Negative experience: I used to come to this clinic for hygiene and I didn't realise how bad the service was until I changed practice. I was booked in a few times with Milena for my hygiene appointments, and every time it was torture, physically and psychologically. She clearly wasn't good at her job because my gums would be in so much pain for a whole day after she was done with cleaning. Not only that, she was borderline abusive with everything she would say to me regarding my oral hygiene. On my last appointment she even told me I surely had gum disease, I was doing an extremely poor job at cleaning my teeth, and that I could lose all of my teeth - which obviously was quite distressing. I felt so uncomfortable that I changed practice and thank god I did. Every hygiene appointment I have had since has been pain free, my new dentist has reassured me that there are no problems whatsoever with my gums, and that I'm actually doing a really good job at cleaning my teeth. I only wish I left the Bupa clinic sooner.

Fantastic experience: Hello, my Wife and I have been patients at Bupa Princes Risborough since they acquired The Malthouse Practice. Have received fantastic care and treatment. In particular two root canal and crown procedures. Always a friendly and professional welcome and whilst “ In the chair “ kept fully informed regarding what was happening and next stages, etc. Although we have seen several different Dentists over the past few years been looked after by Dr. Jag, today assisted by her Nurse, Nandi. Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Rang with a cracked tooth and was offered an appointment within the hour. Was seen by dentist Shivani Dattan and nurse Jessy. They were friendly, professional and sorted out my tooth quickly, clearly explaining the process while doing so. Dr. Anusha Patel and her nurse, Seetal, have been looking after my 4-year-old son for the past couple of years and I cannot recommend them highly enough! My son is naturally very shy and anxious, especially in new situations, but Dr. Anusha has gone above and beyond to build a trusting relationship with him. Her patience, warmth, and gentle approach have made such a difference—he now feels comfortable and even confident about his visits. Fantastic experience: Having suffered from Bulimia Nervosa for most of my life my teeth were in a bad state. I had four broken front teeth, many missing the fillings and cracked or broken teeth. I could not smile due to my lack of confidence. I began treatment from Dr. Humza Alam and nurse Jessy. They made a good team knowing how to work together and to bring the best out of me. My appointments rarely lasted less than an hour but they never seemed that long. Each time I went to see Dr. Alam he would explain what he was going to do and included me in certain decisions and possible outcomes. Over time Humza got to know me very well even noticing that I was not myself one day. As the weeks and months passed my teeth began to feel and look better but still the front gaps made me feel uncomfortable and self conscious. As my treatment continued I was told I would have four crowns in the front. The preparation began and then the first impressions were taken and a scan of my teeth. Unfortunately I had to have two more scans before the lab could make the crowns but the end was in sight. I had some temporary teeth fitted but each time they had to be taken off they would chip a little. Eventually my four permanent crowns were fitted. I think Dr. Alam and nurse Jessy were as excited as I was. After a lot of work my teeth looked as good as my natural teeth. I am so grateful that Humza and Jessy put so much attention to detail and care, words alone can not thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the practice. I received excellent care from Dr Humza Alam and Dental Nurse Jessy. Having spent too many years avoiding the dentist, they were not judgemental and swiftly resolved several issues that had arisen. They were both very reassuring throughout and I feel notably less anxious about attending in future, which is great news for my teeth! Five stars!

Fantastic experience: Incredibly clean in reception, waiting area and dental room. All the staff are polite, friendly and professional. I can't remember the dentists name unfortunately but she was fantastic with me, kept me calm and was clear and concise with information and explained what was going to happen with procedure. The best dental practice I've ever been in.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at this Dental practice for over 7 years, it greatly improved once it was taken over by Bupa and my now regular dentist Dr. Haroon Hussain is fantastic. He's kind, patient and genuinely cares about his work and patients. I had a filling replaced today by him which as usual went smoothly, along with Nurse Jessy who was so lovely and had me laughing which really helps as I can be quite nervous of injections. I just wish they were closer as since moving home, I now make a 50 mile round trip to visit but it's worth it for the care I receive.

Fantastic experience: Root Canal Treatment. Everyone I have ever heard discuss their Root Canal Treatment has said what an awful experience it was, with injections, drilling and pain. My experience with Dr Jag and Nurse Jessy was quite different. These two delightful young ladies went about their work like a well oiled machine. Injection, minimal discomfort, drilling couldn’t feel a thing (roots dead that’s why I needed the treatment) after pain, less than the slight discomfort previously felt. I had been treated by Dr Jag before and have been very impressed with her work and professionalism. I would have recommended her without thinking twice. With the addition of Nurse Jessy to the team you could not be in better hands.

Fantastic experience: 5 * service today. My 10 year old had bad toothache over the weekend, I called today and got an emergency appointment for this afternoon. Hafsa & Connie were EXCELLENT with my very nervous daughter. They immediately put her at at ease, explained everything that they were going to do & made sure she was fully comfortable throughout the whole consultation. My daughter was elated afterwards as was I. They turned a very scary experience for a child into a positive one. Thank you so much.
