Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal and composite filling done by Dr. Gill, and the whole experience was fantastic. Dr. Gill was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The treatment was comfortable, and the results are excellent — my teeth look and feel great. I’m really happy with the care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The time came for a dental check, my last visit to a dentist must be over twenty years ago. Dr Agrawal answered my questions and spoke about my needs giving possible solutions. He and everyone at the practice are very polite and helpful. I can recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I chose this dental practice. Everyone is so polite and cheerful. Mr Gill is excellent. He has a gentle manner, listening and explaining treatment options. The initial apprehension disappeared quickly, resulting in a positive experience.

Negative experience: I explained to the practice that it is difficult taking time off as I am currently seeing patients in a remote gp clinic. I would have an appointment on Monday and have to come back Tuesday because my temp broke or they needed something. I took 5 days off seeing my patients which has been inconvenient but I understood. I then had a final veneer fitting and it did not match. Dr gill kindly fit me in 7 days later for a fitting. The day of appointment at 9am I was called by Amy, who told me the veneer did not come. I was disappointed but received more explanation and mitigation of dental surgery’s responsibilities than reassurance and apology. When I had explained my frustrations and how I felt I did not even get an apology. Amy replied “ but I have apologised, but this is not our responsibility. She was sarcastic, blunt and was not able to let me finish my sentences. It was not reassuring nor appropriate mannerism and when I explained I was concerned over my patients, they said “well we had to cancel a patient today(me) surely you will understand. I work in the medical field and I have not seen poor communication skills like this. I felt very upset and I do not think I am able to engage in any further communications with a team like this.

Negative experience: My partner has been going to this dental practice for over 1 year. we have both encountered rude interactions with receptionists. including being told to wait outside. we are both doctors and she has been placed 3 hours away in GP surgery. there were cancelled appointments and veneers that did not match. however the receptionists offered no real attempt at an apology and frankly was sarcastic and rude. i have had to console my distressed partner regarding rescheduling her patients due to rescheduling of dental appointments in the very last minute. i am very disappointed in the level of professionalism the dental staff showed

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous coming to this appointment but I was put at ease right away by the lovely reception staff and the very polite and professional Mr Gill. Mr Gill explained everything, understood my fears, didn't rush me, asked what questions I had, answered them, then he made a plan with me. Fantastic experience: Becoming a patient at this dentist is one of the best things I've done . Seeing Dr Gill helped me to sort out a problem, that had occurred from another practice, failing to see I had a cracked tooth . I was nervous and anxious and he has restored some calm to my visits . Also my mum who has Motor neurons disease has been able to come to this practice in her wheelchair and safely transfer into the chair Dr Gill has in his consultation room . Meaning she was able to receive treatment for toothache . As she can't lean backwards very far now, the staff got a pillow which helped adapt the neck support to bridge the gap .making the experience alot better . Little things like this mean alot when your disabled. Thankyou to all the staff for being so lovely and professional

Negative experience: Gave you a 2 star rating due to being charged again for not attending even though I had tried to call when you sent the reminder message and waited on hold for a good while at work until I could no longer do so. The dentist is a very good at what he does but unfortunately the reception staff are unbelievably rude and argumentative every time I've had any calls with them. Unfortunately not very professional at all I've never been spoken to by a receptionist with so much bad attitude in all my life! I will find a new dentist at this point as there is plenty of others that don't speak to you so rude and abruptly on the phone. Was good while it lasted but unfortunately after taking 140 pound of my money for non attendance and also making you pay upfront for appointments afterwards I have no other choice but to go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr Agarwal is a fantastic and very knowledgeable Dentist. He spent a good hour examining and patiently explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan . I was nervous before visiting the Practice but his kind attitude and that of the friendly nurse present in the room, put me completely at ease. I wholeheartedly recommentd this practice for any dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I went for a £20 consultation with a view to a couple of cosmetic treatments. The Dentist gave me a very honest opinion and advised me they were not really necessary. He could have made a lot of money by just doing them. Also said I could have my £20 back as I did not have a treatment. I’m most happy to let him have it for an honest bit of advice.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a check up and then ended up having a deep clean. The difference before i went in compared to afterwards were inconceivable. I felt like a new man. The Hygienist spent at least 30 minutes cleaning every nook and cranny. If anyone has concerns about their dental hygiene, I highly recommend seeing Lisa as she has a natural talent in dental hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely life changing! I’ve had some awful experiences with dentists which completely put me off going. My teeth got into an awful state and my friend recommended Grosvenor Dental to me. I was sceptical, but the moment I walked through the door the environment was welcoming and calm. The dentist talked me through everything that would be happening and the assistant was reassuring and let me hold her hand while I had the needle (I’m terrified of needles). I’ve gone 3 years without showing my teeth in photos and trying to cover up my mouth while talking, and in one day it felt like my life completely changed. I now have photos of me smiling with my friends, family and partner. I can talk to people without trying to cover my face. All this without breaking the bank! Best decision I ever made!

