Fantastic experience: My family have been patients of the practice for a number of years,my wife's dentist is Dr Roshani Dali and she has always provided amazing service including Invisalign and teeth whitening services.I would have no hesitation in recommending her and the practice for all dental needs.

Negative experience: After 2 years of being a patient at this clinic without missing any appointments or causing any issue. I was sick for my son's appointment and forgot about it. For that my GP gave me 5 prescriptions for exploration and tests. I went to the clinic and showed what I have. They didn't even bother looking or understanding what happened. You missed it, you lost your £20 deposit. When you deal with a clinic and they call you a "Patient" but they treat you like a customer, it has to be shared. I may have lost my £20 but this will stay as a reminder to the owners that a Clinic deals with patients and if a clinic doesn't value its patients and treat them like strangers, someone like me would share their experience to allow others to think twice before using them.

Fantastic experience: Update 13/10/2025... I wanted to provide a further update on Denpure Ickenham, I attended an appointment for a check up on 10/10/2025 and again I cannot praise enough the professionalism of Dr Dali. She made provision at very short notice at my request to extend my appointment and fix a number of issues that meant I could complete all the treatment during that one visit. My treatment was flawless and was carried out with care. I am very grateful for the skills of Dr Dali and happily recommend this dental practice as one of the best. Update 11/05/2024… I wanted to further update on my experience with a composite bonding procedure performed on one of my front teeth by Dr Dali, I can’t speak highly enough of the excellent work done to address a huge gap between my front teeth. A very professional dentist and done at a very reasonably price. I would highly recommend Dr Dali and this dental practice for its very professional work. I visited this surgery not for the first time for an appointment to have a hairline crack on a tooth be dealt with. My entire experience from booking the appointment through arriving at reception and getting treatment from Dr Dali was exceptional. This has got to be the friendliest dental practice in London. The actual treatment was very professional and both the dentist and her assistant on a number of occasions stopped to ask during treatment if I was comfortable. A very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal and crown done by Nipa and the treatment was 5star. She is an expert in her field and was so so patient with me. I felt fully cared for and I’m very happy with the outcome.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr R Dali for over 5 years. She is the most lovely dentist I’ve ever visited, she makes me feel comfortable and is so friendly as sometimes it can be a nerve racking experience. I’ve always been unhappy with my smile as I have a baby tooth still and very sharp teeth in the wrong places, 5 years ago she explained to me what can be done. I firstly had teeth whitening which was so easy to use, just adding a solution to a retainer which is moulded to your teeth and once she’s happy with the colour, we went on and had my teeth filed and had composite bonding on a few teeth especially over my baby tooth and now I’ve never been happier with my smile. I couldn’t thank Dr Dali anymore for helping me build my confidence with my lovely smile. Thank you so much. I’ve had a top up recently and still absolutely satisfied with the outcome. :)

Fantastic experience: Excellent whitening and combined with the composite bonding is an easy and effective alternative to more invasive treatments, reasonably priced too especially compared to other surgeries. Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists , but I find the dentist Mandeep at this clinic the best . She is very patient, she does not rush her job and does a very good job. I have been visiting her for over 10 years and I have never had any issues with her . I have recommended all my family to her and they all visit her .

Fantastic experience: Dr Roshani Dali has used Composite Bonding to hugely improve the appearance of my teeth and protect them from future damage. With the help of some gentle bleaching to start with, the colour is much improved. My teeth now also look much straighter. I have a wonky tooth on the top at the front. With no actual straightening, the bonding has been used to make them look straight and now you would never know anything was wrong. Throughout the process Dr Dali was gentle and patient and explained it all as we went along. I would recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Firstly, I would like to mention the receptionists Carly, Julie and Cam for being so approachable, professional, very kind /helpful and with lovely smiles (!) who make sure that the patients are being very well looked after be it on the phone or in person. They will go out of their way to make sure one is happy with appointments etc. Rachel, who works her magic behind the scenes so very well too is a star in every sense!The practise is fabulously run/organised. The dental assistants (Joanna etc) are sweet and put one at ease. Mr Makhijani and Dr.Birah are amazing dentist in their respective field. The former has an amazing sense of humour and memory. He always remembers to ask after my family members by name. Both dentists have a great bedside manner, are very gentle and do great, perfect dentistry and know their stuff.They are also very polite and kind. I can highly recommend Denpure .

Positive experience: Dr. R. Dali recently did composite bonding for me on my lower front teeth. Very quick and pain free procedure that resulted in an immediately noticeable improvement in my smile. Would recommend. Only downside was the wait between initial consultation and finalisation of the treatment

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Dr Dali since she performed the invisalign procedure and accompanying appts back in 2021. Having previously dreading dentist appointments, Dr Dali’s warm and friendly nature has meant that I now attend more frequently and this has meant (alongside her ongoing expertise) that my teeth have remained very straight and I am really pleased with my current smile!

Fantastic experience: Dr Roshani Dali is a magician! She knew my anxiety levels were at their peak at the start of the session…I didn’t think I could go thru with the procedure of composite fillings. Negative experience: My family recently signed up to this practice and whilst the dentists and hygienists have been top quality the reception staff are the most passive aggressive I have ever encountered worse than GP’s surgery - should be a 5 star but you really lack in quality when it comes to your front of house. More training is definitely needed or perhaps someone more educated who is able to speak to members of the public - disgraceful behaviour.

Update 22/2/24 - Dr Makhijanj is the best. Did my complicated extraction without any issues. Even though the endodontist scared me a lot with all the possible risks but Dr Makhijanj reassured me and took excellent care to help me feel safe Updated 9/8/19- special thanks to Dr Sam P for an amazing no fuss pain free tooth extraction I have a smile I am proud of thanks to Dr Makhijani. Fantastic experience: Have always had great service by Dr Rosshini. I was recommended to her and she made a great job of fixing my smile via her cost effective dental method of bonding. I had yellowing chipped teeth and after an initial consultation and quotation I had an appointment made for a few weeks later. Work on my teeth was all done in a 3 hour appointment and I left with mended and white teeth. My teeth still look as good 2 1/2 years later. Dr Roshini is also a very pleasant person who puts you at ease through the whole process. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Such a positive first time experience with this dental centre from start to finish with excellent and efficient and friendly receptionists (Carly took my call). I booked in with an EXCELLENT HYGIENIST LORRAINE, she took her time meticulously showing me with a mirror the areas of concern, she was excellent in educating me on my dental hygiene and areas to implement change, did an excellent clean of my teeth which had some minor stains on it and recommended products tailored to my needs, I would give 6 stars, and will be a long term patient :)

Extremely punctual but flexible at the same time, especially when it comes to putting off some appointments because of work reasons. Fantastic experience: Had a lovely (long overdue) check up with Dr Baythoon and nurse Geeta - they both made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout. Dr Baythoon explained what was happening at every step, talked me through my X-rays and by the end of the appointment we were chatting like old friends! Fantastic experience: As a kid I had a bad expereince with a dentist, which always stuck with me. This made me very sceptical every time I had to go to a dental practice. However, when I came to Denpure I felt much better as the dentist Mandeep Birah explained everything carefully before even starting, as she saw I was scared. She had done an amazing job as I barely felt any pain and showed great professionalism. Due to this, after nearly 4 years I still attend appointments with dentist Mandeep Birah and couldnt be more happy with the service.
