Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Raquel de Silva who was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything clearly and was so reassuring during the whole appointment. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and put me completely at ease. Head Nurse Sarah Gill deserves a massive shout out because she is incredibly supportive and caring with an exceptional ability to understand how to give reassurance all throughout the appointment, especially when I was feeling anxious. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental surgery and cannot thank these two wonderful people enough for making my treatment seamless. If I could give more stars, I certainly would.

Fantastic experience: We went in for my dd13 to have two fillings. The process took about 1hr20mins. She was a bit nervous (first filling) but he explained absolutely everything to her before he started and as he went along. He offered her loads of breaks and talked clearly about future treatment options. She came out saying absolutely nothing hurt, not even the injections; for a child who’ll need quite a bit of future work due to a dental condition, this was a brilliant outcome as she won’t be nervous next time. Only slightly soured as it costs- a lot- and it’s the same building (but not dentist) where we were NHS and she was getting regular fluoride treatments that would have prevented the need for the filling now, but they (nhs dentist) cancelled everything over Covid and then dumped all their nhs patients after. But Dr Mahmood couldn’t have been nicer and more gentle with her; we were both made to feel at ease and confident about his treatment.

Positive experience: The dentist is amazing, as is his assistants, can't fault him, top bloke. Really good with my kids also. I can never say I enjoy going to the dentist, BUT Dr M ahmood Al Aqeeli makes it as enjoyable as it can be. If that makes sense. However as a whole it seems to go up in price everytime I go. That I am not happy with.

He gave me honest advice and explained the recommended treatment plan in detail which was reassuring. He explained the different options I had but was not pushy at all. Nurse Paige was also kind and friendly. The receptionist who followed up with a call after my appointment was great too - she explained my options for paying for treatment and was very helpful. Fantastic experience: Great treatment as always, everything explained and good advice from the hygienist and her nurse. I was disappointed that the dentist when I said I had a loose tooth, he immediately said I had to have it pulled out. I have a fear of dentistry from a young age but Dr Mahmood put my mind at ease, was very thorough with everything we discussed & I did not feel under pressure to book any follow up treatment it was all in my court for when convenient. Fantastic experience: Mahmood and Natalie are very professional in what they do, they both put you at ease, which is reassuring as I'm scared of dentists, I feel the cost of dentistry is very expensive, but it's a necessity where teeth are concerned, but alot can not afford these costs, even with a dental plan, but the my dentist practice in warboys is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Mahmood for young nervous children! He was absolutely brilliant with my youngest son who was too scared to get in the chair. He was really patient, good fun and explained everything to us both before he did anything. He really won my son over and got him to show teeth and let him check with mirror etc, giving him an excellent experience. I'm very thankful to him!

There is another nurses name i didnt catch who was also so caring and compassionate too. I can not thank them all enough for their help, support, care and compassion in my journey. Fantastic experience: I saw Raman and Iqra who were both lovely and helpful. Despite it being one of the hottest days of the year and it being late in the day, they were still upbeat and worked collaboratively . I felt very calm and comfortable in their company. Afterwards, I was encouraged to use the mirror and I felt really pleased with the results. My teeth appeared noticeably brighter after the treatment, which Raman agreed with, plus she gave me some helpful suggestions regarding equipment, appointment frequency etc. Many thanks :)

Fantastic experience: I called on Monday with a serious toothache they booked me an emergency appointment for Tuesday Mahmood & his assistant told me everything they were going to do before extracting my loose tooth which the prepayment of £125 would covering inc X-ray . Unlike the last time . At the same practice I was charged approx £240!for a tooth extraction They also explained exactly what after care I needed to do at home . Thank you all for your kindness .
