Fantastic experience: I visited MyDentist and was made to feel at ease straight away. Dr Mustafa Makda and Sophie are kind, caring and exceptionally knowledgeable professionals who clearly take great pride in their work. Their attention to detail is outstanding, and it’s obvious that they genuinely want to do right by me and provide the best care possible. They demonstrated a thorough and meticulous approach, taking the time to explain each stage of the process and the reasons why certain treatments were necessary. They checked-in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and created an atmosphere where I felt truly cared for. It has truly been a pleasure to be treated by them.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had an excellent experience at this dental practice. It started with a swollen face. I booked an emergency appointment with my regular dentist, Hayley. She was worried about the proximity of the swelling to my eye and said she'd like to see me the next day but was already committed but would speak with a colleague. That evening Hayley phoned me and said i had an appointment with Bobbi the next day. Bobbi drained the offending fluid and informed me that a tooth had caused the infection. The next step was removal of the offending tooth which Hayley did within a few days. Further appointments for a new denture were made. Hayley and Jade used the new AI technology to sort the denture but needed a little help from Mia, who is the scanner nurse. The time, effort and caring attitude provided by all involved is far better than I expected. Thank you all and that includes the reception staff.

Fantastic experience: I have always been impressed with the quality of provision at My Dentist. Like most people I am always a nervous patient but the levels the practitioners go to to put patients at their ease, listen to them and explain how you can look after your mouth better, is nothing short of outstanding. This is true of the dental surgeons and the hygienists - Haley, Sarah and their nurses are top of their game! Today the surgery went one better- as I was early for my appointment Mia, the scanner nurse, offered me the opportunity to have a full mouth 360° scan. The results will be used by anyone needing to give me treatment and means that uncomfortable impressions will no longer be needed before work can be carried out. I was so impressed!

Fantastic experience: Bobbi is an amazing dentist and so friendly, explaining everything clearly and precisley when I needed a new denture. The technology used is fantastic and the result superb. Fantastic experience: I can't praise Mrs Boglarka Kovacs enough for two root canal treatments she performed for me. Both were rather complex, one of them in particular, being quite far at the back of the mouth, but with her skill and professionalism the whole affair turned out to be rather a breeze. She is a very calm person that inspires confidence and that is what I needed at the moment. Also, the fact that she would take x-rays at crucial stages to show me what exactly was happening helped me a lot. Thank you very much, and to your lovely nurse, also.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from heavy wear to my teeth for sometime, and was recommended by my old dentist to look at having this corrected. they were not a large enough practice to offer the remedial work. I went for an appointment in early June at My Dentist and Dr Boglarka Kovacs (Dr Bobbi) arranged a plan of corrective treatment. For the past 2 months I have been undergoing extensive dental work to adjust my bite, remove and replace old fillings with crowns and white fillings. The work is now completed, although on going checks and monitoring will continue. I have to say that Dr Bobbi was extremely professional and competent throughout, as was her assistant Rachel. They made a lengthy and difficult process as straightforward and painless as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them and the practice for dental treatment, and will be staying with them moving forward.

The whole experience was very professional, and Sarah's attention to detail during the cleaning made me feel reassured and eager to take her advice on board. I have had a problem with a tooth for a long time and was getting nowhere with my previous dentist so thought I would try My Dentist as I was in complete agony. Fantastic experience: I went to see my dental practice in Leicester, Oakham. I saw a Dental Therapist by the name of Anna Barton. I have a bit of health anxiety, so I was a bit nervous but Anna put me at ease straight away. Before commencing the dental cleaning, she was on hand to answer all my questions and treated my teeth with great care and attention. If you want someone who has a genuine care for patients and their dental health, I would 100% recommend using her services. She will carry out a great service in a kind professional manner.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient who has had such bad experiences from dentists since a young age, I was very nervous coming here but had no choice as I was in so much pain! Waqas and Lauren were amazing. Waqas was recommended by a friend and he was ever so patient with me which kept me in control of the procedure. He numbed my gums and tested it out before he started the procedure. There was a lot of waiting around because of how nervous i was. Dr Waqas was very light handed and ever so gentle. He took his time and spoke to me through out the procedure. Lauren was ever so nice as she held my hand and was very empathetic which is what you need in that situation. I don't think I would let anyone else touch my teeth other than Waqas from now on.

Fantastic experience: I have had a number of bad experiences with dentists in the past BUT I thought Hayley & Kam today were absolutely BRILLIANT, and I would happily recommend them to anyone, I cannot speak highly enough of them for explaining everything and putting me at my ease.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely, lovely experience. I am from abroad, just moved into the UK, so a toothache was not expected. They offer me help super quick and from the person who answer the first call, to Hayley my dentist, they were all so sweet and understanding. They help me navigate not just the emergency but also mention some ways to deal with some older issues and also how to manage the system being aware of the acute pain and also the price. Honestly, I am so so greatful. I 100% recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Went to see the dentist and her assistant last night. I was due to have 4 front teeth filled on the inside face, as they were getting worn down, and also a tooth filled on the bottom row, as it needed filling. After about a hour and 15 minutes they had done the work, and I was handed a mirror and told to take a look at your 'new teeth'. I was a bit confused as the work was done on the inside of my teeth, so I wondered how I would see it. Not only had they filled the backs of my front teeth, but also repaired a chip on a front tooth, and used some kind of 'dental magic' to make my front teeth straighter and tidier. I am gobsmacked. It looks like somebody elses teeth in my mouth. I can't thank them both enough for an amazing job and a thoroughly professional service.

