Fantastic experience: I came from Witney, i left 10 minutes early so i had time to park. There was an accident on the motorway so i was going to be 15-20 minutes late which i called an hour and a half before and the receptionist was very nice and transferred me to a patient with a toothache so it was a win-win situation. Fantastic experience: Just had a filling done, service was very quick and doctor was great. I would highly recommend

Positive experience: Mediocre service despite being a private dental practice with high end prices. Had a filling from their senior doctor but was called in 25 mins late to the procedure room depsite being on time for the appointment. The doctor himself did a good job with the filling but didnot build any doctor patient rapport, neither explained the steps properly and seemed to be in alot of rush to just get the job done. After completing the procedure, Didnot even show the after results neither did any safety netting. Patient dealing can be improved alot more.

Fantastic experience: I’m just over halfway with my treatment and I am so happy so far. To review the first half, I was never at any point pressured into taking braces or which braces to go for. They would rather me go away and think about it. Once I said yes, they gave me a very full and comprehensive care plan and they were honest in managing my expectations and what they can and can’t do. All of the staff are extremely approachable and you can tell they take pride in their work. Comparing my previous experience with orthodontics, this has far exceeded my previous expections. Was welcomed and looked after by all the staff especially Rohima as i made her aware of the difficulties i was facing with my k9's being stuck. However she re-assured me this can be resolved and assisted me in preparing my plan. Rohima is so lovely and caring as she ackowledged my difficulties and guided me all the way through. Fantastic experience: I visited the centre for my long term dental staining, plaque deposit and calcium deposits. The Dentist and Sethu provided a comfortable experience by providing me with dental cleaning and polish. Usually I experience high sensitivity during the procedure, but the dentist ensured it was done without much uneasiness. Additionally, she also gave me tips on how I could keep up to date on my dental hygiene. I would highly recommend both the dentists at this place for their lovely hospitality and service.
