Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Dentozen Dental & Spa earlier this year, I had an issue with a wisdom tooth which needed extracting, when I went into this establishment it was very professional and all the staff were lovely

Negative experience: Similar experience to another customer. Visited in an emergency situation as my regular dentist was closed. Had an x-ray and was diagnosed as having decay and recommended a root canal treatment there and then at £350 or having antibiotics to fight the infection. Elected for the latter as I had an appointment coming up at regular dentist few days later. Was told I would have x-rays sent to me - these were not sent. Was overcharged at the time which was then refunded, and also charged £25 simply for them to write a prescription which I then had to pay for. Chased up an invoice twice. THEN - emergency appointment with regular dentist 4 days later who told me the tooth was cracked and needed extraction - it was NOT infected and did not need root canal. Reaffirmed mu opinion that this a private dentist seeking only profit, not having the wellbeing of the patient as a priority, Why was the crack not picked up in the X-ray at Dentozen? I subsequently called the surgery after my appointment with my regular dentist to highlight all of the above and complain about the service and diagnosis received. Left a message to this effect and, 3 days later, still no call back. All in all appalling service - particularly the actual diagnosis, which is the reason to be there!! Save yourself the expense and find a far more established/reputable operation. Will update if and when I ever get a callback

Negative experience: I would not recommend. It was the weekend and my dentist was closed and urgently needed an emergency appointment due to tooth pain. The dentist examined and extracted the tooth there and then. Having gone back to my main Dentist which is in Cheshunt for my routine checkup, she wanted to do an xray and found some of the bone stuck in my jaw and it's still there no thanks to these people at Dentozen. I made a full complaint and the dentist is still there. I would definitely not recommend and go else where.

Negative experience: UPDATE: the entire service at Dentozen was a waste of time and money. I had to have the entire procedure corrected 6 months later in the US due to lack of expertise and negligence in diagnostics. I had a total of 5 appointments at Dentozen. Short of it: this office is disorganized, and they did not make any effort to respect my time. First appt: this was an emergency appointment. I requested the appointment online and their booking system allowed me to schedule outside of their business hours. I assumed emergency appts had different availability, so I didn’t think anything of it until they called the morning of and moved my appointment back 2 hours. I showed up 10 minutes early and was then seen more than 15 minutes late. Total cost: £180 Second appt: follow up to the first, scheduled when I left the first appointment. Had a crown removed and a temp crown placed. I showed up 10 minutes early, I was again seen more than 15 minutes late. The temp crown came off completely within 48 hours of leaving the office. Total cost: £790 Third appt: I missed this appointment due to a transatlantic flight delay beyond my control, took off before business hours started, landed after business hours closed. Rescheduled first thing the following day. Fourth appt: I was supposed to be fitted with the permanent crown. Waited 35 minutes past my appointment time while they searched for the crown. Instead of taking accountability, they passed blame onto a staff member who was supposed to handle my third appt but was not currently present. I left without the crown. Rescheduled for the following day. Total cost: £0 Fifth appt: they found the crown, scheduled the fitting for the first appt of the day. I was given the option of 0900 or 0910 and chose 0900, but I’m unsure why 0900 was even an option since I was on time and once again waited 15 minutes past my appointment time. Crown was fitted just fine, no issues so far. The space is clean and appealing, the staff was kind. Unfortunately, being kind doesn’t make you good at your job. An office this disorganized cannot possibly act responsibly with my dental records and personal information, so I do not recommend them. Their prices are comparable to other private services nearby, so I fully recommend booking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of pain for about 1 week and I came across this private dentist while searching for an emergency appointment. The receptionist was so hopeful and kind and there were able to see me on the same day. I saw one of the team and they gave me some options. I had antibiotics at first but then I just couldn’t wait for the referral to NHS to remove three of my teeth as I was still in pain. I made an appointment to get my top two teeth out and I saw Dr Neha Patel. She was amazing, I was so scared and she was able to put my mind at ease. I then had another appointment to get my wisdom tooth out and again I was scared. She again put my mind at ease. I couldn’t believe how quick Dr Neha Patel was able to take my wisdom tooth out bearing in mind that some of my gum was hiding over the tooth. She actually remove it within 30 sec. Dr Neha Patel is amazing at what she does and she is clearly highly skilled. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me at Dentozen dental & spa. I will definitely come again if I have any more issues and most definitely will recommend my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I've not had the best experience with dentists and not only hated but feared having to see one. I walked into Dentozens Dental spa and was immediately put at ease by the ambience but also the lovely friendly spirited ladies at the reception. I then met my dental physician and she was lovely and put me at ease with her professional assessment and clear plan of treatment needed for my issues. I am more confident in the treatment set out For me in this surgery than at any other time. From my first experience with Dentozen dental practice I was already rushing home to recommend to my family. So far so good Just want to add that as good as it is the bill at each treatment is questionable as there isn't a treatment price so it's seems prices are just thrown out there. It would be good to visually see what the price is for each part of your treatment is so there is no surprises. .