Fantastic experience: I tried different dentists and l can honestly say I have found my forever dentist. You're treated like old friends and l wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. I'm very fussy about dentists, not anymore.

Negative experience: It could have been nice if staffs use aseptic techniques while doing the examination. The instruments were left on work top prior to inserting in the mouth. Bit concerned about the hygiene.

Fantastic experience: I was in desperate need of a crown on my front tooth to get my confidence back after taking some trauma to the tooth.. the job I had done before was so bad so I found this dental practice and went in for my consultation, a few hours later I was back starting my treatment!! I am petrified of the dentist and avoid at all costs, but this one is so calm and welcoming.. i’m already booked in for more treatment! I wouldnt go anywhere else now , this practice is lovely from the moment you walk through the door, the Receptionist s are all lovely and friendly and Dr Gill who did my cosmetic work is lovely, So gentle ! also his nurse, Ive had fillings and didnt feel a thing, you feel really at ease with him and explains everything to you before! Everyone is always so nice and the service is efficient and you’re never sold to, dental health always comes first. My partner is an orthodontist and I choose to come to Dr Gill for my dental treatment because it is so hard to leave. Fantastic experience: As a new patient I was impressed by the quality of service and the care that I received. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There were a range of plan options I was made aware of and I felt comfortable in the surgery. I have had a sore tooth for several months and previous attempts to rectify the issue had failed. Following my recent appointment the pain is much improved, which is very good news for me. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and had built up a lot of anxiety over going and had dealt with awful dentists beforehand that really put me off. My teeth were in poor shape and I never thought they would look as amazing as they do now. All the team made me feel really relaxed and welcome and I never thought I would feel comfortable going to appointments again! I had quite a bit of work done including having teeth removed but the procedures were done so quickly and without any pain, both during and after treatment and appointments were set up easily and without long wait times. All in all I can’t recommend this surgery enough.

Fantastic experience: Ive been coming to Grosvenor dental practice all of my life and I have always been happy with their service. Over the last 10 months Ive had my teeth straightened with Invisalign and whitened. I am extremely happy with the results and love my new but natural looking teeth. I wanted my teeth straightened ahead of my wedding and once again the practice hit all my expectations. My teeth were slow to move however the practice did an excellent job at booking my appointments to achieve the desired results ahead of my big day. My wife also had Invisalign with Grosvenor dental practice and we are both over the moon with our smiles in our wedding photos. Positive experience: The service was great to my children. The staff specially the Dentist were very nice, kind to my children. I noticed, some receptionist are not very approachable, not smiling or greet us when we arrived. Some of them never see them smile everytime we visit the dentist. My children was with them for nearly 5 years now, i never commented or give feedback coz I thought maybe that’s just me.. but a friend wanted to move her child to GDP because of the location, the first thing she noticed is the staff infront are not very welcoming.. same feeling, same experience we had when we registered. Fantastic experience: After not visiting a dentist for over 5years, due to being petrified (covid just made things easier) I knew my teeth were in need of attention, so I took the time and looked at reviews at dentists in the area, I came across Grosvenor and all the fantastic reviews. It still took me another four months to pluck the courage to go, WOW how stupid I was Dr Gill is fantastic, listening to me and talking me through procedures , having two fillings and previously being told by my old dentist, I would have to have one tooth removed, I never felt a thing. Recently gone back and seen the hygienist, Lisa again explaining everything, I can see and feel a difference already. I have now booked up to have teeth whitening, having not gone for such a long time, my only wish I had done this years ago So thankyou Dr Gill and all the staff

