Fantastic experience: Couldn't enrol with an NHS dentist. Thought after working for over 50 years, that I would have to go private. My last call was to Mydentist in Church St Runcorn. Was accepted immediately and three weeks later, my new dentures were fitted. A massive thankyou to Shahbana, her assistant and the receptionists. The whole ambience of the surgery is second to none. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this practice. My dentists Darius and Noha have been extremely professional, kind and helpful and have helped me overcome my dental anxiety. The staff on reception are also really helpful. Generally, the availability is great and I have been seen to relatively quickly.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful, will make a 7 year old wait for almost an hour to go in but if you are 5 minutes late you'll be refused service and thrown out. Total double standards and disrespectful. Edit.... The dentist was sat messing around with her phone not bothered that a child had been waiting for her the whole time.

Fantastic experience: I'm absolutely petrified of the dentist but the last few times I've been and been seen by Shahbno and she knows what I'm like she has kept me calm and takes her time and makes me feel comfortable

Fantastic experience: First time in a long time I've had an understanding dentist. I have major jaw problems, which causes a lot of issues with my teeth as well as day to day life. Had an amazing dentist Andreea Nita as well as her assistant who genuinely took their time and made sure I was in as little pain as possible. Also made me laugh through the pain & made me feel well looked after. I 100% recommend her and her assistant to anyone. Thank you so much

Negative experience: I will not be going back as they have chipped my tooth and put holes in my teeth I am really unhappy and they have also cut my mouth.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here since I moved to Runcorn. I see Gemma and she is absolutely great. Really can’t fault the staff or the dentists here. I even emailed them when I had a problem with my aligners and I was out of the UK, they got back to me quickly and helped, so top marks from me!

Negative experience: I couldn't make my appointment due to having been called by the hospital to go for treatment straight away. I rang the practice and explained on a answer machine then get a letter telling me I have been taken of the list disgusting . I'm taking this further as I've been a patient at this dentist since I was a child absolutely disgrace

Fantastic experience: My check ups and treatments are done by Shahbano and Tam. They are empathetic towards my anxiety and explain what’s going to happen to help ease my mind. I have no worries about returning for my next appointment with this in mind.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this Dental Pratice for a number of years now and I have to say it is the best I have ever been to, I suffer with mental health problems and I'm always well looked after by Shahbano my dentist she truly goes out of her to way to make me feel comfortable and give me the best and most professional dental care it is truly exemplary I feel like I'm being well looked after always it is top tier I couldn't ask for better and I'm very grateful for eveything it's very humbling I appreciate it a lot, her assistant Tam is always very professional, helpful and friendly too it really puts me at ease knowing I'm in an environment were I am genuinely being looked after and getting the best possible dental care from both mentioned who genuinely care about their patients (all the other staff included also) The whole pratice is lovely always clean and tidy, great rooms/equipment and the staff throughout are brilliant, always helpful, professional and considerate, I'm very forgetful and the texts/emails to remind me of apppointments are invaluable/never intrusive and incredibly helpful, when times where incredibly difficult for eveyone this Dental Practice went out of its way to still try and provide the best possible service and that was very humbling and I'll forever be grateful for that they truly went out of their way to help those in need Top tier Dental Practice really couldn't ask for better

Fantastic experience: I have had a fab experience with mydentist orthodontist practice in Sketty. Originally I was only meant to have my braces on for about two years but unfortunately was prolonged to three, and with my upcoming graduation I was extremely keen to get them off. Luckily Nadine, Pheobe and Emma managed to get them off the week before and I will be forever grateful to them for taking care of me whilst going through my treatment and once they came off! Thank you so much ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Iam an extremely anxious dental patient and have had a dental phobia for over 40 years. I had to go to the dentist as my bridge fell out. Gemma Wilson and her lovely nurse (sorry I can't remember her name) were so kind and caring to me. Thank you so much for helping me to get over my fears and get the treatment I need. I would highly recommend them to anyone scared to go to the dentist. The receptionist is also very good, and really helpful if you explain your fears when making an appointment.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the Runcorn branch of My Dentist. It was my first visit to this practice and it was a very good experience. The dentist, Zeinab gave me the best dental check up I've had in years. She clearly explained areas needing attention that I had not been told about at my usual practise and I was shocked at how little I knew about my dental health. The nurse, Lydia, was very friendly and efficient as was then receptionist. I am so glad I got to visit this dentist as I came away feeling confident that the treatment I had had was very thorough.

Negative experience: The doctor is good and helpful but the receptionists are the worst. I made two different appointments for two different things two days apart but the receptionist thought that it would be ok to cancel my second appointment and not let me know about it. They then claim they let me know about it but did not receieve any calls or texts nor was I told about when I booked my appointment. I only found out becasue I called them the day before to confirm it.