Negative experience: Had a set of dentures made and we'll for a start, they took months to get right ,which is great ,but i had them less than a year and then they broke, I rang dentozen and they said there's no warranty as I've had them longer than 6months ,i said theyve cost me nearly 1,500 pound then the told me to go to the lab in London and will be charged ,I paid to get them repaired, but they brock again ,so I paid again ,but now I've had enough now as they've broken again, so if you want dentures, DONT GET THEM FROM HERE as I've got to buy again ,and so might you ,

Fantastic experience: Service was great because I went with my toothache & the problem was resolved there and then and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend in the sense that if you’ve got a problem and need it done ASAP it will be sorted ASAP. Dental doctor concentrated on the problem at hand. Staff were friendly. The place is also aesthetically pleasing and CLEAN.

Fantastic experience: Went to get my wisdom tooth extracted. Dr Neha Patel was amazing! I was really anxious before the procedure. Her and her lovely assistant both calmed my nerves, talked me through each step, and took out my tooth in less than 30 seconds! Really lovely team & would 100% recommend them to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Dr Zohaib Hashmi was excellent. I had a bad tooth ache and Dr Zohaib instantly found the issue and had me booked in an emergency appointment. He resolved the issue which was that I needed a root canal. The procedure was smooth, simple and the most professional. I was also shown my X-rays where the root canal was done and I can happily say that was the most professional job done. I wouldn’t go to another dentist after the comfort and service which Zohaib had provided. Couldn’t have been any happier.

Positive experience: Just contact Saba if you have any issue or if you have any further questions if you have used their service. Saba made sure my case was reviewed until it was resolved. I would give 5 stars to her- she has not only gone above and beyond her job, her empathy made me feel comfortable and made the whole experience pleasant. Warm and friendly dental nurses. Dentists did their jobs promptly.

Fantastic experience: What can I say. I was in so much pain I felt like I was out of this world. I was in pain for a week. Dentozen did what two other Dental practice could not do. They remedy the problem in less than 2 hours. All I can say is God bless them. I really experienced a miracle. I would recommend them if you are in pain and need a remedy.

Fantastic experience: Last Monday I had an examination with Dr. Zohaib Hashmi, explained to him where the pain I had been getting on my right bottom side was, he found exactly where the pain was and did an X-ray, I had been receiving pain from my wisdom tooth on and off for about year but it would come and go (I personally thought it was growing, clearly not the case), but over the last 2-4 weeks the pain had been consistent, overbearing to the point it was affecting my third molar where even swallowing a certain way would cause radiating pain across my jaw, and ear, and at one point my jaw was swollen for a few days where it was clearly hitting a nerve at times if I even slightly chewed, or consumed fluid etc. The X-ray showed my wisdom tooth was close to a nerve and basically impacted (decayed, and had a hole from what I remember), and he took it out immediately for me. Explained the whole process, applied plenty of numbing gel, talked me through the whole process during the extraction right to the end, I was a nervous wreck, no idea how he even dealt with me as calmly as he did with how irrational I was being, but he did, he managed to take the wisdom tooth right and in one piece. I’m now fully healed, took on every bit of advice he gave me, the healing process was brutal because of course I was worrying about everything, by the 5th day I was able to eat mostly normal foods, and now I’m healed, there’s absolutely no pain for the first time in a long time, it feels very weird to not be in pain anymore, I feel less irritated, I feel more happy and I cannot thank him enough for getting me out of the pain I was in, I’m sure my wisdom tooth was not easy to get out and he went and did it anyway! the rest of the staff were also so sweet and kind, the interior inside is also so so beautiful, it’s such a relaxed atmosphere.

