Fantastic experience: I would like to say a big thankyou to Dr. Israr and his team. I am 65 and required two dental implants. I felt nervous about undergoing this procedure but Israr assured me that he would look after me and he did. The procedure took several stages, he and his team are polite, friendly and professional. The procedure was pain free. I am very pleased with the end result. If you are considering having dental implants, l would strongly recommend Dr. Israr to perform this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely dentist! I took my newly 3 year old for a check up with Ozzy and he was brilliant. No other dentist has got my daughter to open her mouth but Ozzy managed to do an actual check up! Dental practice was really clean i’d highly recommend!

Negative experience: Absolutely dreadful, I got charged £45 for a clean from the dentist,was supposed to be the hygienist but she was sick. Took 5 minutes tops,joke. Also got charged for a implant check up,which I didn't agree too and if I knew would not have done,£60. I left a negative review on FB which was deleted, just like they all are and bith myself and my Daughter were kicked out of the dentist and even told it was because of the review. They delete any review that isn't positive so I hope this gets through. Not bothered that I was kicked out ,but my daughter who did nothing. We both have a great dentist now so good. Wouldn't give 1 star.

The team made me feel really confident and reassured throughout the whole process. They were incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood each step we needed to take to get to the end result. Fantastic experience: I started my invisalign journey back in lockdown & it was the best thing i ever did. Two of my front top teeth were at a 90 degree angle/bend & Israr worked his magic & got them straight. It took a long time & a lot of patience but i am so happy with the end results. Fantastic experience: I very rarely leave reviews but I'm so impressed with Dr Connor and his team I just had to! I was a VERY nervous patient after multiple bad experiences at other dentists, and needed an implant on my front tooth. After my initial consultation I felt reassured and it just got better from there. The scans and 3d modelling is very impressive to watch and Dr Connor was sure to explain every single thing he was doing. I was given an essix retainer to wear until my implant was done, to boost my confidence and finally get rid of my stupid bridge that kept coming off. On the day of the implant surgery (with bone graft) I was obviously extremely nervous but after a lot of reassurance and compassion from the whole team - from the lovely ladies on reception to the amazing implant technicians, I can't complaint about anything at all! Everyone is so kind and really tried to make me feel at home. At one point my healing abutment unscrewed itself (I used a sonicare toothbrush and it loosened it enough to unscrew slightly) I was able to reach out to Dr Connor the same day and he managed to squeeze me in the next morning with Dr Israr to screw it back on. It can just happen sometimes and it's not the whole implant, its just the tiny screw they put in the implant while it heals. Dr Connor is so kind and polite to the assistant staff, being sure to say please and thank you when asking for things, which a lot of dentists seem to lack. He's respectful and doesn't have that arrogant personality that a lot of very qualified people have. Every little worry I had was resolved very quickly and I have absolutely no complaints at all. I finally had my implant completed today and I am OBSESSED with it. The gum already looks like it's going to heal very nicely around it and when I've been showing it to the reception team they even asked which tooth it was... That's how good it looks. This is a really long review so I'll leave it there but I would say if you're on the edge of wanting to get an impant done just go for it! And get it done here under Dr Connor! They're all amazing people and have changed my life! Thank you to the whole team!!

Thankyou Imran , dental nurse, receptionists, hygienists and all of the Elegant Smiles Dental Team who keep our teeth in good order and the 'show on the road'. A 'golden oldie' needing a big filling, I was given a numbing injection I barely felt, and reassuring explanation as the work progressed. Finally utmost care taken to ensure my bite was right! Appointment system very good, usually a car park space or polite on road parking close by. Bright friendly waiting area for prompt attention. (Sadly non NHS. There is a costs. Have had to make choices) Hey presto! Large crumbling, sharp tooth repaired and warm sun shining outside. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: ELEGANT SMILES As a mature lady in my 60's, I was introduced to Elegant Smiles by Head Receptionist D'Arcy. As a young lady she knew how important a smile is. Since my early teens I had been embarrassed of my teeth! After 2 braces my teeth went back to there usual position. She explained to me that I could have Envisalign treatment and at my age! Without seeing I was wearing a plate. And guys you really can't see it. I was hooked and she booked a Free Consultation with Dr.Israr. Plus there are people older than myself having treatment. Dr Israr talked me threw the treatment and projected before and after visuals. Result, 2 years later I smile alot. I am confident, delighted. Dr Israr is a perfectionist although I cheekily told him not to get big headed. As my confidence built and my treatment finished I then trusted Dr Israr to replace fillings and had to have a tooth removed. I have been in fear of the dentist since I was a child. D'arcy reassured me I would feel nothing and I was in the hands of a dentist that was well aware of my fears. However, since having treatment I am not in fear anymore. I have all my treatments done here now. All staff are kind, understanding and even held my hand whilst having a filling for reassurance. Try Elegant Smiles out, all your concerns will be listened to. Fantastic experience: I can't thank everyone enough, at Elegant Smiles. I decided a year ago to take the plunge and go for Invisalign treatment to straighten and whiten my teeth. Dr. Imran Rafiq guided me and understood exactly what I was looking to achieve. As a man approaching 60 I didn't want a spectacular and dazzling white set of teeth that looked false; I wanted my teeth to be straight and white but retain a level that was natural, and that's exactly what Dr. Rafiq did for me. It's rare to say that everyone treats you well and with respect, but that is what I have received from this practice. Now that my orthodontic treatment has finished I will remain with the practice, with Dr Rafiq as my regular dentist. The plan he suggested for me is very reasonably priced to ensure the smile I always wanted remains that way.

