Fantastic experience: I recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Priya Patel, and the results truly exceeded my expectations. From the very first consultation, she was incredibly thorough, patient and reassuring. Throughout the entire process, she monitored my progress closely and made adjustments whenever needed to ensure the best possible outcome. Her professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made me feel confident every step of the way. I am so happy with my new smile and couldn’t have asked for a better dentist. I highly recommend her to anyone considering Invisalign or any dental care!

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth extraction today with Elizabeth Kennedy and it was so smooth. I was extremely nervous for the injections, they let me have numbing gel and went slowly, I barely felt a pinch and it was nowhere near as bad as i remembered it being last time. The tooth was taken out within a couple of minutes, both her and the dental nurse were amazing, very reassuring and made it as comfortable as possible.

As result of being his patient for 18 months, I look forward to my 6 monthly check up. Special shout out to the lovely team on reception, just an absolute joy to see. I always leave with a smile. Fantastic experience: Excellent service and friendly atmosphere at this surgery. Adelaide, my hygienist, is a kind, highly accomplished and competent professional. She is so gentle I barely feel a thing while I’m having my treatment. Highly recommend it!

Negative experience: I'm genuinely surprised this place has such high ratings. I visited for a dental hygiene appointment through my BUPA health insurance and was extremely disappointed. The equipments appeared outdated, and the procedure was rough. my gums were left damaged. I usually go to Perfect Smile in Staines, where I receive excellent, painless care at half the cost, using modern air-cleaning techniques. This experience was the opposite. Despite being covered by BUPA, I won’t return and have submitted a formal complaint to BUPA to review this clinic’s standards. I strongly advise others to avoid this place for dental hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Mr Chaggar has been my dentist for 25 years. I first saw him when his surgery was above the Midland Bank in the Staines High Street.

Fantastic experience: I have just today had my final treatment as part of my invisalign arranged by Bal! I had braces in my teens and my teeth were getting worse in my 40s. Bal was incredibly knowledgeable and the invisalign AI predictions very accurate - Bal then detailed what else he'd do to enhance my teeth once the invisalign trays finished so there were NO surprises and I am AMAZED at the results! I even had a longer second round of trays as I wasn't quite sure after the first lot which was included as well as some whitening which has also made all the difference. So glad I signed up here and ended up under Bal's care!

Fantastic experience: I’m always terrified of the dentist, had to come in for an emergency extraction, Tony was absolutely amazing! The receptionist staff especially Tracey was so accommodating and understanding. Will be my goto dentist for good! Tony kept cracking jokes mid extraction to make it more lighthearted, had absolutely no pain again!!

Fantastic experience: I have been with this surgery for a while now. In all honesty, I think this surgery is really well-kept, compassionate towards both staff and patients, and well-organised. Tracey and Wendy make a fantastic front-facing team for the surgery. Always extremely kind, accommodating, and helpful! The doctors and hygienists at the surgery are the best; they actually care about you. All I can say is how much I appreciate all of your help, from the moment we enter to the moment we leave. Fantastic experience: I went in for a filling as my tooth was chipped. I saw Dr Priya Patel and nurse Aditi, both were so friendly and supportive whilst explaining what they were doing with my tooth. They reassured me several times so I knew what was going on and wasn’t worried. Definitely coming to them again!

Fantastic experience: As an 83yearold with receding gums and ancient teeth I never thought I would be able to relax in a dentists chair while having a tooth capped. My dentist, Nikhil Desai, however, proved me wrong by putting me completly at ease while he completed the complex procedure in an efficient and considered way, taking care to correct the effects of movement in both teeth and gums. It was was over before I knew it and I am delighted with the result. The pleasant and helpful receptionists also add to the warmth of the experience.

Fantastic experience: I have a bad dental phobia and hadn’t attended the dentist for treatment for many decades. I needed to get my dental issues all resolved finally and booked an appointment with Balpreet Sambhi at BUPA Dental Staines. I’d never been here before. I have to say my faith has been restored and he was so kind, gentle and thorough. He took the time to explain everything before and after. Used numbing gel before the injection so that I didn’t even feel the injection going in. I was put at ease throughout my two appointments and I genuinely felt he understood my anxiety. This was for a tartar removal scraping/deep root cleaning. I didn’t feel that my anxiety was minimised at any point, and nor did I feel a hindrance. I felt well looked after and understood. The Dental Nurses are excellent too, as are the Reception staff, friendly and kind and will go the extra mile. Not a bad word to say about this dental practice and can totally recommend this Dentist if like me you have severe anxiety.

