He explained the whole process and laid everything out In a clear and concise way to make sure I knew all my options and expectations, which were exceeded! So happy with everything. Fantastic experience: I contacted Dr Liam on instagram and he was quick to get back to me and actually have a proper conversation about my teeth. I appreciated this as I don’t live in the North so it made things a lot easier. From this first conversation to now having my teeth done their service has been amazing. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease. As for my teeth… I love them! I got composite bonding on 8 teeth and I am over the moon with the results. From what I’ve seen from my research, Dr Liam is the best at what he does. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I joined this practice quite a few years ago and I am very glad I did. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and I feel the practise goes above and beyond when it comes to getting you slotted in, especially when you are experiencing any pain and discomfort. I never have found myself waiting long to get seen when I get there as everything runs so well in there. I have Dr Friend as my dentist and I cannot rate him highly enough. I have never felt rushed, he is very understanding and helpful when I am uncomfortable/anxious and he goes above and beyond what you would expect your average dentist to do. He also pointed me in the right direction with regards to Denplan and it has made things a lot easier to afford. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: My friends mummy is comin 90 years of age. She has lost weight and because of this her dentures do not fit her mouth. It's been 1 full year since her mum went into the diamond dentist to try an get new dentures made. Nothing has happened . It's a total disgrace. When she talks her dentures r moving around in her mouth. Y has nothing happened. If ur as great as people think u r get that old lady sorted this week. So she can eat her xmas dinner an enjoy it. Not trying to eat wit her teeth moving all abou in her mouth.

Negative experience: My daughter had a consultation for braces. Finance department said that she would be able to pay the total off over the 9 months she would have them on. Based on this information she went ahead and got them fitted. Later on during the day they went totally against what they told her and tried to take the full amount. Why say one thing and do the exact opposite!!!!!
