The process of replacing my front teeth with bridge was discussed at each and every stage and felt reassured and at ease throughout the process, and I am blown away to say the least with the result. I have come from being a complete wreck even being able to visit a dentist , to someone who goes at the first sign of a problem , and regular check ups . Fantastic experience: I went in for my routine dental check-up at Swinnow Road Dental Practice, and as always, the clinic had a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Soft music played gently in the background, which helped ease any nerves. I was greeted warmly by Luckman Salaudeen, who made me feel comfortable right away. He asked if I had experienced any discomfort or sensitivity since my last visit, which gave me a chance to mention a few minor concerns. The entire experience was smooth and reassuring. I felt well cared for, and all my questions were answered with patience and clarity. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the outcome—thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: My mother-in-law had avoided the dentist for many years due to a deep rooted fear. Over time, her dental health deteriorated - several teeth were badly damaged, some broken, and causing her significant discomfort. Eventually, she reached a point where multiple extractions were necessary. What she needed was a dentist who was not only skilled but compassionate and that’s exactly what we found with Lukman. We cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Thanks to Lukman’s understanding approach, my mother-in-law is no longer afraid of attending dental appointments and feels genuinely cared for at this practice.

Fantastic experience: Having had a great fear of dentists for many years I made the decision to make an appointment at Swinnow, best decision I ever made, my dentist Lukman was absolutely amazing, very understanding of my nervousness, he put me at ease straight away, all the staff are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today and I was made to feel like I had been going my whole life. Lukman is wonderful as are all the staff and he made me feel welcome and at ease. He made me a forward plan, with no pressure whatsoever. He just gave me professional sensible advice. I have never been to a dentist before who did what can only be termed as a personal work-up culminating in an amazing dental plan covering all of my concerns. I was with my last dentist almost 20 years and never had that kind of service. Plus they offer really good Denplan schemes to suit individual needs and budget. If you want a dental practice with owners and staff that really do put you first, then go nowhere else. I would recommend 100%.

Fantastic experience: I am a nervous patient at the dentist, I didn't want to go to my appointment today, however I did, all be it a routine checkup, having not been to a dentist for at least 5 years due to a specific medication I was on I shouldn't have worried, Lukeman and his dental nurse were lovely, explained everything and I mean everything, I am now looking forward to my next appointment. Fantastic experience: Had to make an emergency dental appointment with a loose wisdom tooth. Excellent service from start to finish. Talked all the way through on the procedure and it was out in minutes. New dentist found.

Fantastic experience: I gave up smoking 5 years ago and always wanted to treat myself to have my teeth whitened. I began the journey about 6 weeks ago and am continuing with it but very impressed with results so far. The process was easy and thoroughly explained. Swinnow Dental Practice is my regular dentist in any event, so wouldn’t go anywhere else but as always, whether it’s routine or not the service was 5 star.

Positive experience: I phoned up to make an appointment due to a filling becoming dislodged and advised them that I was not in any pain. however when i was presented with my bill there was a £150 charge for "pain appointment". The dentist advised that the tooth could not be repaired and that at a later date it might have to be removed and suggested we took the opportunity to clean my teeth. This was confirmed at a cost of £65 (and was recorded on the bill as a "30 min hygiene visit" even though I was in with the dentist for a grand total of 20 minutes or less) however I was not aware that there was the additional charge for the "pain appointment" that was effectively more than tripling this cost. All in all, it cost me £215 for effectively a clean and no remedial work on the actual problem tooth.

Fantastic experience: I do not like going to the dentist but at Swinnow they are marvellous. They always put me at ease and keep checking if I feel alright. Both Rebecca the dentist, and Amy, the hygienist , are amazing. Thank you so much.
