Fantastic experience: My first visit to BUPA Dentistry in Enniskillen. Curiously, a fabulous experience from my urgent phone call this morning with Lisa who sorted me and my panic out with an appointment with Sophie, quite the best practioner I have ever encountered, ultra professional with a brilliant chairside manner, putting up with worried patient.... me.... and suddenly for the first time ever I found myself completely relaxed. Thanks Sophie, see you for the next appointment. Now an update...... Yesterday visited for an appointment with Sophie for a molar root canal treatment. I wasn't looking forward to it as all my know-all contacts told me it was a dreadful experience at their dentist. All I can say is that BUPA have an absolute treasure in Sophie and her nurse. It was 75 mins of non stop treatment and from the very start including an injection in the back of the jaw which has always hurt with other dentists there was no pain at all. In fact there was no pain or discomfort the whole way through the process, so thanks again Sophie yet again you have shown me that of the many dentists in UK and other countries I have used you are by far the best, most competent and professional I have ever visited. Hope we dont lose you to a different practice.

Fantastic experience: Was in today to get a filling. Met by very friendly and professional reception staff. Had a short wait and then the Dentist Shane came out to me. Put me at ease straight away. Procedure went really well, Shane and his nurse were fantastic, kept me informed what was happening throughout and always kept me reassured. I was so happy with the service I got from Bupa and really recommend this surgery. Thank you to everyone there today.

Fantastic experience: A great dentist practice with very friendly reception staff who are always able to get you sorted in case of any issues. It would be ideal to be able to register as an NHS patient, but aware this isn’t currently possible across most practices in the UK!

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are great, they recognise an emergency and do their utmost to facilitate access to dental support. My dentist, Nicola, is a diamond amongst gems, has consistently got the diagnosis right, explains what the treatment options are, and carries out the work as pain-free as absolutely possible. I've moved dentists before for a variety of reasons but I've found my safe space with Nicola and BUPA.

Positive experience: Just recently opted for the 'Zoom' whitening in-house treatment absolutely amazing results and whitening trays to follow up. Reception staff are very friendly and approachable, always happy to help. My dentist Joseph Murphy really puts my mind at ease and is top class as what he offers.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Joseph Maguire, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr. Maguire was incredibly professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The nurse who assisted was also very kind and supportive, making the experience much less stressful. I’d also like to thank the lovely girls at reception, who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful in scheduling my appointment. Overall, a fantastic experience with a wonderful team – highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience when I visit Buba dentist. Joseph is my dentist and he is always professional and gentle. All the staff are professional, friendly and efficient. The dentist is always immaculately clean and I complemented the girls today at the front desk on how clean the toilets were. Well done everyone keep up the good work

Even though it's not my closest dentist, I prefer to travel here specifically because of the dentist J Murphy and staff. They take the time to explain any procedures and ask your opinion too. I’ve been supported to go to the dentist monthly for past six months to get long overdue dental work completed. The fear is now gone thanks to Joes patience and ability explain what’s happening. Ladies on reception are lovely always have a smile and great to chat to. Special mention to Lisa who always remembers me by name and previous conversations. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Sophie was so good at numbing it with the injection I didn't feel a thing. Taking it out she was brilliant. They are a lovely Dentist

Fantastic experience: I am a proud NHS patient of BUPA Dental care in Enniskillen, my Dentist (Sophie) is brilliant, being an older patient on a pension and unable to afford the more expensive dental treatments that are available have always been an embarrassment to me, previous dentist such as Delicate Dental in Lisnaskea and the dentistry in Derrylin seem to delight in trying to embarrass people into spending more than they can afford, at last I have found a dentist who is a lot more understanding and is willing to work within my budget, thank you BUPA.
