Working out a detailed personal care/treatment plan that can be broken down into affordable payments. The care given by Naveen is by far the best I've ever received. His lovely assistant Wumi was understanding and caring too As for the wonderful front of house staff especially Lisa giving their understanding and caring support really does make for the best dentist experience. Fantastic experience: Such a lovely dental surgery and a pleasant visit today. As soon as you walk in you are greeted warmly by Lisa and Dawn at reception. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome right away. For my hygienest appointment i was seen by Rupa and Susie who were both exceptionally welcoming, kind and attentive. Rupa provided in-depth cleaning which was very gentle and no pain at all! They genuinely care here about your dental health and offer advice on how to maintain. The comfortable seating and use of very up to date equipment in such a clean, calm and caring environment made the experience very relaxing. I really appreciated the service they provided.

Have been at this dental surgery since my children were very young and still attend, even after a move to Horley. Would always recommend. Smita was so patient and kind with me in planning the work that was needed, and my fear of changing my smile and how I look. I'm so, so pleased with the results. I've now got beautiful, natural looking white teeth and I still look like me. I could not recommend Smita and her team highly enough. Everyone at Dalmeny House is so kind, friendly and professional. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, after researching dental practices around the area for a visit that was long overdue, I was in safe hands with Dr Vish and his team. I remember in my first visit I told him I felt the treatment was therapeutic which was a first and was highly suprised. I was explained all the steps, there was a always a check in during the treatment and felt so relaxed being able to watch Netflix and given headphone. Fantastic experience: I had a molar extracted, and the whole process from Reception to post extraction was very smooth and professional. The procedure was clearly explained to me, and the actual extraction was painless, even the anaesthetic injections were hardly felt. Printed advice and guidance for aftercare was given to me , and a follow up call to me the next day was made to check that all was well. A first class service in all respects.

I was thoroughly happy with my treatment so I decided to return for some Botox. Honestly, will not be going anywhere else for that either. The dentist always explains everything that will happen and shows photos of the teeth & gums after the examination which is very interesting. Any future treatments are explained with the reasons they are needed. It never feels like there is any pressure to go ahead but I know that it is always for my own benefit. Got some great advice catered to my needs and good to see the progress since I first visited. Rupa and her assistant were brilliant and friendly and the receptionists are always helpful and efficient. Glad I chose here as my Dental clinical.
