Fantastic experience: I would first of all like to name personally the lovely front of house girls. Reception. Laura, Peps & Tanya ( very friendly & extremely helpful! Surgery/ Jas & Steph Tutor/ Ibrahim The care & attention is Exceptional.. They were absolute Stars! I was delighted with the outcome of my visit, I was extremely nervous They put you at ease explained everything throughly,which I have never experienced at any other surgery. I can't praise them highly enough. The Atmosphere is brilliant. Well done all for making this achievable. How lucky are future patients who will be treated by this current group of student dentists at Bupa Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment was extremely helpful, very happy with my results after waiting a long time to be accepted into a dental practice.

Negative experience: I went with my wife to Buda Dentists in Burnley and saw a student for a filling after the filling, we asked if it was possible to have bridge filling because of a loss of tooth from previous. You have to make an appointment for an examination. The wonderful student said you make it with us or if you have your own dentist. We down to the desk for an appointment, and asked to be seen by my wife's dentist. We got told my wife does not have a dentist. Her dentist is the students. I couldn't understand this,then was told my wife's dentist left in 2023 and the students are her dentist. I said they can't be they are not qualified,. Got reply they are qualified, I said they are last year students, then got the reply they are nearly qualified. After all this another lady came over and I argued again. I was given an appointment for mid February ish. I thanked them and came home. After a some time they phoned me and said the dentist refused to see my wife, so again I said well another dentist please. No other appointments are available. I did not mind if it took longer. The reply basically was, you see the students or you have no dentist and she would have go elsewhere. Being elderly we had no choice, we accepted and were given an appointment for March 2026. I have lived in this County nearly all my life, I am of Asian background, my health is poor to say the least. I did not expect to be treated in my last year's of life. I did say I would try to ask the Citizens Advice Bureau about my rights. Please if anyone reading this could advise also. I would be very grateful.

Negative experience: Asked to bring my son in 20 minutes earlier for an appointment but was then made to wait 25 minutes… meaning I was seen later then the original time!

Fantastic experience: Due to having a very rare disease, I am more than over cautious when having any treatment. Most health care professionals are not upto date or aware of my condition. So I was very pleased that my dentist Zayd Rawoot knew, adviced and had read about my condition. This is very important, and I was more than impressed. Zayd explained, reviewed my treatment prior to starting, he advised on medication afterwards with my steroids and checked if I'd taken my striords prior to treatment. My experience today of having 2 x extraction was made so much easier with the proffesional, friendly and knowledge that Zayd presented. 5 starts. I would certainly recommend my Dentist to any person who is nervous, has a rare or medical illness where they need extra help and advice. Thank you Adele Lea

Fantastic experience: My experiences with the Bupa Dental Care practice in Burnley have always been a positive one, even during such a difficult time as the Covid pandemic. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. I suffer from anxiety, yet I always find it relatively easy to relax during sessions. Cleanliness is spot on. I do wish dentists would have more time for me, but that is a general problem these days. How does that saying go...? The night is darkest just before the dawn.

Fantastic experience: After visiting this practice for awhile for the removal my teeth I've finally recieved my new dentures!. The service has been second to none!. I had my teeth removed and was cared for by 2 lovely professional ladies, Ruth, and her personal assistant, Paige. Between them both they helped me no end to get through my treatment, telling me exactly what was going to happen and putting me at ease through every single appointment. I'd give them both 6 stars if I could. Also thankyou to the desk staff who would text me in advance to remind me of an upcoming appointment.

Negative experience: I went to the Bupa Dentist on Friday 11th November, to have 2 fillings put back, in on previous fillings I was told I had to pay £41 40p by the Dentist, at reception, when I entered the reception I told the receptionist that is was on going but when I returned to pay what I was told to pay, she took it on herself, to tell me I had to pay over £63, for a check up, which I didn't get, she seemed very abrupt, I thought that if you had a filling that came out before 12 months then you had it replaced free of charges, so that means that everytime this happens you have to keep being charged, just for seeing a Dentist, up till now, I have always been satisfied with my treatment, but not this time with reception, THE END

Fantastic experience: This dental care centre should be a ' Blue Print ' for how to operate a brilliantly run practise. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The dentist I have been having my treatment with is a man called Dall who is finishing his training and a nurse called Peps, both of them were so easy to talk to and had a good sense of humour, which helped me relax. Also on hand was a very experienced Dentist called Ian who would help advise and give his opinion if required. My treatment plan was explained to me and I was given a printed sheet with the time and dates. I was also sent reminder text messages. Thankyou to all at Bupa Dental Care Burnley

Fantastic experience: The level of care offered by this practise is outstanding. The reception staff are helpful and very polite. My dentist who qualified in 2018 is very professional and took great care when fitting my new denture. I would recommend this practise to anyone but I fear they have no room for new patients. All round excellent treatment.

Positive experience: Excellent and well positioned dental practice. Only 4 stars due to the following. My only complaint would be the promptness of the timing of appointments; over the 10 years I have used this practice, only once have I been seen on time, waits have been between 10 and 35 minutes despite trying to book early appointments and always arriving at least the recommended 10 minutes before my appointment.

Fantastic experience: Whilst all the staff are brilliant, polite and professional. I have to call out Lorna M who is a brilliant therapist. Over the years I have been to many different dentists and therapists, she is by far the best! She is very thorough, and empathetic and likes to share her knowledge. To be honest it feels like she really cares about the patients care. Would definitely recommend this Dentist Practice

Fantastic experience: I feel very lucky to have this as my dental practice. It is so clean and efficient and the staff are extremely polite. When I arrive for my appointments, I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, the place seems to run like clockwork. I had an accident which unfortunately affected my teeth quite badly and in order to fix them, the work took many visits over many months and it is superb. Ruth, the dentist who looked after me and took me through the process, was kind and considerate and made me feel at ease. I couldn't have asked for anything more.Thank you