Fantastic experience: Dr Israr is a modern-day Michelangelo, sculpting teeth. My back story……. I approached a local dentist last September (2023) with regards to having some dental work to repair my very worn 2 front teeth. The practice signed me up to a monthly insurance package, and a ‘treatment plan’ to prepare my teeth for the repair work I wanted. After a year of waiting with promises of my new front teeth, and paying over £400 for some initial remedial treatment, I was then informed that the treatment required to change my 2 front teeth would cost £16,700, because I had a bad bite and would need work on all my teeth to rectify. The dentist in question was really rather proud that he had access to brand new technology to take scans of my teeth yet had to refer to his colleague on how to work it....... I asked him if we could maybe do the work in stages as I could not afford £16,700. He said no, because my bite was bad, and it was all or nothing. My new story…… On further research I found Elegant Smiles. I made an appointment and met with Dr Israr Razaq and explained where I was at, and he was extremely professional, listening to my wishes. Dr Isra ‘scanned’ my teeth with total ease, using the same equipment my old dentist had boasted about but didn’t actually know how to use! Dr Isra then sent me a personal video, showing my teeth (scary…….are they my teeth?!) He talked through the video, detailing the work he would like to do, along with an explanation regarding my bite, and how it would settle once the work was completed. Once I had agreed to Dr Isra’s course of treatment, I had another appointment for him to take “pattern work” impressions that would show the final look. On the next appointment, he applied “pattern work” to my teeth and they looked amazing, even though it was a mock up. Dr Isra’s idea was to do composite veneers on 5 of my upper teeth and replace an old porcelain crown. He also explained that composite veneers would not have the ‘shelf life’ of porcelain, which I found very honest (I already knew this via Google) but if I get maybe 8 years on the composite, I can start saving for porcelain ……. To give an idea of cost, for my beautiful smile, amazingly £3,300. My son and daughters have shown my teeth to their colleagues, and they all say how amazing my teeth look In a nutshell, Dr Isra I say again, Michelangelo, sculpting in teeth. I have attached some photos to show before and after and the last one is me today, still smiling. I have actually put a small mirror in my kitchen so I can gaze at all times. My confidence has risen ten-fold, and I am smiling more than ever before.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff, very caring, very supportive, always there to help.

Positive experience: Good dentist, NHS transitions to private but this is government failings. Private package is actually competitive. Dentist and hygienist are very good and professional. Only issue is reception staff turnover which explains the lack of knowledge and last minute changes. If they retained their staff it could be better service. Also often having to wait die to running over so book morning appointments, parking can also be a challenge sometimes. But overall recommended

Fantastic experience: I honestly couldn't recommended Elegant smiles enough. I have been insecure about my smile for many years and now feel so much more confident. Dr israr has overseen my Invisalign along with composite bonding and removal of wisdom teeth and I have been so impressed and felt at ease throughout the whole process and highly recommend him as a dentist. Also a big thank you to Amy Newman who was so helpful in getting things booked when my job wasn't flexible with appointments . She was understanding ,friendly and always smiling in all interactions. I wouldn't go anywhere else . Great practice with a lovely team .

