I have registered myself as a patient with the practice and have every intention of continuing to use their very professional services for the foreseeable future. Hannah and her very professional assistant have gone a long way towards eradicating my fear of dental visits. A massive thumbs up for my most recent pain free dental visit.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and very caring concern from both Tammy and Paddy. I feel that the pricing is at the top end and I hesitate to recommend it to friends, particularly if both those practitioners have full lists - I can’t vouch for others within the practice.

Paddy is an excellent, caring dentist: relaxed, friendly, professional, skilled and informative. Absolutely at the top of his profession. Liam also was an excellent hygienist, gentle and effective and with a very pleasant manner.

I emailed the Elms Lea practice on Thursday evening and they phoned me at 8.10am on Friday and I saw a dentist that same day. Tammy gave me an examination, an x Ray, and I was fitted with a temporary filling. I continue to be very impressed with the high quality provided by Elms Lea. There is a combination of care, professionalism, and warmth that is exceptional

Fantastic experience: My daughter’s baby tooth was stuck and the new one was coming out already. I have called day 30 minutes before they close and they gave us an appointment for the next morning. When we arrived the dentist was already waiting for us. She checked the tooth and proceeded to remove it. It was good and we are happy with them. Totally recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Paddy and his assistant, Tracey, were wonderful with my daughter. He replaced a filling in her front tooth following a chip when she was 6 years old. She is now 12 years old and has never been happy with how her front tooth looked after the filling (at a different dental surgery). Paddy listened, understood, took great care and the result is fantastic!! Thank you Paddy. I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Annie the hygienist is brilliant but the practice is outdated and therefore not the pleasant experience it was with Annie at her previous practice. The room and the equipment are incredibly outdated and the cost is almost 50% higher than the cost at Brighton Implant Centre. I followed Annie because she is so thorough and so professional but I can’t follow her back into the 1970’s which is where Elms Lea currently is.

Fantastic experience: Tammy is my dentist - I always feel in safe hands. Would highly recommend. Especially, if like me, you are a Sixties kid, brought up on dentists drilling away, with no real need, for the sake of a £10 fee... Tammy is an expert at addressing this poor treatment; one never feels judged. Bad dentistry was rife in the 60's and 70's and a generation is suffering the consequences. Thank heavens for Elmslea for understanding this.

Fantastic experience: Wisdom tooth filling together with another filling were carried out swiftly and with minimum of fuss. Good level of attention provided by Dentist and dental nurse throughout with regular checks that I was alright
