Fantastic experience: First-class practice, the staff on the front desk and the dentists are friendly, accommodating and very professional. For someone who has a fear of dentists, they couldn't make you more at ease and dispels the phobia I had about dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Went to Bupa for an emergency appointment and was lucky they could see me the same day. I had been in pain for 4 days with a wisdom tooth. The whole team were understanding and welcoming. The dentist Aislinn addressed the pain and I'm now pain free. Thank you all for your help! Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been using this practice for several years. I travel many miles to use this practice. It is their friendly staff, but more importantly it is how they deal with someone who isn't very comfortable in the chair that keeps me returning everything. I am neuro diverse and over analysing everything. I've explained this to BUPA and they make me feel relaxed, informed and comfortable on the chair. Great practice...

Fantastic experience: I attended Bupa Banbridge for a hygienist appointment as my last hygienist had moved away. I met Jen for the first time and can only say how fantastic she was. I’ve been attending hygienists for 7 years and this is the first time I had a pain free experience. I was put at ease immediately and Jen was lovely as well as being very professional. I have my next apt booked and for the first time ever I’m not dreading my visit to the hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I used to be so afraid of dentists that i would have had a bad panic attack before i was due to go...from my 1st appointment here that all changed. From the receptionists to the dental nurses and dentists they all put me totally at ease. I never in a million years believed that i would ever actually smile properly again. This clinic is so clean and all covid perfect. I would hve no problems referring this clinic to anyone

Fantastic experience: Eventually got round to having a check up with everything going on. I was met at the door by Kate who was as friendly as ever, she even burst into song at one point "Im leaving on a jet plane" only to realise we aren't going anywhere just at the minute and sadly stopped singing... Not to worry! All the guys were great as always and excellent covid practices in place (for anyone who is anxious about heading out). Keep up the good work folks and thanks again

Fantastic experience: I attended Bupa Dental Care a few days ago for a check up. I was met at the door by Kate who is always so friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable with the Covid practices that were in place and Marianne as always put me at ease right away and explained everything very thoroughly. I would recommend Bupa Dental Care to anyone.

Negative experience: I called to enquire whether it would be possible to see a dentist about my chipped/broken molar tooth which is causing me pain. The receptionist initially said no, but then said she can put my name down to be considered for a triage appointment. While spelling my name, she questioned my surname and sounded very surprised. I confirmed that this was my surname, and as I was talking I noticed that she went silent and subsequently hung up the phone. I called back but no one picked up the phone. This is really not what I expected having read all the positive reviews here. I’m very disappointed

She has such a lovely manner and always explains everything well and offers advice. Long gone are the days when I dreaded going to the dentist! From the receptionist, dentist and dental assistants, they are all professional and friendly who offer the highest level of patient care. I couldn't recommend Bupa Dental Care Banbridge enough.

Fantastic experience: Bupa dental care banbridge is amazing. I have had a fear of dentists for as long as I can remember but obviously we can't hide from toothache forever. I made an appointment and the reception team were fantastic with me as I expressed my fears. Rachel (best dentist) put me at ease straight away even wiped my tears as I lay crying petrified of her even checking my teeth. Still get some nerves but Rachel makes me so comfortable every time I see her and now my daughter sees her also. If I could give more stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I find the appointment reminders very helpful. My dentist is very good she always gives me full dental care options and completely understands when cost is involved. I changed from a different dentist and realised they were charging me for gas and air and pain reliefwhich I didnt need.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bupa Dental Care Banbridge since it opened. They have a lovely welcoming surgery, from Kate on Reception through to Marianne who is my Dentist and her Dental Nurse Kirsty who are always friendly and welcoming. The reception area and surgery are always clean and tidy. I had a lifelong fear of going to the dentist but this practice has put me completely at ease for which I am most grateful and I will gladly continue to be their patient.
