Fantastic experience: How could having a root canal treatment be an amazing experience? Well by going to The Raglan Suite and asking for Antony Bellaries that's how. Antony put me at my ease and I was able to relax and go with the flow. I was asked if I was alright, everything was explained and I literally didn't feel a thing!. The nurse was also very good and the premises are very pleasant, clean and welcoming. I even managed to park right outside! Although the appointment was booked for two hours, I was done and dusted in an hour and a half. Many thanks to all concerned!

Fantastic experience: I had a 'very good' experience when having my 2 hour Root Canal treatment yesterday (29/10/25), not usually something you'd hear when mentioning a dental Root Canal!!! Yes, it certainly was, Anthony put me at ease, explaining every step he was taking and expertly doing his job, whilst Eliza calmed any nerves I had and checked in on me looking after my welfare - great teamwork. It was my very first dental experience at the Raglan Suite and I can certainly recommend Anthony and his team with any dental treatment, be it an emergency or routine. Today I got a follow up call from Emily asking if all was well overnight and assuring me if things changed, I could get back in touch, very reassuring. Overnight and the day after treatment, there was no tooth pain whatsoever, just jaw and neck ache (to be expected) as the treatment took 2 hours with my mouth clamped open - luckily for them, it was nice and quiet as I couldn't really speak! Although, I still managed to say a few words afterwards even though my lips/face were numb haha!! Hopefully I did manage to say 'thank you' but if not, 'thanks so much again'. Emilia

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The waiting area is lovely — comfy sofas, great décor, and an impressive selection of teas and coffees to enjoy while you wait. A special thank you to Kim, the dentist — she is truly amazing! Kim is highly knowledgeable, incredibly skilled, and so understanding. You can tell straight away that she genuinely cares about her patients and knows her work inside out. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and really focuses on achieving the best results tailored to each person. My sister Adeeba and I have both been twice now, and every time Kim has been absolutely brilliant. The whole team at Raglan Dental are professional, friendly, and kind. A special mention to the lovely lady at reception (with dark hair and glasses — I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) who was so thoughtful and even gave us Sensodyne toothpaste to try, which has really helped my gums — such a lovely gesture! We’ll definitely be back — it’s rare to find a dental team that combines expertise, empathy, and genuine care like this. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for around 6 years. I had a dental emergency starting on a Friday night. Telephoned the Raglan Suite at 09:00 the following Monday and was offered an appointment for 10:00. To facilitate the appointment Dr Cadman had to come in specially from another practice. Simply superb service from Sue on reception for arranging the appointment and to Dr Cadman. My thanks to everyone at the Raglan Suite for their care and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Superb service from start to finish. They managed to fit my consultation and appointment within two days of one another, as I was travelling from down south. My root canal procedure was explained thoroughly, they made sure any questions I had were answered, and even double checked before the day of my procedure whether I wanted any further clarification. The calm and reassuring nature of the consulates and reception is something I won’t forget. I’ll be back in October for my second one and although root canals are not something to look forward to I’m pleased I have found a place which keeps me at ease. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: I have always been extremely frightened of the dentist and was referred by my local dentist to The Raglan Suite at Harrogate , a bit of a distance from where I live but would have travelled alot further for the fantastic treatment I recieved here (as sedation was no longer available on the NHS) . Well what can I say if you need your teeth looking at and work done this is the place to go , they make you feel so at ease nothing is rushed , you are not made to feel silly because you are truly panicking inside and out !!! The kind lady dentist who did the work was amazing so calming and the lovely gentle man who gave the sedation ( won't name names in case it's not appropriate !) I will continue to go to my local dentist for check ups but if work needs to be done I will then go back to the Raglan Suite , if the same lady continues to take me on ??. Everyone involved in my care was lovely ...but a special thank you to my dentist who did my work I am truly pleased . This original review was done some months back and I have since been back for further treament , today seeing the same lady , ( Begins with a J ends in a T ) sorry still don't know if I can name names ? Honestly , fast appointment , not having to wait anxiety building !! Just don't think I could let anyone do this to me now ?? Especially after years of losing my initial dentist and not seeing anyone !!! Super Hero doesn't come close !!!!! Thank You all at Raglan x

Fantastic experience: Wendy I have been with Wendy for a very long time and she has done a miraculous job of looking after my gums and has saved a number of my teeth. She is always very professional, efficient and provides guidance on care and ongoing treatments. Wendy is always so cheerful and thoughtful, providing a comforting atmosphere during my visits. I arrive at each treatment session with no fear or worries as I know Greg and his team are so well organised and efficient. The work never takes a moment longer than it needs to as they get it right first time, every time. Greg always has a smile on his face and his interesting conversation and ongoing commentary is so helpful as I fully understand what is happening; even though it’s a one-way conversation!! Fantastic experience: I was extremely apprehensive about having root canal surgery but the service I received from Mr Bellaries and his team inc assistants and reception was absolutely first rate - very calming and professional at all times . The surgery was similarly done in a calm and professional way . I’m not keen to go through root canal surgery again but if I have to I would want the surgery to be done by Mr Bellaries and will be recommending Raglan Suite to my friends

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my cycle of treatment - introductory consultation and scans, 2 sinus lifts (in the same appointment), the 2 implants and follow-up care with the hygienist. I was quite anxious beforehand but Tim and his team have been superb throughout - clear explanations, reassuring, warm, kind and able to instil absolute confidence. I never imagined that the lengthy surgery could be so calm and stress-free. The end result is perfect, all thanks to Tim's care and expertise. Thank you, everyone.

Fantastic experience: A piece broke off my tooth yesterday. I called The Raglan Suite and the reception team worked to find me an appointment with Wendy Cole, my usual dentist. Miraculously, they created an app and I saw Wendy today. Apparently the tooth which had a piece broken off, had been filled by another dentist, years ago. Wendy fixed my broken tooth with her usual special mix of extreme detail and gentle care. Cannot praise her and the Reglan Suite team enough. Help when I needed it most ! Fantastic experience: Greg did an excellent job with my back tooth implant. The process was clearly explained, and the treatment consultants were fantastic. The 0% interest finance option made it affordable, and there was no pressure to proceed. As a very nervous patient, I appreciated the team's kindness, patience, and empathy. Greg kept me calm by explaining each step during the procedure, and I was allowed to use earplugs and headphones to block out the noise, making the experience much easier.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to the Raglan Suite by my NHS dentist for a procedure that they could not do. I have now had two procedures here and both have been good experiences. I am very anxious about dental work and needles and they have helped me to manage that anxiety so that I could access the treatment I needed.

I needed a wisdom tooth removed quickly, and after booking me an appointment for the same day, Dr. Greg advise me due to the close proximity to the nerve I would have it to have it done surgically. It was causing me extreme pain so Dr. Greg went above and beyond by adjusting his schedule to fit me in the next day. Dr. Greg made sure I was comfortable throughout. He explained everything clearly and reassured me at every step. The entire staff was friendly and supportive, making the experience as pleasant as possible. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Chris Egan on Monday 8th of Jan at the Raglan Suite. As soon as you walk up to the reception desk you are greeted with smiles from everyone, even if they are just passing. Chris is one of the nicest people I know. Fiona his nurse is also very kind, taking my coat and asking how my journey was. Walking into the treatment room you are made to feel as if you are the only person that matters and Chris puts you at ease right away with his calm reassuring voice. He lets you feel as if nothing is too much trouble, most problems can be fixed one way or another and if it cannot, then he is very good at explaining why and working out alternatives. His professionalism and knowledge are second to none. I would recommend this practice 100% and would always go there for any dental work to be done.
