The front of house team are so welcoming and personable and it gives me such peace of mind knowing the dentists guide me every step of the way for any treatment or advice.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Bupa Soho Dentist more highly. The team here genuinely makes every visit a pleasure. The girls at reception are always so warm, welcoming and a joy to chat to — they set such a positive tone from the moment you walk in. Dr Gail is simply the best dentist in the UK. Highly skilled, attentive, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. You always feel you’re in expert hands. And Stuart, the hygienist, is brilliant. Professional, thorough, and makes what could be an uncomfortable appointment feel easy. An outstanding team all around that makes top quality dental care feel personal, friendly and stress free.

Fantastic experience: The location is excellent, and the services, from reception to the medical staff, are exceptional. I have consulted with Dr. Karen Cuddy on multiple occasions, and her professionalism and level of care have consistently been outstanding. This is why I specifically request Dr. Cuddy for all my appointments. She is remarkable, as is her nurse, Rebecca, who is highly efficient and demonstrates significant care and empathy.

Fantastic experience: This place is lovely. Expensive because it's Bupa, but you do get a very thorough checkup though - mouth and tongue (cancer?) check, gum check, an incredibly thorough hygienist cleaning. All of my previous dentists for the last 40-odd years of just poked my teeth with that metal stick and scraped off a bit of plaque here and there. Staff are all so friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Before becoming a regular at Bupa Soho I had a very unfriendly and unhelpful dentist and I would always dread coming for my checkups. After two years at Bupa Soho everything is the polar opposite; I actually enjoy coming to the dentist! The team is super friendly and caring and as a result of their hard work I am much happier with my smile now than before I joined.

Fantastic experience: Bupa Soho team are wonderful, I have been a patient there for a year now and I have seen many specialists including Rachael, Francesco, Eduardo and last but not least Stuart, all of whom are experts in their field. The reception and dental nurse team headed up by Becky are all awesome, personable and somewhat entertaining when you are nervous (which I often am). Fantastic experience: Going to the hygienist is never fun. However, I have now been to Saghar twice and it is hands down the best hygienist experience I have had. She also provides helpful brushing tips and suggested products to support with my dental hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough of this place. Luca did an amazing job on my filling, has a great manner and put me at ease quickly, explaining exactly what he was doing before, and during the procedure. I can say without question it was the best dental care I’ve had.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental practice with great care, advice and even better service. Rachel is an amazing dentist and Sagar a top class hygienist. The front of house staff are witty, vivacious and helpful and Rachel can dance too (watching her hips move I almost cricked my neck!)!

Negative experience: It takes a lot for me to write a review but I have to be honest. I’ve been a patient at this practice for a year and I dread coming here, I’m looking for a new practice now. There’s always some type of mishap, I’ve never left here 100% happy. The receptionists are nice (shout out to Sharee!) but that’s about it. I was meant to get a retainer and they ordered the wrong one so I had to miss work to come again for another fitting. I was meant to get a filling but they booked me in for the wrong type of appointment causing me to miss work again. I had a food trap and they filled the tooth around the trap instead of the gap causing me to miss work again and having to come back in. I finally got my tooth filled & 6 months later the filling has fallen out. I had to get a filling for sensitivity and my nerve was nicked and now my tooth is even more sensitive than before; I can’t eat hot, cold or crunchy things on the right side of my mouth. I tried to get an emergency dental appointment once but the practice told me to go to the NHS because they don’t reserve any appointments for emergencies (surely that’s just best practice, everybody know the NHS dental service has been wiped out so what exactly are you supposed to do in an emergency?) I’m so tired of dealing with this practice. I’m sure the team are trying their best but for a private practice in Soho, I’m deeply disappointed + fed up

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience, the staff is super nice, helpful and welcoming. I had a cleaning with Saghar who was very thorough, kind and attentive. She used all the allocated time, not like in other places that dispatch you after just 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this clinic, and will be coming back for my routine check-ups and dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming service.

