Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appt today with this practice whilst on holiday here. They were brilliant at fitting me in at short notice and very lovely, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this practice!!

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally write reviews but this time is absolutely worth it! I will like to praise Dr Irina Ichim for her work. I came to her last month and I explained my fear of dentist and she understood and showed me empathy. From that day I decided to start to fix my teeth with Dr Irina Ichim, and I swear it was the best decision! Dr Irina ,she is very professional, and very knowledgeable about her job! She explained to me everything she did and she was about to do, step by step to make me feel comfortable which I appreciated a lot. Also, the way she works is impeccable, honestly, I don’t even feel her hands when she does something to my teeth! Dr Irina is one of the best , very kind and professional. I even ,recommended her to my friends at work! Definitely worth it ! I can’t thank her enough! Now I’m not even scared of the thought of going to the dentist. Dr Irina Ichim is the best!

Negative experience: I had a really bad experience with composite bonding here. The first set looked terrible. Wrong colour, too big, and didn’t blend with my natural teeth. They agreed to redo it, and while the second attempt looked okay at first, the bonding turned black in less than a month. Really disappointed with the quality and outcome. If you are considering any cosmetic treatments here, think twice.

Fantastic experience: I would like to praise Dr. Giedre for her work. She's amazing at what she does. The treatment that I've had was painless and the result is amazing. Also,my daughter chipped half of her front tooth, she managed to fix it and it looks like nothing has ever happened. Would highly recommend this clinic, the reception staff are very friendly and the dentist are the best! We travel almost 70miles and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: So impressed with this UK Smiles dental Pra, very professional service, reasonably priced, very accommodating. So far I had treatments with Dr Kamil- dentist implant specialist, his dental nurse Magda, dentist Dr Giedre, her dental nurse Magda and dental hygienist Greta. Very impressed with the level of expertise, professionalism but also easy and friendly manner with patients. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Everyone within this practice were extremely professional within there approach, fully understanding towards our needs and concerns, communicating effectively all the time and above all very good within there trade when carrying out any of the procedures. When the need arised they where prompt in providing information and getting back to the queries that we raised from time to time. We felt extremely comfortable within there hands and put at ease from the very first consultation. They are fairly priced and even saved us money from the original cost plan due to there expertise. We are very very pleased with there service across the board and have made a few referrals since then. Positive experience: Really sorry but very disappointed with the service I got that I paid for. I came in for a root canal and the Dr told me he will do everything to save the tooth which is fine. Now on their website the root canal fee is £240, when they started the treatment they charged me £185 for 2 sessions, then on the third session they charged me another £185 again for RCT. After the third session I have had a serious bad pain that I had to go to A&E because at the third session the Dr didn’t inject anaesthesia before extracting the nerves which caused the pain and a big swell around the tooth area and wasn’t prescribed any antibiotics. Impossible to eat, struggling to drink due to the pain. Now I have to wait for over a week to see another dentist because there is no available appointments, even to deal with emergencies. Very very disappointed. JUST A FURTHER UPDATE Just an update, after this review the boss contacted me privately and offered me a free tooth removal at no extra cost, and the dentist that took the other half tooth was absolutely amazing as well as the assistant that day. I would surely go back to this practice following the communication and consideration from the manager call that showed great following customer service.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this UK Smiles branch. Although one of the administrators seemed to be friendly with me at first, she sold me the wrong dental product. Next day I had to go to the practice again which created huge inconvenience as I live quite far. There was another lady at the reception at that time who did not even apologise for this event and acted very annoyed when she had to replace my product. I strongly believe that the lady had to realise that she needs to apologise on behalf of the company. In this case, the product was a teeth whitening gel. However, this situation shows that maybe they could even sell you wrong medicines after treatment. I gave 2 stars because the doctors seemed nice. However, the reception is the face of the company and it gave me a bad impression about this dental practice. I would advise all patients to check carefully when they are buying dental care products from this branch.