Negative experience: Reception staff are horrible money grabbing effort paid for an appointment to be binned by reception without a mention to a dentist, but I can re book for an extra fee, can't comment on the dentist as the receptionist is horrid and i didnt see the dentist, as a private customer im disgusted

Negative experience: Dentists lovely. Reception staff need training in social skills and not crying wolf, and how to have a conversation and provide a positive public service . Absolutely sick of being patronised, rude sarcastic responses with out n out lies put on file . Cherry pick at this practice whilst you are paying and accepting any rubbish they say , then you are OK. Just rude staff who look like they have lost the will to be there

Fantastic experience: I feel very lucky to have been accepted at this practice as an NHS patient after being on their waiting list for just 8 months. Visited today for my first assessment and could not be more pleased with Uyiosa as my dentist. She is so caring and helpful, I haven't been to a dentist in 14 years and was embarrassed by the state of my teeth but she put me right at ease. I am weirdly looking forward to visiting again, that is surely the sign of a great dentist!

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth last night, called this morning and Nick kindly managed to squeeze me in this afternoon. New large filling completed in a few minutes. Been with the practice for about ten years, always had great service and treatment!

Fantastic experience: From my very 1st visit I was made to feel at ease, from the reception staff to the dentists Uyiosa and Ana, also the dental nurses Dot and Hannah. I have continued to be looked after to an extremely high standard since. The surgery care and treatment, along with the after care I have received has been 2nd to none. I would not hesitate in recommending Church Street practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been already twice at the practice along with my wife,both times I was with Alex and his nurse Dee,very reassuring and they've helped me to relax (I am very nervous and stressed wen visiting the dentist) very professional and kind and always with a plan and not trying to do unnecessary things, Alex was able to spot few things that in my previous practice didn't and we managed to prevent bigger problems, always positive and with a smile,reception is kind and efficient,I am very happy with my visits and the results,highly recommending the practice.

Fantastic experience: Staff are amazing and really welcoming and professional i had an appointment and my little one came along and he was a little hyper but the staff was a grate help as i was having my treatment and kept him occupied above and beyond am glad i choose these just overall a grate team and treatment cannot wait for the good work to be done and to have my smile back :D

Fantastic experience: I needed to make an emergency appointment today as I was really suffering with unbearable tooth pain. I rang and spoke to Jodie on reception who was so lovely and helpful. She managed to get me in straight away. I saw Uyiosa. She was fabulous! Figure out what the problem was and, as a result, removed my wisdom tooth. She was so lovely as I was very nervous. She explained everything beforehand and was very calming and patient. Dot was also lovely, and helped ease my anxiety. Thank you both.

Positive experience: I started going to the Runcorn Location about a month ago now. I have since seen 2 dentists and 3 assistants. I'll start with the dentist I saw most recently, Ana Abbas. Lovely woman, and very caring. She has extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth now and has even advised me to call back if I have any pain with the most recent one. She provided aftercare during the recent extraction to the first extraction site and showed concern when I told her I'd had pain and worked through it rather than calling back in to see her. Loved the first assistant I saw her with (never caught her name, but she was always saying how good you're doing through the pain and even offered advice afterwards as well), not so much a fan of the second assistant, but she did her job well. However, my main dentist who made a treatment plan for me was Alexandros Panos. He's had 2 sessions with me, and that was barely starting the work we have left to do. Alex has been so supportive during the two times I've seen him, advising me to let him know if I feel pain, telling me that he'll take things slow as he works on fixing my dental issues if I need him to. The bloke couldn't be kinder if he tried. He has told me off for my habits before I went to see him, but I've made so many changes to my lifestyle since, and he said there was an improvement last time he saw me, and his assistant at the time even advised me to change what I drink daily to help my teeth stay healthier for longer. Hopefully, these habits keep up! (Have not been able to keep them up after the first extraction, but getting back into them afterwards was easy) Overall, I love the place. It could be cheaper, but the staff are definitely worth the price.

Fantastic experience: Was referred by my own dental practice to have a complex extraction, was seen by Ana and Hannah who put me at ease straight away with their friendly demeanour, the procedure was explained fully to me, the extraction was performed expertly it was totally pain free, could not have asked for better care.

The practice is always professional and Shahbano's work is absolutely flawless, she has such a caring attitude and her work is so precise I can't recommend or thank her enough. Negative experience: This is the worst {my}dentist in the UK. Their patients are handpicked, and they keep those they prefer on their list while putting others on a blacklist and removing them. I contacted them before my appointment and cancelled my appointment, but they permanently removed me from their patient list without informing me. The same thing happened to my partner; they also deleted her name. A few days ago, I called them and sent them an email asking for the reason, and they responded in a very rude and dishonest manner, claiming that I had asked to have my name permanently removed. This behaviour is inhumane and discriminatory. Today, when I read the reviews, I realized that this has happened to several people, and now I am certain that they keep only those they want on their list, which is very frustrating and shameful behaviour.

Fantastic experience: Shahbaro + Tam are the best team I have ever had in a very nervous patient and she works with me wonderfully I am also a adhd and autistic person so the fact they keep me at ease and help me it really helps to feel at ease and relaxed I couldn’t thank the to ladies I see enough and the reception staff are also so supportive and understanding very lovely dental practice.
