Negative experience: I got a bit of a horror story about this place, it happend a while ago, so maybe it has changed now, fingers crossed. I was seated in the chair, mouth about to be open and still talking to the dentist, which, fair enough, seems lovely, when the dentist assistant burst through the door and entered the room hitting the dentist table and all the tools flew in the air. She didn't even apologizes or help cleaning, no need to say, I ran away as quickly as possible through the humidity smelly basement ...

Negative experience: Bupa Dental Care Chelsea didn’t provide clear pricing upfront, and I was shocked by the final bill, which was much higher than expected - for the exact same periodontist consultation - in comparison with other clinics in the area, incl. other Bupa clinics. When asked what would the price be for the next treatments, they said I'd "know after the treatment", which is outrageous. When I asked to know how they calculate their prices, they replied to me with an AI generated letter. A reputable clinic should be transparent about costs - especially inflated ones - before treatment. The lack of pricing information on periodontist consultation in this clinic should be investigated by the Care quality commission. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for fair and honest dental care - their specialist was not 75% better than others in Kensington to overcharge patients by this much.

Negative experience: Dimitrios Kremmydas and Rajnish Joshi stand out as two of the most skilled and compassionate dentists I have encountered in London. Their expertise is evident, and I truly appreciated their professional approach. However, I did experience some confusion with the reception team during my visit. Upon my arrival for a tooth extraction appointment, I was handed a treatment plan to sign. Unfortunately, after the procedure, I found myself only with my phone, and my ApplePay transaction did not go through. As it was a late Friday afternoon, I was advised to go home and assured that I would receive details regarding the payment later. Since I didn’t receive a copy of the treatment plan, I took the initiative to look it up online, as my multiple sclerosis affects my memory. When I received the payment link, I noticed that the amount differed from what was listed on the practice's website. I requested an email copy of the treatment plan and clarification on the price discrepancy. Additionally, I inquired about payment options for the remaining treatment, which amounts to approximately £4,000. The response indicated that while there are financing options available, I was required to settle the outstanding amount of £400 from my last appointment before discussing them. Unfortunately, I fell ill with a seasonal flu for a few days, and between that and trying to reach my dental insurance for clarification on a 20% discount, about 2.5 weeks passed since my extraction appointment. To my surprise, I then received a debt recovery email from the practice, despite having been in communication with them via email regarding my situation. This genuinely shocked me. I asked the receptionist for the payment link, settled the outstanding amount, and requested my file to transfer to another dental practice. I was disappointed by the focus on payment collection rather than valuing a patient who had committed to three more appointments totaling £4,000. It’s unfortunate, especially considering how exceptional the dentists are at this practice!

Fantastic experience: I started coming to this practice few years ago and honestly couldn’t recommend it more. All my visits at Bupa Dental Care Chelsea are amazing! The reception team was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Huda is an amazing dentist, she explained everything clearly, and made sure I was at ease throughout the procedure. I have also had the chance to see other dentists and they all are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: We recently visited the Bupa Dental clinic in Chelsea and had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Dimitrios. I couldn’t be more impressed with his care and professionalism. He was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to make my daughter feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. His warm and friendly approach made a huge difference, and he managed to connect with her. Dr. Dimitrios’ expertise and gentle care truly stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to him if my daughter ever has another dental issue. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist for their children!

Negative experience: The worst teeth cleaning experience ever! My previous dentist and hygienist was great, but this time the receptionist scheduled me with Maria Kaszuba due to timing issues, and it was a terrible experience. Her technique was poor—she seemed impatient while using the tools, aggressively poking back and forth, and hitting my gums multiple times. She was way too forceful, especially when flossing. She yanked the floss so hard that it felt like she was pulling at the tissue between my teeth, almost like pulling a tooth. What upset me the most was when I told her it hurt, she mockingly said she didn’t believe me and that floss couldn’t possibly hurt. It was the worst teeth cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my coworkers (we all have insurance) or friends anymore.

Fantastic experience: I had a brilliant experience when i visited the wonderful Dr Carla Tarazi and her team for the first time. I was made to feel completely at ease throughout the whole process and I’m thrilled that I received exactly what I was looking for. Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews, but have received the most outstanding customer care from this clinic, particularly from Dimitri and Ria on reception. So impressed. I had an emergency while abroad and they went above and beyond to support me. Being treated with such personal care, with team members remembering you and your history and being accommodating to your needs, is not always easy to come by in a city like London. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had upper dental retained implant surgery and had excellent care throughout my treatment and ongoing follow up care. I would highly recommend Dr Raj Joshi he is an excellent dental surgeon and is a very knowledgeable and caring person. The Nurses are also very knowledgeable and helpful and caring. Admin staff are extremely supportive and helpful.
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic; I don't think you could find a better dentist than the beautiful Huda! She has been my dentist, and my mother's dentists, for the last ten years, and even though we have now moved further away, the 45-minute journey to see her is well worth it. Huda is extremely thorough and knowledgable, but also very kind and patient. I've had several dentists in the past, but no one has matched her level of expertise and professionalism. Definitely wouldn't think about going anywhere else in London now. Thank you to the team at Bupa Dental Care Chelsea, especially Roslyn at reception who is very friendly and warm.
