Fantastic experience: I fully recommend Park Orthodontics, they're the Michelin star for braces, I finished my Invisalign journey after approx. 18 months, it's been smooth sailing throughout with no issues, the entire process has been amazing: staff are super friendly and professional, appointments are swift and the reminders are handy, any questions I had were answered fully. I used to never smile and would always cover my mouth when speaking and since finishing, I smile all the time now, happy to show anyone and everyone. One of the best decisions I've made!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for a year and a half for my braces, every single one of my treatments were done to an excellent standard and everyone there was extremely kind, helpful and competent, explaining every step of my treatment to me clearly. Fantastic experience: I recently had composite bonding done by Anja. After my first appointment, I wasn't too sure how I felt about them so I called the next working day (Monday) and the practice was able to fit me in same day for changes. Anja chatted through it again with me and then nailed exactly what I wanted them to look like/feel like. I'm really happy with the finished look and I think they look so cute and natural! Anja is very warm and friendly. She comes across like she cares what she's doing and she gives the right amount of info about what she's doing mid-treatment, so I didn't feel anxious in the slightest. Her and her assistant work really nicely together and there's no clunking about the place. Very seamless. I really want to stress how well suited to my face the teeth feel, because I spent a LOT of time researching who could do my composites because I didn't want the creepy, blocky, white-blue look that seems to be prevalent right now. My teeth just look like they could have always been that way, and they're lovely. I think Anja is so talented! :)

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my new straight, white teeth! I had train tracks, top and bottom and the experience with the whole Park team was excellent. Anja was my orthodontist and was so calm and professional throughout, explaining everything clearly at each step. I saw Claire a lot too, who was so brilliant at changing bands and wires and made me feel safe and comfortable. All the other team members were always very smart, organised and the communication from the practice was brilliant. Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Park Orthodontics enough. I have been so self conscious of my over lapping teeth all my life and although I had braces in my 20's, I didn't use retainers so they all moved again. Andrew and his team have been amazing. My adult teeth were complicated as they had already been moved before and I also suffer from receding gums. They put together the perfect treatment plan and explained everything really clearly, they also put a case forward to get my treatment covered by the NHS which was a game changer for me. Everyone is so positive and friendly and I had the same team of people from the start to the finish of my treatment. Even over lockdown, I was able to communicate with the practice and they could answer any questions I had. If you are reading this as an adult who is contemplating getting braces, my advice is 'Go for it' you will not regret it, this team will look after you every step of the way. Only wish I'd done it years ago. I'll definitely be bringing my children here when they need to get their braces fitted.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign journey with Jenna and Andrew at Park ortho. The process was amazing and I felt so comfortable when attending appointments. My kit for taking scans at home was very easy to use and the communication throughout was amazing. On completion of Invisalign I then had some tweaks with Anja a composite bonding specialist who really fulfilled my expectations with a natural finish. Fantastic experience: Park Orthodontics Glasgow are excellent. Great customer service and professional, friendly staff who thoroughly explain the treatment options and process. We have been with them for 2.5 years to get treatment completed and it has been an easy process. Positive experience: My 14 year old son has just finished his 22 month Invisalign journey with Park Orthodontics. He is delighted with the results and would recommend Invisalign to anyone thinking about using this system. The dental team are all lovely and welcoming. However there were a few things which could have been better in the process. Kept waiting for the appointments happened in most visits sometimes by 30 mins. On requesting a new set of bands required for the treatment to be posted out and offering to pay the postage cost was met with a disapproving receptionist with a lecture who advised I needed to collect them in person. Only when I asked why this was such a problem she agreed to mail them. On completing the journey we would of thought Andrew the owner and dentist over seeing this journey would of at least checked in with us to make sure we were happy and all was good with the end results which unfortunately he did not. Another disappointment was we were not offered any before and after photos even when photos had been taken. I did request these and apparently none were taken?? This is very different experience to the glossy social media posts posted daily. Lastly and probably the biggest mishap was on visiting our family NHS dentist the week after treatment was completed she discovered 2 attachments still on the teeth they had not been removed on the final visit. She agreed to filed these away and removed them for him. Overall the outcome was fantastic but the customer service lets the clinic down.

Waiting for appointments.
I can only apologise. I know time is precious. The nature of our work means we can’t always predict how long each appointment is going to take. As this has been a persistent issue for you, I will look into why this has happened on multiple occasions.
New set of bands.
We don’t routinely post bands out to patients due to the amount of patients using them. Thank you for your offer to pay for postage and sorry if you felt the response was disapproving. I will feed this back to the reception team.
Myself signing off treatment.
I’m sorry I wasn’t around for your final appointment.
Hopefully I can reassure you that no patient can be ‘signed off’ to finish treatment without an orthodontist examining and agreeing with the patient or parent that we are finished to everyone’s satisfaction.
We did this together on August 20th and ordered the retainers which were fitted a two weeks later.
As no movement of the teeth was planned after the ‘sign off’ appointment, I was happy for the team to fit the retainers and give final instructions. If you would like another appointment to review the situation with me, then please let me know.
Before and after photos.
All our patients are sent before and after photos at the end of treatment via email. This was sent to you on 3/9/24 with the original 3d scan images. Please let me know if you did not receive it with the three attachments.
I note that your son’s before pictures were stored on the Invisalign site and not on our local system, which has been overlooked by the staff on the day. I have now emailed you these pictures.
I will make sure all staff understand how to access the Invisalign photos if requested going forward.
Attachments left on teeth.
Sorry to hear this, certainly an oversight on our part. Having looked into what happened, there were two attachments left on the very back top molar teeth. The clinical notes from the attachment removal appointment on 3/9/24 identify the presence of mouth ulcers making it difficult to move the patient’s lips and cheeks without causing discomfort. Being so far back in the mouth, I suspect this is why they were left in place on that day.
Having said that, I would have hoped that they were removed on the subsequent visit when you collected the removable retainers. Thank you to your dentist for helping out. I will be reporting back to the whole clinical team around this incident and stressing the importance of full appliance removal.

On the first two occasions the work was done by cosmetic dentists and although the treatments made my teeth straight, they created unintended problems with my bite. Negative experience: Initial consultation wasn't with a qualified orthododinst. Was told would have to pay £150 for that consultation, a total waste of time be aware your consultation will be with a non qualified salesperson. Look elsewhere in Glasgow plenty of places that offer a free consultation with a qualified dentist. On top of that the quote for invisalign was 6k. Certainly one of the far more expensive quotes given most of the dentists that work there have less than 10 years experience.
Dear Duchess, We’re sorry you felt your appointment with us last week was a waste of time. Every new patient is offered a one-hour consultation with an orthodontist, which is £150.
The alternative is a short, free appointment to have a 3d scan taken and discuss approximate prices with a treatment coordinator before committing financially.
We find the second option is very helpful for people considering orthodontics and looking for more information in the first instance.

Fantastic experience: I first became a patient here to get my teeth improved since they weren't very symmetrical and I wanted to get rid of my underbite. Contacted multiple places before this one and was told my case was too complicated and they couldn't do it. However, Park Orthodontics was happy to take on the challenge and got me on invsalign. The process took around a year and was only recently complete. I am incredibly happy with the outcome and so thankful to everyone involved. I absolutely love how my teeth look now. Throughout the entire procedure everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. It's a great environment and I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I recently finished Invisalign, which I did through Park Orthodontics. Fantastic experience: Just completed treatment at Park Orthodontics and am absolutely delighted with the results. Every appointment was conducted in a calm and unhurried manner with everything being fully explained. I've put off having my teeth fixed for years (I'm 64 years old) and regret not doing this sooner.
