Fantastic experience: I came to see Ayham Sbahi after not having seen a dentist for 15 years due to embarrassment after an extensive history of eating disorders left my teeth broken. I could not recommend him highly enough. He was reassuring, kind, non judgemental and gentle throughout. He talked me through the treatment plan he had laid out very thoroughly and ensured I was comfortable at every stage. I’ve come to the end of my treatment plan and he’s been instrumental in helping to close a really difficult chapter of my life. He’s absolutely amazing at what he does and always creates a warm friendly atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: I have seen both Hannah Watts (Dentist) and Aga Zurawska (hygienist) at this very welcoming practice. I and I am sure like a few ,haven't been to the dentist in a while and from the moment I saw Hannah, I felt totally at ease. I had a filling and she talked me through what she was going to do and updated me throughout treatment. Amazing work and care, thank you! Great advice with my treatment plan too. Previous to this I saw Aga, the hygienist. Talk about attention to detail! I do need a bit of dental work on my teeth :) but my mouth felt and looked almost brand new after my extended thorough scale and clean. Thank you so much Hannah and Aga for inspiring me to keep my dental appointments! :)

Negative experience: I had an appointment last year for hygiene. It was really good. I booked another appointment for Tuesday. As I am a student nurse, in during my final placement, I received an email from my assessor from hospital, changed my night shift from Tuesday night to day. I received an email at 1:30 pm. I called to cancel or changed the date, the reception said, nobody never see you anymore because you did not call 48 hours for cancellation. How can I contact in weekend when the clinic is closed and I didn't know, my shift changed??? I am so upset and the clinic is not fair.

The Reception team are kind and helpful, & were brilliant at arranging appointments for me relating to my time-sensitive other medical treatment (which has potential dental implications). Nothing seemed too much trouble - I felt like my care really mattered to them. I needed extraction of roots, & dentist Ayham Sbahi made this the easiest and most totally painless experience. A lovely dental nurse held my hand throughout. A minor follow-up issue was resolved so quickly & easily, but even though it was straightforward, great care was taken. I have total confidence in Ayham Sbahi - he is obviously highly knowledgeable about my other treatment & I feel safe in his care. I've also had the best experience with my hygienist - the first time ever I've not experienced discomfort or found it stressful. Thank you so much, everyone!

Fantastic experience: I recently had 2 tooth extractions with Ayham Sbahi. The first one was not easy to extract but Ayham put me at ease the whole time, constantly checking if I was okay and not experiencing pain. He was efficient and caring, as was his dental nurse Helen. I have been with this practice for years now and have always been happy with my treatment from dentists and other staff. A welcoming, caring practice which I and my family members can recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have Just finished a course of treatment at Coppertop with AYHAM SBAHI. It was the most pain free experience I've ever had at any previous dentist. His attention to detail was exceptional, I'm very nervous he put me completely at ease. First sign of any pain and it was immediately numbed. I would highly recommend him, particularly if you're a nervous patient. I will also say that everyone I encountered at Coppertop has been friendly, helpful and patient.

Fantastic experience: I recently needed an emergency appointment because I had suffered toothache in the night. The reception staff were very sympathetic and very helpful. They understood my urgent need and managed to get me an appointment despite being fully booked. The dentist, Miss Purdom, was also very understanding and provided excellent care as usual. I suffered no pain and couldn't have had better treatment from the whole team.

Fantastic experience: I had to find a new dentist .My mum recommended them .Had the usual Introductory exam.This week I had the most horrendous toothache .Dr Shruti Gaonkar was fantastic .I was diagnosed with an unusual tooth abscess .Referred to a specialist and appoint made for them all in one day .I'm so impressed she is a lovely lady but an amazing professional who has helped me. toothache is a torture . Thank you so much Update had another issue broken tooth this time 2months after my last issue booked appoint online for next day seen and treated brilliant service

Negative experience: Awful service from start to finish !! Didn't really want to give us an appointment then cancelled via text once !!! Then proceeded to try and put silver fillings in my 18 year old daughters mouth who had NO clue what that meant ... she only went in to have her front tooth fixed which was messed up by a previous dentist !! NHS do better !! Will be taking this further .

I had a tooth extracted yesterday and the experience was the so good. Again I was under the care of Ayham and Helen, they are both delightful. They made me feel so comfortable and explained everything every step of the way, also giving me regular breaks and checking in to make sure that I was ok. I have told many friends and family about my experience as I won’t go anywhere else now. Please keep doing what you’re doing guys, you’re all amazing.
