We would like to clarify a few points. If you browse private clinics across the UK, you will find that antibiotic prescriptions are not free anywhere. In your case, the dentist recommended an antibiotic, but you mentioned that you already had some antibiotics at home. This is surprising, considering antibiotics cannot legally be obtained without a prescription in the UK.
The information you received over the phone about the root canal treatment was informative, and the treatment depends on the diagnosis found after the consultation/x-ray etc. The doctor explained to you that the treatment to be done without removing the crown is not safe and it will not be successful.

Regarding your comments about our staff, thank you for your compliments about their appearance. While we are delighted to appear youthful and approachable, we assure you that our team is composed of highly trained professionals. The dentist who saw you has over 12 years of experience, and the nurse assisting has over 10 years of qualifications and is constantly enhancing her expertise. Our entire team, including our receptionists, is fully trained and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