Positive experience: Having Invisalign was a great experience, and I do now have straight teeth which is great but the customer care leaves a lot to be desired. 90% of my appointments was cancelled last minute, asking staff a question often resorted into being passed around different people and never getting a definitive answer. I didn’t receive the care promised and I recommend trying to find somewhere else for Invisalign.

Negative experience: We we're here for a while and then suddenly get a letter to say the NHS dentist has left and you now can't come here. Me, my husband and my two young children now don't have a dentist. But they did say we can pay to stay with them privately. Absolutely disgraceful. To not even call. Just a letter and that's it, no follow up. No dentist. Great customer care... Thanks!

I am fairly nervous of any major dental work but was made to feel very comfortable through the various parts of the process due to Dr O’Loughlin and the whole team being very professional, super clear with communication throughout (including details of procedures and expectations and aftercare), highly skilled, patient and very thorough and invested in getting everything just right for a great end result! A day later I’m booked in for a new patient appointment, provided with antibiotics & referred for wisdom tooth extraction, this was quickly followed by a recommended treatment plan. Within 8 days I’m almost sorted (baring the referral). Dr Jawaad Aziz, you explained the whole process, made me feel at ease and even laughed (something I thought I’d never do at a dentist). Fantastic experience: Wonderful kind caring staff warm & friendly from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. They promised they would sort my problem - sharp edge of wisdom tooth cutting into my tongue and they did. The dentist was a hero - explained everything in detail and and put an action plant into place. All, Please pass on my thanks to the dentistry team that saw me at short notice yesterday and with all of three seconds of thinking time and five minuits of extraction time my problem was solved. I felt nothing throught the extraction. I though I was just going for an inspection to see what the cause of pain was and was offered immediate extraction. Further more, unbelieveably after the anesthetic wore off I have had no pain what so ever. Maybe it was my lucky day after all, and the skill,and confinence of the dentist also helpt. Fantastic experience: Incredible Invisalign program and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Israr was amazing from the consultations and answering any queries I had, to his professionalism and taking complete pride in the finer details some other wouldn’t have. Couldn’t recommend this dental practise enough!

Negative experience: Terrible! After multiple calls and answer machine messages to call back (They never did) they finally answered. I booked an appointment and they were twice as expensive as everyone else. Problem was it was 4 weeks away. I found someone else who could do it much sooner, so called to cancel a few days later and again trying to get through was a joke. Over 30 phone calls and multiple messages left on answer machine again (calls never returned) I finally got through and for a simple thing as a card refund seemed too much for them. Kept asking for my card number multiple times then whilst I was waiting they hung up on me. After many attempts to get through again I think they finally refunded me. Terrible!

Fantastic experience: Attended the practice for my first dental check up with Dr Gagan and her dental nurse Jenny. They made me feel at ease and explained everything to me. Dr Gagan is very knowledgeable and professional, she explained every detail and made a plan to bring back my smile. Jenny is good and she made feel good after every appointment that I have been to so far. Few more to go but I know the service will maintain or go beyond henceforth.

Fantastic experience: I have just visited Imran for the first time with my two daughters one who is profoundly deaf and has learning disability. Both girls have become scared of the dentist due to previous dentists not being very good with them. The service we have received today was outstanding. Imran treated my girls with the respect they deserve. Right from me telling him that my daughter was deaf he pulled his mask down and made sure she could lip read. He explained everything to her and put her ease instantly. I can't thank you enough for the treatment we received today and making a dreaded trip to the dentist perfect. We look forward to seeing you again soon

Fantastic experience: This review is in particular to highlight the excellent care and wonderfully kind and thoughtful attitude with very nervous patients like me provided by one of the lady dentists and I’m so sorry but I can’t remember her name although if you look back she is the one who went on maternity leave for a while and then came back after removing a back tooth of mine a couple of years ago. She couldn’t have been kinder and I have booked to see her and her only again in a couple of months time after having had a couple of very bad experiences with different dentists. Believe me she is someone you don’t want to lose

Fantastic experience: I have just finished treatment at Elegant Smiles. I have had implants and root canal work and have had no pain at any time over the 6 months. On my original appointment Dr Razaq spent time looking into my past experiences as well as looking at the current problems. As I had not seen a dentist for about 50 years there were quite a few! My husband was amazed when I returned to the car with a smile as we had both anticipated problems. The smile was much broader this week when the treatment finished and, for the first time in years, I am happy to have a photo taken. I felt most welcome at every stage and was always greeted with a smile and a cheerful Hello. I have also been told by a friend that I look about 10 years younger – quite a result and all well within the estimate.