Negative experience: Cannot fault the staff who were very friendly My issue is I was kept waiting 30 mins past my appointment time and the £75 emergency booking I was happy to pay but they charge extra for x Ray and prescription which was not explained prior and I find very expensive

I was amazingly given an appointment for early the very next morning on a bank holiday. My crown was very securely fixed, taking away the high stress of it falling out on my massive journey home. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to other dentists and i haven’t been told of about caring of my teeth and also not guided with perfect knowledge, they are more about money and not patient care whereas it was amazing experience with Dr Neha Patel, the treatment was effective and she explained perfectly about taking care of oral health and after that i came to know of how important it is to maintain oral hygiene, we’ll definitely be coming for our future treatments

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Dentozen upon wisdom tooth pain. Saba had great communication, great passion and eager to help solve my situation. She initially called me in for a check up with a surgeon who initially set me up with stage 1 treatment of anti biotics. I went home and could not sleep for the second night in a row. I quickly sent a message via their WhatsApp service at roughly 5am and again Saba did not hesitate to call me in straight away! Dr Patel is a highly experienced professional who knows exactly what she is doing. She made me feel comfortable, reassured and at ease. She provided me with two options, obviously I chose the extraction due to my excruciating pain. I kid you not, within 30 seconds she extracted the whole tooth which 99% of it was hidden under my gum! For anyone that wants to go via the private health care route, you do no have to hesitate even for one second with Dentozen, myself and family will most definitely be returning for a any of our needs! Fantastic experience: Exceptional service provided. 5 out of 5! Been suffering with pain for the last week with a tooth that needed extraction. My usual practice said they are unable to get the job done saying its complicated and referred me to a specialist. Minimum 2 month wait i must add! Contacted Dentozen and sent them my xrays and they literally booked me in for an extraction on the same day. Diddnt even feel a pinch. In an out within the hour. Thank you everyone!

Fantastic experience: I called Dentozen whilst I was experiencing dreadful toothache. I was seen pretty much immediately on the Sunday and after X-rays it was found I needed root canal. I was given antibiotics and I was booked in for the next day. I have no pain threshold at all and I was dreading it. The service and comfort I received from Dr Patel and Nurse Fabiana was just amazing. I actually did not feel a thing. They were kind and supportive the whole time. I had to go back for the crown scan and then a week after for the crown to be fitted. Again the way I was treated was first class. I cannot recommend this place enough. I have booked to have my teeth whitened in a few weeks and I know I will be treated as wonderful as before. Also a thank you to the two ladies who I’ve seen on reception. Also so lovely and always accommodating. I travel from Essex to come here and it is not the easiest of journeys- but it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience. Dentist was very kindly and knowledgeable. I was thinking my tooth pain because of tooth decay but the problem was jaw spasms. She showed me some exercises and I am still continuing this exercise and okey now. If you has not enough English please don’t be hesitate because receptionist knows Turkish

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend dentozen enough. From my first contact they were extremely helpful from booking my initial appointment to making time to change for me to come in for an emergency extraction when the pain got unbearable. From reception to treatment everything was calm relaxing and welcoming and very helpful for after care advice. It's probably not something someone says everyday but I am looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I would give a 10 Star if there was an option! After being to 2 different dentists and still suffering this clinic was a lifesaver for me. I was given an emergency appointment as soon as possible. Understandably I was very nervous until I walked in. Welcoming receptionist and the set up in the clinic was quiet comforting, it felt like a luxury spa than a clinic. Neha the dentist made me feel further at ease by explaining every step from start to finish. She was gentle , very courteous and very professional, and the treatment was almost painless. I am glad I’ve found this place and will go back! Highly recommended

The dentist was incredibly skilled, took a careful and pragmatic approach and produced incredible results. The results exceeded my expectations. The environment was quiet, relaxing and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to get your bonding done, choose dentozen, they are top tier.
