Fantastic experience: A really excellent dental practice! I was having a terrible time with another dentist and luckily the team at Tweedsmuir were able to help me out. Lindis who I initially spoke to was very helpful and informative about what would happen, which helped me a great deal. When it came to the dental work itself, both Lorna and Lisa were absolutely fantastic with me. I had such fear going into any dentist from previous work, but both of them helped to put my mind at ease. It’s been a few weeks since surgery, and honestly it’s given me so much more confidence, and I’m pain free now. I like many others had dreaded going to a dentist again, but Lorna and Lisa were excellent with their approach and reassurance with me. By the time my treatment was done over a number of sessions, I had actually enjoyed going there!

Negative experience: I am absolutely disgusted with this practice .My veneer has come out for the second time in three weeks .I phoned this morning to be told the earliest appointment would be next Tuesday when they would send the veneer off to be sand blasted .As I am going away on holiday on Monday I asked for an emergency appointment for a temporary fix and was told the dentist would not accommodate me .I will now have to go on holiday with a badly discoloured front tooth .The practice has now lost one angry customer .Disgraceful customer service

Fantastic experience: I’ve been registered at the Cumbernauld practice for years and no one was answering the phone today. Called the Cardonald practice to see if there was any way they could see me. To them it was no issue whatsoever. The staff are lovely and friendly! Straight away got an X-Ray with a diagnosis as well as an emergency root canal to resolve my pain. Offered an appointment for a few days later to look at a plan for the rest of my issues. I’ve now asked to be transferred to this practice as Cumbernauld has now massively gone downhill. Took a chance calling today and I’ve stumbled upon a belter of a dentist! Can’t be more thankful.

Fantastic experience: I think everyone has their traumatic dentist story, I myself had a bad experience many years back and found I was too scared to return. Years later I had some tooth pain and got the courage to go see the dentist. Let me tell you, you will not find a more kind and patient dental team than the team here. All of the staff are lovely but Lorna and Lisa are especially wonderful, they understood my concerns and nerves and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed. I’ve now had two tooth extractions done by Lorna and each time she was very informative, she made jokes to relax me and chatted with me like we’d known each-other forever. I cannot thank them enough. Dental work can be traumatic for the patient especially if the team are not equipped with good patient care skills… you will not find that here. If you’re looking for a dental practice, you’ll be well taken care of here I assure you. - Maryann

Negative experience: I have been using this dental surgery for a few years now , I phoned up to make an appointment and was spoken to like a criminal regarding a missed appointment that I PAID for but the receptionist wasn't aware and proceeded to abuse me on the phone with a raised voice telling me I'm blocked to which I had no understanding why , then I recieved a call from after from the manager Lorna , to be treated like this is unacceptable and very unprofessional, I'll be changing dentists ASAP as no one deserves to be treated like this and no apology........

Negative experience: Not great,too busy trying to upsell treatments. Had 2 broken teeth and in pain & reception said appointment would be in 1-2 weeks. This is also not my first negative experience there as I went with an issue last year and after going for treatment gave me a check up instead and sent me off. Too busy trying to upsell cosmetic treatments rather than basic dentistry. Iv been with this dental surgery since previous dentist Williamson owned it and even though cosmetically it looks great my personal experiences have been fairly negative unfortunately and I will be switching dentists.

Fantastic experience: The staff couldn’t be more friendly if they tried!! When you enter reception you are greeted my smiling faces, and they are more than happy to put your mind at ease!! The practitioners themselves are so lovely, you feel so at ease every time you are in their chair!! Could recommend enough, i used to to be terrified of the dentist, not now!!

Negative experience: As a carer for a disabled person desperately trying to find a suitable dentist I contacted this practice by email and then by message option on their website. No response whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful I found this dentist a few years ago, when I came I was in such pain and discomfort, and scared of dentist hence the pain, but when I came to this dentist they put me at such easy and totally understood my fear and talked me through every step. I took my kids out of the dentist they were at and moved them here

Fantastic experience: I signed up to EnVisage a couple of weeks ago and just had my first appointment with Craig today. He was very kind and understanding about my previous experiences and dental hygiene which eased my anxiety a lot. I highly recommend this practice as all the staff from the dentists to receptionists are very helpful and friendly to make sure all patients have a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the practice since I came to Scotland to live and work and have always received excellent service. When Nicola left I was not sure how things would go. I now see Ewan Wilson who is an amazing dentist and a great guy. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment I receive and highly recommend Ewan should you be looking for a dentist. I score him 10 out of 10, to sum up everyone connected with the practice gets 10 out of 10 for creating a great all round experience that I can’t recommend more

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and Lorna has made getting the work that I need done so much easier. The lovely ladies have made me feel so much more comfortable and calm, they really do an amazing job of making you more relaxed if you are scared of the dentist. Fantastic experience: Received treatment from Craig on Tuesday and then Thursday to have a tooth removed and my denture adjusted. Absolutely pleased with the fantastic service as per usual. From the receptionists, practice nurses and the dentist, all staff are extremely kind and helpful.

