Fantastic experience: Have had 2 visits over the space of two weeks for my brother to have 5 teeth removed in preparation for his braces. As a 15 year old who hates the dentist he was anxious. The dentist was amazing with him, let me sit in the room and talked him through everything that was happening. The dentist let things move at my brothers pace and was amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Never been to a dentist in years as terrible experiences with them when I was young. All my teeth had gone & I needed dentures. I plucked up the courage & walked into the Dental clinic to see if they could help? I was registered with them instantly through NHS. My appointment was booked for the following week & after meeting the dentist was put at ease by him & after a few appointments I walked out smiling with new dentures. For years I put off going to the dentist….how stupid was I. So if you are like me all I can say is contact them & help improve your lifestyle. You will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: While traveling, I tripped and fell flat on my face, breaking a front tooth. I despaired trying to find an emergency dental appointment and was so impressed when Louis from The Dental Clinic phoned me back within a half an hour of my leaving a message. I was their last patient of the day and they waited for me. I received professional, kind and candid advice and treatment from Mr. Z Chng. Not only did he efficiently repair my front tooth, he gave me a thorough examination for any other dental issues as well. I felt very comfortable under his caring and expert hands. If I lived here, I surely would patronize this excellent clinic. As a grateful American, I am so glad that they extended themselves to help me so quickly!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and was easy to register my baby and I. Appointments were made easily at a time that suited myself. Dr Burhan was great, as a nervous patient he talked me through my treatment plan and explained what was happening putting me at ease. The other staff were all great too would recommend.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional receptionist if you can call her that ! If she had looked at my notes she would have seen i have severe anxiety and was integrated and charged 20 pounds before I could make an appointment at my own dentist! Wasn't new patient , her attitude and the way she spoke to me was disgusting and had me nearly in tears in the waiting room then I had to walk out . Soon as I walked into the place and said I word she had the most unwelcoming look on her face and then attitude was diabolical. I have used this practice when was a different dentist and the were 10 out 10. Never been so upset to walk out without been seeing or getting a refund to sit in my car in tears because that horrific experience with the receptionist. Was told that my face didn't look swollen to her ! didn't know she was an actual dentist now in absolute agony and pain with abcess refuse to return.

Negative experience: This dentist is terrible I got work done then they left tooth still in my gum... I had to go back about 3 times to get the root out and I was in pain... I wouldn't recommend gone here..I ended up gone back to my old dentist.

Fantastic experience: The staff are all very professional and friendly, I brought my young children for their check ups and they all do the most to make sure they feel supported and calm during their check ups, answering sooo many questions and being interactive with them to foster a great relationship with oral health!

Negative experience: They took a deposit and after the visit they don't want to give me back the money of 30 pounds and the visit was paid for by universal credit

Fantastic experience: Went to Broomfield as I was desperate and needing help with a root canal. I am so anxious about dental treatment. I still don’t look forward to it but it’s something I feel that I can get through and be guided through because of the staff here. Reception staff are lovely. Dr Maaz put me completely at ease. Thankyou. I got upset after getting anaesthetic because I have sensory difficulties but he was amazing and talked me through all the feelings I was having and even made me laugh by saying all the noises were just housekeeping with the hoover . Superb dental nurses passed her exams too so was amazing to hear congratulations again. My biggest problems are to do with noises, sounds and smells and things that are unexpected. Dr Maaz kept me in the loop and to be fair did a pretty tricky thing and I didn’t run for the hills even though I wanted to (that’s me) I nearly fell asleep during it! My treatment isn’t yet over but I’m so so impressed already. Today I learned to be brave and take control of my health for that I thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Cannot rate this clinic high enough. I have major dentist anxiety and autism, and the whole process here has been wonderful. The staff in reception are great at explaining everything, and they made me feel less worried going into the appointment. Adil is the nicest dentist I’ve ever seen, he was patient with me, explained everything clearly, and I felt like he genuinely listened to me when I was worried. Everyone that works here is so genuinely kind and understanding, really reassuring and made a nervous patient feel at ease. Thank you so much!!

Negative experience: Abysmal practice, I called to join initially and was told there was a £30 joining fee which I would have returned to me. After my initial appointment and treatment was discussed I enquired about seeing the hygienist which I was told there would be a £50 fee. When I told them I was entitled to see the hygienist for free as I was receiving NHS treatment since I was on maternity leave and I had already paid £30 that I was told would be returned, I asked them what would be happening with all these funds they were continually extracting from me and they said it would all be put towards any future treatment. Fast forward a week I was let down for child care, my appointment being on the Tuesday afternoon I called at 9am on Monday morning to let them know I’d need to reschedule since I couldn’t bring a baby to a root canal appointment. Baring in mind I have on both occasions not been able to afford any of the money they have asked me for since I’m supposed to be receiving free NHS treatment she told me they’re would be a £60 charge £1 per minuet for my 60 minuet since I didn’t cancel within 48 hours even though they are closed on a Sunday. Her logic being she is unlikely to be able to fill my space but if they are closed on a Sunday and I called at 9am on the Monday that doesn’t change anything. Her response was I should have left a voicemail on their answering phone that she wouldn’t have picked up till 9am Monday morning when I called. I’m sick and disgusted and feel like I’ve been robbed of £80. Untrustworthy establishment.

Fantastic experience: I can't rave about this practice enough! From our first contact to completing treatment plans, the whole team have worked to make our experience the best it could be. We never thought a visit to the dentist could be a pleasure. My husband suffers from severe anxiety and the warm greeting on arrival from the lovely receptionist makes such a difference. She takes the trouble to get to know the patients and what they need. Our dentist is highly skilled. We've had a number of challenging procedures and every one has been completed with minimum discomfort. My husband's dentist anxiety is pretty much eradicated. The team here work together to give a friendly, supportive and high quality service from booking to completion.

Fantastic experience: Joined Broomfield Dental Practice having not visited a Dentist in approximately 20 years. I was nervous and having neglected my oral health was a bit apprehensive. I was put at ease immediately, a treatment plan was explained and agreed. I had the same Dentist throughout who was excellent. All the staff I encountered were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend the Practice.

I can honestly say that over the many years that I have regularly visited the dentist and oral hygienist, Mia is by far the best hygienist I've seen,she made my visit pleasant and very informative. Broomfield Dental practice staff are all so very pleasant and professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dental practice.
