Fantastic experience: I finally tracked down Diana who is a professional hygienist (as in she doesn’t do other dental work). Diana is, for me, the hygienist’s hygienist! She is thorough, firm with her advice, does an exceptional job and really cares about her patient outcomes. She was a hygienist in a previous practice and I’ve basically followed her because I’m so confident in the work she does. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Diana has been my hygienist for over a year now and I cannot recommend her enough. She makes specific, tailored to me recommendations for my dental hygiene routine which have improved my gum health over the past year. I've never been to a hygienist who cares so much. Diana shares progress from appointment to appointment and it's really encouraging to see the changes I'm making are creating a real impact in my gum health. My gums barely bleed and my teeth are much less discoloured. She's also a brilliant person, makes me feel at ease and is lovely to chat to. I look forward to my appointments with Diana!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend this dentist enough. I’ve just completed my Invisalign here and I’m truly over the moon with the results. Everyone at the practice was lovely from start to finish, but a special thank you to my dentist, Dr Fahad Ayoub! The dentist can be quite a daunting place but I felt completely at ease with Dr Fahad, he spoke me through everything and I (literally) can’t stop smiling at the results!

From the moment I walked into this practice I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. When it comes to dental hygiene, Diana isn’t your run of the mill dental hygienist, the passion, the expertise and the belief in what she does is quite striking, her attention to detail, The work she puts in and the time she takes to explain each step of the procedure, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout is on a different level! Not only is Diana is highly skilled, but she also showed genuine care for my well-being. She answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and made sure I left the clinic with a healthy smile and a sense of satisfaction. I can't thank Dr Ayoub and the entire team enough for their exceptional service. I highly recommend this place if you want to have If you want a set of healthy & shinny white set of teeth and are in London, don’t bother looking anywhere else than this practice.

Negative experience: The dentists here are good but both oral hygienists are below average. They give generic advice, have a somewhat unprofessional demeanour and have sometimes even performed cleanings incorrectly and damaged my gums. I’d suggest looking elsewhere for hygienists as they really do not meet up to the steep charges they price. I’ve had much better elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: After cracking my front tooth I managed to arrange an emergency appointment with Fahad very quickly and at a much more reasonable price than quotes I had from other practices in the area. The bond I have looks great and feels strong so I'm absolutely delighted with the results! Thank you !

Fantastic experience: I had a dental cleaning with Diana and she did an awesome job. I initally only had a 45 minutes appointment booked but as someone had cancelled we managed to extend this to 90 minutes which was needed as I had not seen a dental hygienist in a while. The before and after comparison showed how much of an amazing job Diana and team did. Overall booking and paying is super easy with the clinic, I can definitely recommend it!

Firstly the receptionists were lovely from the beginning when I made my appointment to when I came to check in. I was then see by dr Diana to which I had such a lovely interaction with her. Fantastic experience: I had a very lovely appointment with Dr.Greg Davies yesterday. He is very professional, easygoing, and full of humour. I went there for a new patient checkup, Dr.Greg explained the exams into great details and walked me through the entire process. On top of that, he gave us lots of information on how dental hygiene could impact our lives according to the patient form I filled in before the appointment, which convinced me well as they are backed up by scientific research and his experience over 30 years. In addition, Dr.Greg's assistance and the reception team were all very nice and efficient.

Fantastic experience: The clinic is well-presented, bright, and clean which is very important given the type of service. Having a fear of the dentist due to a previous traumatic experience many moons ago, my oral health wasn't in a good way and when I noticed some concerning issues, I finally had to make the important decision to get seen. I decided to try BUPA Dental due to all of the positive things I'd read about them. I chose the Marylebone branch due to the excellent reviews. From my first initial exam and thorough explanation with, Dr. Fahoud Ayoub, I had a treatment plan set out and felt confident to revisit again. Dr. Ayoub is an outstanding professional who is kind, and caring, and set out the best way that he was capable to help improve my teeth. I had excellent treatment done by Kata, the hygienist, and followed through with fillings by Dr. Ayoub. All of the staff are friendly, and attentive, and have really put me at ease. I now look forward to going to the dentist compared to how I used to feel. Thank you all so much! x

Fantastic experience: I tend to feel quite uncomfortable whenever I visit a dentist. This was the first time I've been to this practice but Dr Fahad is exceptionally welcoming and its obvious that making the customer feel calm is something he always makes sure he does. He is very patient and will always explain things fully and answer any questions you may have. Definitely going to be seeing him again in future visits.

Negative experience: I went to Bupa Dental Care Marylebone for a hygienist appointment. I knew I was going to be late by 15 mins and telephoned in advance to let them know. I received a text back saying "thank you for your message in regards to running 15 mins late for your appointment with Fiona today. If you do think you will not make it for then, please send us a message so we can rearrange your appointment" I knew I could make it prior to the 15 mins being up so I did not rearrange. However, I got to the surgery with 2 minutes to spare only to be told that I needed to rearrange! I really would not have made the 45 minute journey or even started it if I had known that. I offered to have a reduced appointment time so that we still finished when we should have finished. No that wasn't acceptable. It seemed Fiona had made her mind up that she was going home and it really didn't matter that someone had made an effort to get there. Like many people and taking time off work in the middle of the day is not always possible and to then just be dismissed in this manner is quite frankly rude and arrogant. I have cancelled all my appointments with this surgery and will be taking my hard earned money somewhere else.