Positive experience: This practice has always provided top quality care and expertise to me personally. The reception staff are friendly, polite and pleasant and the practitioners excellent. Bal in particular. The only issue I have had on occasions is if a practitioner is running late, it would be nice to be informed when we check in, eg, so and so running about x minutes late, rather than thinking we are going to be seen straight away and having to wait however long.

Fantastic experience: Went to get two wisdoms removed. They are in a nice quite location, receptionists were friendly but professional, same for oral surgeon. They were on time, even early and everything was done fast and well. Would recommend. Careful there is no parking though but the receptionst explains where to go.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had my treatment done by Dr Ramandeep Marway, endodontist, and my only regret is not having it done sooner. I instantly felt fine after the treatment. He examined my teeth thoroughly at the beginning of the procedure, and was very reassuring throughout it. So I want to say thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for years now and they have always provided a top quality service with friendly staff even before they became Bupa.

Negative experience: Took my son recently, changed from my other dentist, my son loved going for check ups and even was not scared with fillings done until visit at BUPA Staines. The dentist did not stop even when my son was crying (8 years old) saying “let’s just get over with it”, did not offer to rinse (which always gives a break and calms), when I kept asking can he rinse dentist said:” what for? It is not going to change anything”. Not sure if the dentist attitude was like that because it was NHS treatment but my son cried all the way home saying he will never go to dentist again! Great job …. I think I just go back private to my previous dentist … have my first BUPA check up next week will update with experience for now just advice do not take your child there!

Fantastic experience: After speaking to the receptionist at my old practice (must be the old bad one from here and left to go to Rothley Lodge) and spoken to so rudely. I left them there and then! I called Bupa Dental Care and spoke to a receptionist, that I am disappointed I didn't remember the name of, and she was lovely. A breath of fresh air. I am now on the list as an NHS patient and my first official appointment will be in May. I have had to have an emergency appointment and they were busy but the dentist was kind enough to speak to me on the phone and had a telephone consultation for antibiotics. I have also been referred in the past for tooth extraction and every time this practice has not disappointed. Very caring team and I am happy to soon be a patient for this great Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I came initially as it was close to my work, I have now moved to a new job over 2 hours away, but I continued ue to come here as the staff are amazing, extremely polite and professional, Tony is amazing and puts you at ease, Adelaid is a gentle hygienist. The ladies at reception are kind, friendly and very good at thier job. Highly recommend this practice to everyone.

Negative experience: I joined this practise as I saw all the good reviews on Google and all the staff are every great, however I had a compliant to make regarding something and the branch manager a lady who didn’t state her name said if I don’t like the practice I should find a new one. I’m extremely disappointed with her attitude and actions and hopefully someone from bupa head office can raise an investigation please as she didn’t even listen to my compliant just had a rant at me then cut the call. All I wanted to do is state my concerns about something and I wasn’t even given the chance to speak. I’ve noticed some comments and reviews from other customers stating the the branch manager has discriminated them maybe this is more than a trend now and discrimination shouldn’t be tolerated.

Fantastic experience: First time at Fairfield Dental Surgery I was recommended to go here by a friend who also attends the surgery. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist Wendy. Makes going to the dentist more enjoyable when all the staff are so welcoming. Gemma was so helpful with my appointments and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my following appointments. Fantastic experience: Got referred to by my dentist for 2 extractions. I was superbly nervous because I never had that done before. One tooth popped out fine but the other had a lot of issues. And even then; I was never in any pain and told what was going on. Even after half an hour and sitches and all; I felt fine. When the numbness wore off; I was uncomfortable but didn't even need to take pain medication for it. As someone who was so nervous about the procedure I have to say the dentist and her assistant (Liz and Julie) made the trip so much easier than I had imagined it being.