Negative experience: Was pleased with the practice till this week. Was told I needed a crown but these were NO LONGER AVAILABlE ON NHS THEY HAD BEN SUSPENDED but WERE available PRIVATELY I said I would go private as it was my front tooth I was also advised I could also need Root treatment which combined could be £600+ was still willing to go ahead. I was annoyed that this treatment was not available so did some research, I was shocked to find out this was NOT the case as THERE WAS NO RESTRICTION made by THE NHS nor was there a wait as I had also been told. When I rang to ask the Debtist had miss represented the situation it was then explained as the Dentist had a 2 Yr wait for this treatment on the NHS but she was able to give me an appointment for later in the month as a private patient. If private was my only option fair enough but it WAS NOT , I think the practice didn't want to do the treatment for their own reasons which I can only think was to get more money from me and encourage private treatment. As a patient I think WE all deserve the full facts not just the slant the dentist wants to put on it. Very very disappointed that they feel they can treat patients like this. I have a new Dentist and I am getting the treatment I need and all on the NHS

Fantastic experience: I genuinely am the worst patient you’ll ever come across and I’m truly terrified of the dentist, but when I say this practice had my back they had my back! Lorna at reception was my first port of call and straight away she relaxed me and made me feel at ease with her wee friendly face and then Lorna the dentist was just the bees knees! I’ve never felt better at the dentist and that’s down to these lovely ladies and all the staff! I can’t thank you enough for all your attention and how you made me feel! Thankyou so much. Fantastic practice, reception staff are welcoming and friendly, I've been with a number of dentists through my time here and each has been professional and pleasant. They take care to make sure you're looked after and have supported me well through a period of difficult and intensive dental work, including placement of a crown, all conducted as an NHS patient. Can fully recommend!

Fantastic experience: This practise and all of the staff are top quality, very professional standards and will move mountains to help you overcome any problems, reception staff are a godsend, very welcoming, accommodating and reassuring to make your appointment as enjoyable as can be.

Negative experience: My feelings after todays visit, is that the practice is aiming more for private health care. As stated today on my visit you have to go on a waiting list or pay private as It is not worth their while to do nhs crowns, as the nhs don’t pay the practice enough money for it

Fantastic experience: I'm the most nervous patient and require sedation for almost anything past a scale and polish really. I can't recommend Tweedsmuir enough. Everyone from the reception staff to the dentists and dental nurses have all been absolutely amazing with me. I could be here for ages writing all about the different ways in which they have impressed me with their compassion, patience, professionalism and friendliness. I'm in my mid 30s and I have never had a dentist surgery who has made me feel comfortable until now. They took me on when I had quite a lot of work to get done as my fear had led me to put things off to the point where I was in a lot of pain, because I was too frightened to let anyone near me. The staff at Tweedsmuir put me at ease (as much as is possible) and were just so understanding about everything. If you are a nervous patient then I don't think there's anywhere better that you could go. Even if you aren't nervous, but just want a good experience with a great dentist. 10/10 Thank you so much Tweedsmuir!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Envisage, both myself and my daughter had a check up with Lorna and as a nervous patient I was made to feel very comfortable and put at ease as was my daughter who they spent time with and kept entertained! I was straight back the next day for a hygienist appoint with Theresa who was excellent! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This practice is run like a Swiss watch. The staff keep you fully updated and issue reminders to attend appointments. Lorna the dentist gives advice and all options open to you. Her work is of the highest quality as is Zenya, the only other dentist I have seen. Having tried various practices in this area, I would recommend you register here as you will not be disappointed. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Covid guidance is fully adhered to. This includes refusal to accept or grant access to potential patients who refuse to wear face masks or to use hand sanitisers.

Fantastic experience: I attended Envisage Dentistry to get my bridge replaced. I had previously been quoted a price of £4,500 pounds from another practice. I paid a third of that at Envisage. My dentists name was Umara and I found her to be very professional and informative. In fact the treatment I received from all of the staff was first class and I would highly recommend to anyone. I am delighted with the outcome and have posted before and after pics of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I attended Tweedsmuir practice for the first time after approximately a 5 year gap from any dental care, due to a painful experience from a previous abscess at previous practice.. I found Lorna the dentist and her assistants to be extremely understanding, patient and spoke me through the whole process . I left feeling happy and pleased that I’d seen the frightening ordeal through with help from everyone .

Fantastic experience: Let’s face it no one like’s intense constant dental nerve pain. Four months of dental pain in my previous town location brought to a complete stop by the very professional team at EnVisage Dentistry Tweedsmuir Cardonald. From highly organised reception staff, dental nurses to the dental surgeons all providing a reassuring technical expertise on the location source and cause of the dental pain and most importantly the removal of the pain. I would like to say superior 5 star customer/ patient services from the EnVisage team, in particular the Dental surgeon Lorna and the assisting nurse who through her / their sheer sense of confident expertise renewed my confidence on finding a solution and removing a back tooth / gum infection which had proven to be previously immune to numbing and “problematic” Thank you so much for taking me out of a world of constant pain and explaining / showing to me the actual reason for the pain. The lateral split tooth pictures were very shocking but interesting. I am delighted to have found EnVisage and consider you my new dentist of choice. Bravo Team Sincerely James

Even during lock down they were easily contactable and pointed us in the right direction of the local dental hubs. Always a warm welcome and lots of stickers for the kids from the front desk staff. Lorna at the desk was able to schedule my appointments around my work and it was not a problem to book me in the days that they are open later, even for a last minute emergency appointment on the lead up to Christmas! My dentist Lorna was very calm and helpful and her nurse Ross kept me chatting the whole appointment and now I have the perfect smile back after so many years. Lindis and Lorna on the front receptionist are very cheery and helped me get an appointment on the same day when I was sore. Can't thank the team enough. 100% would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to visit here.
