Negative experience: I've had to adjust my review down with longer term experience: Firstly, the originally communicated timelines were overly optimistic as the alignment took far longer, and I heard this from others too. Secondly, I paid for Invisalign treatment but did not receive Invisalign retainers. The retainers I received were flimsy and well below a reasonable expected standard, particularly now I know what Invisalign retainers are really like, having finally made the sacrifice of paying for proper ones elsewhere. Thirdly, Swati did not answer to my request to resolve this matter of the off-brand low quality retainers. And finally, I never realised - until reading the reviews here - that Swati is not a qualified orthodontist. She offers orthodontic treatment and it is not at all clear that she's a dentist, not an orthodontist. I didn't know that was allowed in the UK. This should be made very clear at the onset, so the customer can make an educated decision on this. I still hope to resolve the matter of the low quality retainers. I've offered Swati a very reasonable settlement, but until this matter is resolved I need to warn other potential patients with this low rating.

Fantastic experience: Dr Swati is so fantastic! My teeth were slightly crooked and over crowded and now they are neat and straight. Dr Swati also explains to me what she does so that I can understand in detail what I am having done and how it works. I got bonding done to fix my enamel and whenever it chips they are very understanding and book me in to fix it! I have a few more things I want done and will definitely be going back to Dental Care London! You won’t regret it :)

Fantastic experience: I decided to go with invisible braces after years of being self-conscious about the gaps I had with my front and bottom teeth and the misalignment. I live in Birmingham and I was recommended Dental Care London. I can confidently say that the journey and time spent back and forth throughout the process was worth it. Dr Swati was able to facilitate and arrange every appointment I had to suit my availability even at short notice. From the very first consultation, the customer service was professional, friendly, and incredibly informative. I was always seen by Dr Swati throughout and her team made sure I felt comfortable and understood every step of the treatment process. It is also worth noting that all lines of communication remained open even in the event that Dr Swati was away. I always received a response back to any queries or pictures I sent in with updates. The fitting process was seamless, and I appreciated how discreet and easy the aligners were to wear. Throughout the treatment, I had regular check-ins, and any concerns I had were promptly addressed such as discolouration and on the odd occasions when I believed the brackets to have come loose. I was even able to have aligners and then requested further set of retainers after. Dr Swati was always consistent and reassuring, which made the experience even more positive. Now, more than a year after completing the treatment, my teeth are still perfectly aligned, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I follow the after care instructions provided by Dr Swati. The braces and aligners provided not only improved my smile but also boosted my confidence and I’m still open to going back for check-ups if needed due to the care and attention I received. I highly recommend to anyone considering this route for orthodontic treatment.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door I felt very confident about going forward with my cosmetic bonding I had researched what I wanted and saw two other dentists who just didn't listen and talked about all teeth needing to be bonded and to wear a retainer after the work....Dr Swati Maan listened and talked me through my procedure my gums were receeding and I had gaps at the top of my front teeth that are known as black triangles the work that she did was amazing I was smiling soo much and was so happy .The next appointment was a chip on my front tooth and to even the teeth ....again perfect .
