My regular dentist is simply the best dentist I’ve ever had. Never fails to make the process throughout as good as a visit to the dentist’s can be! Superb, professional, understanding treatment and always good humoured, I cannot recommend highly enough! Follow up appointment as seamless as the first, seen early and an easy professional visit throughout. Could not be bettered from reception through to Dentist Harmen’s expert attentions.

She is such a beautiful person I want to take her home with me! I wouldn't change to another dental practice from Dentalcare even if I had to travel 100 miles to have my appointments with them because they are the very best and I would score them 11/10! Fantastic experience: I have a huge fear of dentists which in turn makes me avoid them, which inevitably ends in me needing work done when I do go. I attended today knowing I needed a front tooth filling which terrified me. I can honestly say I had nothing to worry about. My dentist talked me through everything she was doing, even played music to try and help me stay calm. Honestly this has helped me massively with going to the dentist and in future I will not avoid it. Both of my children go here and my husband. I really really will now not go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Esther Salimi is amazing, she did I tooth extraction on me today and I suffer with severe anxiety but she made me feel comfortable and helped me get through it really well. She’s reduced my fear of the dentist!!! I didn’t feel judged for anything and she gave me all the information I needed and didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. 10/10 dentist.

Fantastic experience: Ive always been very anxious about visiting the dentist because of past experiences, and moving around with my husbands work makes it hard to find some where you feel comfortable however ive been going to dental care hook for over 2 years now and every experience has been a positive one they have put me at ease at each and every visit weather it be with the dentist himself or the hygenist. I cant recomend Dental care hook enough.

I am a very nervous patient but Dr Harman Dhillon always reassures me by explaining everything he is going to do. He is kind, patient and an excellent dentist. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Negative experience: I've only given 2 Stars as the female receptionists need to address their training. Absolutely no time for the patients, rude and extremely uncomfortable feelings when entering the reception. There was no formal greeting (Hello, take a seat) chatting between themselves. My son of 10 years tried to fill the gap of the uncomfortability by saying hello! When leaving after our anxious dental appointment. Again, no acknowledgment from the female receptionist still chatting to herself. The dentist and dental nurse are very nice and very reassuring and makes you feel extremely comfortable like how a professional establishment should be.

My dentist is considerate, he listens and very good at making sure youre comfortable during your procedure. Easy booking, small practice with free parking across the road.

Negative experience: I originally booked an appointment for aug 16 at 2pm I arrived 15mins early but the doors were locked. I hung around until around 2.10pm, phoned and knocked the door numerous times but it appeared that Dentalcare was closed for the day. I rescheduled another appointment for 6th Sept for 1.30 pm. I have always been extremely happy with the service I have received in past years... BUT today the "Dentist" looked at my teeth for 30 seconds, if that, told me I drink too much tea and coffee, I drink 2 or 3 cups a week max and that i need to see the hygienist.. I left the pratice extremely disappointed and thought what a waste of my money...! I can only hope that things improve in the very near future

Positive experience: I have booked for hygienist appointment just few months ago it cost me £80 for about 6min. Unfortunately i can't accept the Tube in my mouth for the water. But am feeling the Job done not properly for 6min so Basically 6min cost £80

Positive experience: Very professional and caring hygienist. However the cost is getting very expensive, so could be a struggle to come every 6 months.

Negative experience: Dental treatment and staff really great but increasing waiting times to contact reception, on hold for 25 mins plus the last few times I have had to call them. No call back option or answer phone option. I’m feeling very exasperated! Website wasn’t listing our dentist so I couldn’t use that route either. Feels unfair when they cancelled the appointments I made many months ago, not me. They have called me back once to rearrange them, but the call was made twice in a row one after another, which feels a bit pointless! Is a shame because the actual dentist service is great.

A filling had come off the tip of my front tooth at the weekend and I needed to have it replaced especially as I am going on holiday in a few days. All sorted and a great colour match. Negative experience: Poor service! Arrived for my daughters NHS appointment on Saturday and stood outside waiting for 20 minutes and no one in sight! No answer on the phones, knocked on the door and nothing, despite the keys being in the door.

Fantastic experience: When I arrived for my hygienist appointment I had a different hygienist than Inhad booked and the airflow system wasn't available so I was quite anxious. The hygienist was really lovely and extremely patient and kind. She went out of her way to try and make the experience the best she could dealing with a very anxious patient with extremely sensitive teeth! I can't fault this dental practice. I have been attending for quite a few years now and always get exceptional service.
