Fantastic experience: Can't fault any service I've received from the team at Bupa Dundonald. Had a few routine appointments over the past few months as well as a couple of emergencies. Team have been helpful and amazing throughout, and a special mention to the dentist Christine who's been incredible.
Negative experience: Took a full day off work as really need work done to the point I had to go to hospital for pain relief ....as traveling early I got a message my appointment was cancelled (3pm) message sent at 14.11.... Was told a manager will call no call was made I'll change my review once a manger calls me after my working hours 5pm would be much appreciated

Positive experience: Very pleased with my first appointment with Aoife Campbell (Dentist) assisted by Courtney (Dental Nurse). Found the consultation to be considerate, caring & appropriately attentive to my requirements. Especially as I attended somewhat cynical & with reservations about modern dentistry after poor experiences with two previous dental practices over the past 6-7 years. In fact, since walking into the practice as a self referral having read only online reviews beforehand, I've been impressed with everything to date from the excellent service provided by Victoria at reception onwards. Has exceeded my expectations. A good start.

Positive experience: Great wee surgery, shame about the long waiting times for appointments (4 months for a filling)
Fantastic experience: I had an appointmen yesterday with Aoife McKeown. She was the most lovely person, and made sure I'm comfortable with everything. I had a tooth extraction, and it was 100% pain free I didn't feel anything not even a bit of discomfort. Even tough there is a bit of waiting between my appontments it's worth to wait I highly recommend to anyone who want painless dentist treatment and lovely dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was petrified of the dentist until I got aoife she is the best dentist I have ever had shes always checking I'm okay and cant feel anything she puts me at ease and I'm never anxious going back will be bringing my son to her aswell hes 2. All the staff are friendly and helpful it's always a pleasant experience compared to dentists I used to be with would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Not even worth a star. Been trying to get a broken tooth pulled for two years. No one is taking new patients. Not even in pain or emergency.
Unfortunately we are not in a position to accept new NHS patients however we do have some private options available. Please contact the practice for more information regarding these options.
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Bupa Dundonald. The loveliest, most professional staff, clean surgery and they do all they can for their patients, especially at a time with COVID backlog that is extremely difficult for dental surgeries to manage.
Positive experience: Clean, very little parking but asda carpark just down the road, emergency appointment £40—80.

Fantastic experience: From my first contact by phone everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. As a terrified patient the receptionists, Ashley and Hanna, put me at ease and were able to answer every question and worry I had. I was shaking on my first visit but Aoife, my dentist,soon had me calm and I quickly became confident in her. She has such a calm manner and was expert at reassuring me. My dental plan was thoroughly explained and agreed with myself and my procedures were totally pain free. In fact I was shocked to be told that my teeth were out! I am now really excited about continuing with my plan and being able to eat pain free. Roll on my next appointment! Obviously during the current circumstances appointments are hard to get but believe me when I say that it is worth the wait. I can’t thank the practice enough.

Fantastic experience: I recently contacted Bupa Dental Care Dundonald, as a brand new patient with a dental emergency. The receptionist immediately informed me that despite Covid Restrictions being in place, the practice was accepting new patients, and I was provided with an emergency appointment the very next day All the staff in this Dental practice are warm , welcoming , friendly. Everything is explained in great detail. The place is absolutely immaculate and so bright and pleasant I received superb treatment from all members of the dental team who were involved in my care . Mark , is a lovely Dentist, very calm, gentle and reassuring. I have complete faith in him. My dental needs were met promptly and my smile restored. I am so delighted I contacted this practice in my hour of need. To date I have had 2 appointments, and both experiences were so pleasant . I would highly recommend this Dental practice and am delighted to now be one of their patients

Fantastic experience: Lovely and friendly staff, usually in and out very quickly and no hanging about when booked in for an appointment. Always send a reminder a day or two before any appointment which is great considering its usually made 6 months in advance. Thank you

Positive experience: Good place for your planned dental checkups, but hard to get in with an emergency.
