Negative experience: My review of this place would be far too long, failed my dental care in more ways than one. My partner who goes to a different dentist told me to use his many years ago... I have done so now my only regret is not doing so before. The dental hub in sainsburys customer service/reception was the only good thing. Glen lea reception very poor. Dentists missed so many things on routine checks. Got a quote for a bridge. 2100, My new dentist who did an in depth dental assessment quoted 1800 however this includes a crown on a back tooth that needs attention (missed by glen lea) includes a small filling on another tooth (missed by glen lea). Includes an extraction on a back tooth Includes a professional tooth whitening kit.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Glen Lea Dental Suite, the service provided is first rate, the staff go above and beyond to look after for and care for their customers. Helpful, friendly and professional throughout and the prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I have been using GLDS for well over a year now and have found everyone I’ve met to be friendly, kind and professional. There are emergency dental appointments available first thing in the morning and the reception staff are always most helpful. Dr Dami Bakare has been friendly and professional when discussing my various treatment options. The treatments have been pain free and although I haven’t fallen asleep during a treatment yet, it’s been close. I have worn a denture for a number of years now and the one made by André earlier in the year has been the best I’ve ever had (and reasonably priced).

Negative experience: I have always found Glen Lea dentist to be very good but was rather disappointed with this appointment. My tooth was filled to stop it cracking further. Not a normal filling. No drilling or numbing needed. I had been told I would get my teeth scaled but only got 4 lower teeth done. I should have questioned this at the time and wish I had. I presume the dentist ran out of time. No explanation was given.

Fantastic experience: I cannot fault the service i receive at Glen Lea Dental Suite, both admin and surgical staff. Frida fitted 2 implants today and they look and feel amazing so many thanks to Frida. I always recommend Glen Lea to relatives and friends.

Fantastic experience: I have anxiety and hypersensitivity to touch and sound among other disabilities and as a result I haven't been able to take care of my oral care as much as I like. I've never been able to confide that to other dentists because they have been very abrupt and shouted at, but here I was put at ease so much from the moment I contacted them that I opened up. My first appointment was yesterday and even though I was terrified I made it there and I now have a plan to get back on track and help me overcome my problems. I'm still anxious and terrified but if first impressions are anything to go by then I think I have finally found a dentist who will listen to me and not judge me.

The dentist took time to explain what the treatment was and why it was recommended. During the treatment, the dentist was gentle and made sure I had no discomfort or pain.

Today’s appointment was suggested by my GP for a full check prior to starting a new medication. I was accommodated at quite short notice, had a thorough check and given useful advice. Negative experience: The "new patient " examination was fine but I was disappointed to learn that the cleaning I thought I had booked afterwards was not booked as such. I now have to come back for another appointment for the cleaning.
