Fantastic experience: I needed a new crown and an implant to my upper front teeth. I had a very thorough consultation with David Vivien (dentist) and was given written information to ensure I could make an informed decision about what the best option would be for me. I had three appointments during which both David and Helen (nurse) were respectful, professional and reassuring. I was given explanations each time about what to expect and regarding my after care. I have anxieties about dentists but David and Helen ensured I was comfortable, pain free and relaxed. I was so relaxed during my second appointment I fell asleep !!!!! I am impressed with my new smile and cannot praise both David and Helen enough10/10

Fantastic experience: Hygienist and Dentist of a high standard and very professional. A bit on the pricey side but that's the price of getting your teeth looked after well now I suppose.

Positive experience: A friendly dental surgery, but it is no longer possible to book the Dentist appointment AND the Hygienist appointment for the same visit. It just doesn't make sense! Two visits instead of one, which is not good for my time, and for the environment.

Fantastic experience: fantastic to be back here today after moving closer to a dentist near home 34 miles from here , after my new dentist made me feel terrible , i decided to come back here where today i saw jacob who sat patiently listening to my story as to what my Doncaster dentist had done and he was so kind and caring as was his assistant who also listened while doing my xrays , he totally explained what he was doing and also did a very gentle examination explaining as he went along, he also then went through my xrays thoroughly explained them all he took today, and back to 2018 to compare . the reception staff were also kind and caring as they have been since i went there in 1986 , the service was so fabulous i never got in the waiting room . i want to thank them all for a great service today and anyone wanting a fantastic service should make an appointment Mrs L Swift

Fantastic experience: Very good service but at a cost.
Negative experience: Yesterday I was denied help because I don't speak English, I'm from Ukraine and I'm in the process of learning a language! ... During the conversation, an interpreter on my phone helps me! ... This is the first clinic where this has been done! ... I just needed to put a new filling in my tooth that had fallen out!
Fantastic experience: Lost a filling last Wednesday 7th Feb and was able to get an appointment with a dentist the next day. Where Emma fitted a temporary filling until i could get back for a proper filling. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting the practice for about 35 years. I trusted Mr Campbell implicitly and always felt I was being given the very best care available. I must admit I was nervous when he sold the practice but it has continued to improve. There are noticeable improvements in procedures, investment in equipment and most importantly investment in great people. Thank you Portman!

Negative experience: Shocking not what I’m use to after 16 years at the practice
Fantastic experience: I've been here ever since I was little. But due to personal issues, I'd not been in 2 years. I only rang yesterday & my first appointment was today, I was very, very nervous & even had a little cry (embarrassing) they listened to me as I told them my personal issues & after being treated so poorly elsewhere & neglecting my health. Lauren and Angelika reassured me SO much throughout & explained absolutely everything. I had xrays, a full examination & have a plan of action set up. I'm booked in 2 weeks to start. I can't thank them & the receptionists enough, it honestly means so much to me.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this clinic for about a year now, and what I can say is that this clinic is really good. They inform you very well about everything you need to know before and after the procedures. Not being a native english speaker I struggle to understand things sometimes, so I'm happy that they are willing to explain things to me patiently. They make sure you are feeling alright during the procedure, and if you feel any sort of pain they tell you to raise your hand so they know when to stop, at some points they're the ones to ask you to make sure if you're doing alright. Absolutely amazing dentists. If you're not able to pay off the whole amount on your appointment, they allow you to pay as much as you're able to as long as you pay back what's left as soon as you can. I absolutely recommend this place, my lovely dentist Angelika has been nothing but an angel throughout the time I've started going there :) Had an appointment with Angelika and Helen today, both made me feel really comfortable and relaxed, telling me how good of a job I've done with taking an injection, not being a fan of needles it feels reassuring and nice being told I did a good job getting through it :). Can't stress enough how happy I am with the service at this place.

Fantastic experience: Steve was absolutely lovely, my daughter of 9 years was a bit nervous and she talks a lot when she's feeling like that. Steve was brilliant he put my daughter at ease explained everything to her and called her his chattiest patient of the day. He also explained everything in detail to me and asked if I had any questions. What a lovely man. Thank you for a great dental experience

Negative experience: Great staff but since Portman took over the prices Have gone through the roof £55 for just a check up shows you that. I will find another dentist

Fantastic experience: Always very friendly professional and caring and quick to pick up on any problems..but as I live out of town it would be nice if I could have both the hygienist & check up appointments on the the same day...but overall It is a great dental clinic and i would not swap it.

Fantastic experience: Recently had a routine check up to find an old filling needed replacing that I had done around 25 years ago. This was a front tooth and a tooth that I hated the look of all my life as it was crooked. Whilst undergoing treatment to replace the filling, the dentist and the dental nurse, which I must say, work in harmony and is great to see, decided to exceed my expectations by reshaping this tooth so it no longer overlapped the other. To say that I am over the moon is an understatement and still at the agreed price they quoted. Thanks you and keep up exceeding expectations.

Fantastic experience: I've always been afraid of the dentist. The team here have put me at ease and treated me with respect and encouragement.