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Grosvenor Dental Practice for over a year now. I have been seen by Dr Agrawal and last week Dr Gill who was supported by Megan. I’m always made to feel at ease when I attend ALL of my appointments- especially at my last appointment as I was a bit nervous, I came out of it a different person with how well I felt after it. Every part of the appointment is explained to me and staff have been kind and reassuring. I must say, all staff members have been lovely (sorry I’ve forgotten names) I’ve definitely made the right choice in choosing this practice.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient of Mr Gill. I decided to change dentist on the very highly recommendation of a family member. I was not disappointed!! What a brilliant experience. Mr Gill is a very kind, patient man who will sit and talk through any issues with you. There is a fantastic hygiene dental nurse who is part of the practice, and all of the staff are extremely helpful. I was fairly happy with my previous dentist and didn't have any problems as such but even though Mr Gills practice is much further to get to I will not be going anywhere else and am so happy that I made the decision to change to Mr Gill.

The previous dentist at Westbury Park acted like a butcher and was very unprofessional unlike Dr Gill. In no time was the tooth out after taking the time to properly prepare the area. Fantastic experience: I first visited back in Oct 2022 after reading some good reviews of the Grosvenor Dental Practice. I had not been to a dentist for years and my teeth were in a right mess. From the very first visit I was made to feel totally at ease, my fears were fully understood and I felt really supported. I’ve just finished the first stage of my treatment plan, with a denture to replace 4 broken teeth that needed extraction and 3 fillings to upper and lower teeth that I didn’t think would be possible to restore. I would not hesitate in recommending Grosvenor Dental Practice to anybody. A huge Thank You to all the team that have helped me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been afraid of the dentists but I have never experienced a completely pain free injection before, I can honestly say I didn’t notice the injection and only realised it was done when I started to feel the numbing sensation. The whole treatment was pain free. All the staff are pleasant and professional and the standard of treatment is first class in this spotlessly clean and modern practice.

Fantastic experience: We came to Grosvenor Dental Practice from a NHS Dental Practice as we felt that there was a considerable lack of care and consistency with procedures and appointments. Dr Puneet Agrawal is unbelievably thorough, explains any dentistry plans in good detail and involves you in decision making. Both Dr Agrawal and Heather have a great calming way in which they work and deal with patients which really helps when you're anxious. All round a great Dental Practice with fantastic staff. Fantastic experience: Both my daughters have attended here from a very young age, my eldest is now 22 and pays private as she wanted stay with her dentist she has had from the beginning.. The dentist the girls see is so inspiring he always gives advice and makes them feel comfortable. My youngest daughter had her first adult filling yesterday , she was so nervous and worked herself up into a state , but he reassured her and it was over and done within a couple of minutes .. If my girls wernt comfortable there i wouldnt of took them, but registering all them years ago we have never looked back..I would highly recommend the dentist Puneet Agrawal, he as being amazing throughout the years for both my girls..

Fantastic experience: Having had issues with dentists in my local area, I was keen to find a new dentist that came reccomended by someone I actually know. I have never regretted the move. I have been at this practice for several years now and my recent visit was the first time I had needed any work doing. It is amazing the difference in comparison to my previous dentist. It only took 1 injection for each tooth... the previous dentist needed to use 3 and I was still in discomfort. The whole experience was so much better and the end result is amazing and I couldn't be happier. I needed to ask some questions afterwards and the staff couldn't be more helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone who mentions needing a dentist. I actually stopped going for regular check ups for around 4 years after one bad experience but Grosvenor have changed all that and I have no fear of being hurt again.

Fantastic experience: Mr Gill is a very kind caring Dentist and very knowledgeable. He has replaced my six veneers at the front of my mouth that had been on my teeth for 15 years. I now have a perfect smile. I live in Walsall and travel to Stoke because I wouldn't trust anyone else to look at my teeth or work on my teeth. Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, very welcoming and make you feel wanted. Everyone has a genuine smile. Each dentist that I have seen takes the time to fully explain what is to be done and why. Although being a very nervous patient I have never had a problem visiting this practice and would highly recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: Saw Lisa the hygienist today who was lovely, made me feel very comfortable, did a great scale and polish and gave some very useful tips on how to improve my daily teeth cleaning routine.
