Negative experience: This is only 3 stars due to the rude, up there own behind, RECEPTION STAFF. The dental staff are great. Why do the receptionists think they have the right to act the way they do? They are only receptionists! There have been soooo many people complaining about them all so why are they still employed?

Fantastic experience: Our dentist was friendly and very efficient. He had a very reassuring way of checking our teeth. He gives a running commentary of what he's doing. The receptionist was a little bit dour though!

Positive experience: During one of my last visits, l reported to reception for my appt and then was clean forgotten. I do find they chat amongst themselves an awful lot and you often feel as though you are interrupting them. I sat for half an hour during one of my visits and asked them if it there was much more of a delay! They looked shocked and admitted they'd forgotten me and had not in fact notified the dentist of my arrival. I was rather surprised that that l didn't even get an apology. They carried on with their chitchat!!!! My appointment was then very rushed. I've found getting appointments was extremely difficult and l have now sought a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing staff, so kind and care about everyone not just their patients. My son ran into a post outside opposite the dentist, his tooth went into his lip. A lady inside heard him crying and came across the road to check he was ok, she then invited us in to get a dentist to check his lip and teeth. We then are greeted by 4 other ladies, one with a first aid box. We went inside he was checked over (thankfully fine) I have never felt so welcome they were just so kind and caring we didnt feel in the way, they went above and beyond and i will be looking to swap my current dentist to Bupa in the future. Fantastic experience: I have never been a great enthusiast for dentistry which is why, despite the need, I was reluctant to renew acquaintance with any practice. Needs must, however. First impression was positive - a professional yet friendly welcome and a light, airy and comfortable waiting area. The appointment was on time and my concerns were listened too, considered and acted upon. Every stage and action was explained and agreement reached before being undertaken. A serious discussion took place over future treatment with grown-up answers to my questions and options considered. I felt that my situation was the principal concern throughout. Concerns acquired over a quarter of a century have largely been allayed by the staff’s professional and caring attitude.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service was fitted in as an emergency short notice appointment with an abcess all members of staff were kind caring & compassionate including the receptionist who fitted me in with a dentist when I explained my situation the dental surgeon went above & beyond she was not my usual dental surgeon but ensured that I received the right treatment & gave me the necessary advice & medication & was so compassionate & caring I don’t feel that the practice just need praise for specific occasions I have always found them to be an exceptional practice in all the years I have been going to them but on this occasion they went above & beyond their normal exceptional service

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dursley Dental surgery in Parsonage St. My experience with Mr Ayman AI-Khishali and nurse Emma Sealey was exceptional.The reception team were incredibly friendly and efficient. Mr Al-Khishali throughly explained the procedure due to take place and showed genuine care for my well being. Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly , caring and gentle. Good at putting your mind at ease if your anxious. Waiting time was between 0-10 mins so that was great. Check in was fairly quick and the receptionists were very polite. 10/10 overall for cleanliness , service , staff. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the professionalism of Dr. Ayman Al-Khishali from Dursley Bupa Dental Care and helpful dental nurses Millie and Maisie who worked hard into their lunch break, my toothache is gone. Despite complicated extraction procedure, I felt comfortable throughout and I was told about the whole process and explained about the aftercare. Thank you for the treatment provided. I would recommend Dursley Bupa Dental Care for anyone with need for dental care.

Negative experience: Been a patient for years. Popped in as I have a blister appear on my gum. Needed to be seen. I got told we've took you off our system. Go to an emergency dentist. I can't do that due to traveling out of my comfort zone. I suffer with Anxiety and need to be local. They refused to put me back on as a patient. Told not taking on anyone else. Omg seriously 1 more patient won't hurt for Pete's sake