Fantastic experience: An initial “consultation” with one dentist after I came in with strong tooth pain did not go at all well - the pain issue was not at all addressed and I simply paid a not insignificant sum for a future “plan” none of which addressed my toothache. At this point my review would struggle for a star. However Christina ( Receptionist) proactively arranged a subsequent appointment with Dr Hayley Travers at the practice when a day or two after the initial consultation I had even more severe pain and an abscess with significant facial swelling. Dr Travers was superb, quickly understood the cause, empathised with my situation which required a solution within 2 days due to travel commitments. Antibiotics prescribed, abscess drained, and after discussing options the tooth was extracted. I do not readily write reviews but the way Dr Travers dealt with this on top of an already demanding day’s programme was worthy of very strong commendation.

I used to hate going to the Dentist but since becoming a patient of Dr Makda I have actually quite enjoyed my appointments! His friendly and personable attitude made me feel right at home and his attention to detail and genuine care over my treatment plan was incredible! Not only do my teeth look absolutely beautiful now, testament to Dr Makda's cosmetic dentistry skills, but my alignment and whitening treatment was well explained, well executed and very well managed through monthly, on time check-ups. Dr Makda made me feel as if he was personally invested in giving me the absolute best smile possible and dealt with every concern I had quickly and professionally. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth removed without feeling any discomfort at all. I was made to feel welcome and the experience was done very proffesionally. As dentists go MyDentist are up there amongst the best. However i would just like to warn people that thay are no longer NHS.

Fantastic experience: Visiting the dentist is normally stressful and uncomfortable but having had treatment today at Mydentist Oakham, although l was in terrific pain, my visit was incredibly stress free and extremely comfortable. The treatment from Dr Hayley was highly informative and skillful. Kameron was a perfect assistant. I am now out of pain and actually looking forward to my return! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great service. I had a checkup with Hayley & Kameron who were both really patient and friendly. Hayley has always been honest with me, while also being sympathetic rather than judgemental about any issues. She even remembered my history, even though the IT systems were playing up a bit since they're just getting set up in brand new building. The new facility is clean, spacious, bright and very modern. Reception is welcoming too. I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was booked in for an extraction for which I was quite apprehensive. I needn't have worried Mustafa put me at my ease and explained what the procedure would entail. Th whole process was painless and Ewa his nurse was very proficient and went through the after care instructions with me. I really couldn't fault the kindness and care shown to me.

Negative experience: Do not go to this dentist!!! They are terrible- partner has had fillings fall out after a few weeks! Appointments cancelled many, many times- they treat NHS patients like scum. Diagnosis changes all time. Completely inexperienced, totally unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Mustafa, my dentist at MyDentist. I had a long treatment session on Saturday and was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Mustafa and his dental nurse Kameran were very friendly and professional and made my experience so much better than I had anticipated beforehand. Also, Mustafa is very particular and I don’t think he would have let me go if he felt that he hadn’t done a perfect job. I would be more than happy to recommend the team at the practice to anyone.

He is warm, welcoming and comforting. He quickly offers solutions to problems, explains what he is going to do, makes sure you understand and have no questions and then he gets on with it. He is incredibly gentle and reassuring, the consummate professional. Rachel is an ideal dental nurse, she too is gentle and professional. She is very skilful and also makes sure the patient is comfortable with the procedures. I have always felt safe in the surgery and I know everyone does their very best to ensure every experience is a positive one. I am very grateful for all the care I have received. Fantastic experience: Treated on Tuesday by Mustafa (dentist) and Jordan. He is a highly skilled dentist and they work extremely well together as a team. Mustafa explains very clearly the reasons for the treatment and what will happen. He also answers any questions clearly and patiently. I was made to feel as relaxed as possible and we even managed a very humorous conversation about gardening during the treatment.

Fantastic experience: Second visit after having a root canal which was BRILLIANT, they were so gentle and gave me the right anesthesia so I nearly fell asleep during the procedure. This time was for a hygienist visit for teeth cleaning. Looked after by Claire and Jordon. The hygienist was so gentle with me because I'd previously had lots of pain and developed a fear of the dentist. The root canal fixed the pain I'd felt for years, and all the staff have fixed my fear. I'm genuinely looking forward to my next visit and am certain I'll have and maintain much better dental health because of My Dentist in Oakham.

I am extremely nervous of going for dental treatment but he was very good, he was kind and patient took time to put me at my ease he explained everything about the treatment that he would be doing. He replaced my inadequate fillings from previous dentists and now you can't even tell I have them and I am pain free! I am so pleased! He really took his time to make sure they looked natural. Fantastic experience: | cannot recommend Mustafa and his dental nurse Emelia highly enough. I needed a crown doing at short notice and to fit in with moving house. Mustafa found a way to organise this and fit me in. The tooth is also fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Joanna and her dental assistant (sorry I can't remember your name) were so good with my son who was having his teeth cleaned. They needed a bit of attention as he had missed a couple of check ups due to lockdown! They were so patient with him, really caring, explained everything clearly and actually made it quite a fun experience for him. Would definitely recommend for adults or children!
