Fantastic experience: Professional and prompt service here. Richard took the time to explain the various options for treatment and was patient in answering all my questions. At no time did I feel rushed, as I did with my previous dentist. I was also able to stay on for the X rays I needed instead of returning on another day, which I appreciated very much.

Negative experience: i have been a client for the best part of 10 years but no more - as a 70 year old in considerable pain i needed an urgent treatment - did i get one ? .. not a chance unless i went through an extended appointment as i have been away for a while . first available is 30th of october which is 17 days away , although i am in pain - unacceptable and , in my opinion , unprofessional

Fantastic experience: The dental clinic is very clean and well maintained. The reception staff are very efficient and helpful with good communication skills. The dentist works with the latest technology for accuracy and speed. The treatment plan assists with oral hygiene and maintenance of teeth. There are videos about teeth whitening and other topics, also a TV on the ceiling above the dentist's chair to keep the patient engaged during treatment I have visited other dental clinics, this one is definitely superior.

Fantastic experience: At the last visit, last Friday, Richard replaced a filling and sorted out a wayward tooth. All done painlessly even if one feels like drowning. I rarely have an injection and was interested to hear that some people do not feel the same pain as others and there was me thinking I was just really brave. A happy if expensive visit. Always made to feel welcome and entirely happy with the treatment I receive. I am now starting a second implant and whilst not the most comfortable of experiences always interesting and ultimately successful.

She was offered an next day appointment to see Mr Edwards who was able to use his engineering skills to bring back into shape part of the device that had got slightly distorted. It is a professional and friendly environment and I feel at ease during my visits. If treatment is required, the options and procedures are clearly explained, including costs. Treatment requiring complex dental procedures have always had successful outcomes. On the few occasions when emergency treatment was required, it was prompt and effective. Having retired and moved to Devon seven years ago, I continue to use this practice.
