dental Surgery is now my heroine. She is caring and treated me so sensitively and understood my worries. I am now a changed person and I trust her implicitly. No more fears of the dentist. I did not feel a thing.

Fantastic experience: I have been a nervous patient since a very painful filling at the age of 19 (I'm nearly 55 now!). However, since coming to this practice I would say that level of fear has diminished to the point where I probably only find it as unpleasant as a "normal" person. The people are all very pleasant and professional and I feel that my teeth are in good hands. I am very pleased with how clean my teeth both look and feel after my recent hygienist appointment.

Fantastic experience: Most dentists here in Dorset are not dentists for love but for money... but at this Upton Dental clinic I found a human reception and super human dentists too, as I was in an emergency and they attended to me promptly and charged me a fair amount. ...I will definitely go back and do the rest of my treatment there.... congratulations to the Upton Dental team.

Fantastic experience: As someone that has a crippling phobia of the dentist, I cannot recommend Victoria at Upton Dental enough. She is so kind, patient and understanding. She takes the time to explain everything to put you at ease which makes the whole experience much less stressful. I’ve even managed to over come my fear enough to have a wisdom tooth extracted with her and I think that is completely down to how safe I feel in Victoria’s hands. Thank you Victoria!

Negative experience: I Was seen today for an emergency appointment by Kasia Meier she was very rude and literally just looked in my mouth for 1 minute and criticised me about how I’m brushing my teeth and didn’t offer a X-ray or anything to actually look at the problem to see if I had an infection just prescribed me antibiotics and told me how many to take a day and how long for and that was it. Was a pointless visit as didn’t even get told what the problem was or what’s going on. Will not be going back as the standards have completely dropped and most are extremely rude.

Positive experience: Only drawback nurse assisting was replaced right in the middle of my treatment. I think she was going for a break. This should not have happened at this time. Surely she could have waited to the end