Negative experience: The worst hygiene appointment I’ve ever had. It was supposed to be 30 minutes, but we started 10 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early. The hygienist, Stuart C., rushed through the cleaning like he was in a race. He was rough- jerking my jaw around in a way that was genuinely painful. Even now, 5h later, my face still hurts. My teeth aren't even fully clean - I can still see spots of plaque. When I shared my feedback with the lady at the reception she didn't really take it seriously. If you have the option, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Ideally, choose a practice that books 45 minutes for cleanings so they’re not rushed and don’t end up hurting you.

Fantastic experience: I had a general check-up and hygiene treatment at Bupa Dental Care Soho and the experience was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. They guided me through the process, ensuring everything was clear and comfortable. The treatment was thorough and done with great care. I’m very happy with the service and will be using them as my long-term dental practice!

Negative experience: Despite good customer service and attentive reception staff, I do not think that this is the dentistry that you can trust in terms of the level of expertise, I would recommend finding a good practice on Wimpole street instead. About a month ago, I did two fillings - one preventative (which was a wrong advice given to me as you should never drill teeth if there is no need) and one because of the enamel decay, which was not done well I still feel very uncomfortable. After the procedure, my pain reached the level as high that I couldn’t sleep for around a week, holding ice to my face and drinking a pack of ibuprofen a day. It turned out that I had an infection under an old root canal which was triggered by a preventative filling that should have not been done at first place. When I went back to Bupa, they told me that this is due to a bruising because of the high filling. I do not understand why they didn't recommend me a CBCT scan for such an extreme pain, which was comparable to my tooth being pulled out. I previously asked Bupa for 2 years to do a full teeth scan, but they told me that I was not necessary. My condition could have been diagnosed some time ago and treated. Again, they might be OK for routine checks, but wouldn’t rely on any advice that they give and definitely wouldn’t do any dental work there. I am, however, grateful to Bupa for the subsequent support they have provided after I have gotten a correct diagnosis at a different clinic. All in all, am extremely costly painful 4 weeks because of a lack of diagnostics and poor advice.

And a big thank you to Rebecca for her expert care of me of when arrived and helping with explaining my insurance plan. I highly recommend this dental practice especially if you are a nervous or anxious person.

Fantastic experience: Really great experience start to finish. I’ve been going here for about 2 years. The appointments are easy to book, the clinic sets up non-intrusive reminders to book follow ups or routine check ups, and the care and treatment plans are phenomenal. I’ve gone from having terrible teeth with gum and tooth pain and lots of decay to my teeth being in fairly good condition, gums being in good health and really feeling a difference in my mouth. That’s all thanks to Bupa Dental soho helping me come up with an appropriate treatment plan and maintenance routine. Cannot recommend Bupa Dental Soho more!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Emergency Dental Care in Soho! Some days just don’t go as planned… I was up at 4 AM to catch the first Eurostar from King’s Cross, only to have my tooth fall out after passport control—talk about bad timing! Desperately searching for an early-opening dentist in the area, I had no luck—until I found Bupa Dental Care in Soho, the only clinic that opens at 8 AM every day. I left a voicemail and set off, hoping for the best. To my surprise, they called me back before I even reached the practice at 7:45 AM. The team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. Rachel, the dentist, started her shift at 8 AM and saw me immediately, without hesitation, to fix my issue. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and efficiency. If you're ever in need of urgent dental care in the area, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Becky and Rachel are always welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. Dr. Saghar, hygienist, addressed my long time concern with my gums. I especially appreciated how gentle and careful she is during the exam and she checks on me from time to time to make sure I’m comfortable. She answers my questions and will offer some advice which works really well for me. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dentist.

From the very first phone call with reception (Becky) to make an appointment, to my difficult tooth extraction (Gail), to my hygiene appointment... simply the best - I feel very lucky I tried them before any others. They are all professional, experienced, caring, friendly, kind, clean practices and the place is spotless, simply the best dentist experiences I have ever had. I get very nervous visiting the dentist... I do hate it, Becky and the reception team are so lovely and always calm my nerves. My tooth extraction was not simple or easy. Gail was amazing, she was professional, confident and experienced and gained my trust almost immediately. I understood she knew exactly what she was doing. She went above and beyond to look after me until I was completely healed. I will be forever grateful to her for immediately helping me and her after care. And my hygiene appointment with Stuart was great too, great advice and care... Who would have thought dentists could be this great.
