Fantastic experience: The Dentist in Putney and also the branch in Balham is the best dentist I’ve been too. Since moving to the area few years ago I’ve never been more happy with a dentist. The customer care is superb and they go above and beyond to make sure after treatments you’re well taken care of and up to date with all required appointments. Fantastic experience: A top-notch dental practice, with lovely friendly receptionists, a truly superb dentist, who puts me very much at ease and ensures all treatment is pain-free and comfortable. They’re incredibly thorough and take the time to explain everything properly, with zero pressure. Fantastic experience: For 3 weeks l had being struggling with a problem with my teeth , the pain was awful 10/10 was the figure l gave when l saw Dr Tom at an appointment last Thursday. I had seen 2 dentists previously and they tried to find out what was happening, Xray was done but didn't show anything , the gum area was treated but the pain returned with a vengeance. I was prescribed a course of antibiotics due to symptom's and given an appointment to see Dr Tom the following week . I was pleased that l was been referred to Dr Tom as l had great confidence in him after he did a root canal filling last year . It was my first time having that procedure and l was very nervous but he looked after me so well and l did not feel a thing while he did the procedure and he saved my tooth . He has a very calm , caring way about him . When l saw him for this problem he was yet again an ultimate professional in his approach, he spent an hour trying to find out exactly what tooth was giving me such pain and decision to sorting the problem out . Dr Tom referred me to another colleague Dr Carlos who l was lucky enough to see the following morning. It was my first time meeting Dr Carlos and he was very much like Dr Tom in his time and care . Dr Tom had sent information about my situation and Dr Carlos agreed with Dr Tom that a CT scan would give confirmation of which tooth and why it was causing me such problems. Thankfully l now know that l need a root canal filling and Dr Tom is going to do it for me . Both these dentist's have been so thorough , kind and understanding to me and l honestly cannot speak highly enough of them . I must also say the receptionist who dealt with my appointments was very helpful, polite , friendly and also caring . She saw l was in pain although l was sitting quietly and offered help . Thank you .

Negative experience: Do not go here, I had 2 cavities and after the appointment, I had pain for months after- still really sensitive when I bite on them. Emailed 3 times about it and no one responded. I have never left a negative review but this is so unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Excellent local dentist with incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ll be coming back here for all my dental health needs. My only suggestion would be regarding the hygienist appointment, which felt about ten minutes shorter than the expected 30. Otherwise, a lovely practice to be a patient at.

Fantastic experience: I contacted the practice this morning as an emergency and was seen within two hours. Not only that but my dentist, Dr. Kelvin, was so warm and reassuring - I usually feel quite anxious, but he put me at ease right away and we had a great chat. The two receptionists were also really friendly - honorary mention to Zak for sorting it all out. One of the best dentists in London I reckon!

Fantastic experience: I had root canal treatment carried out by Dr Tom Coxon over two separate appointments and completed today. He (and his assistant) gave excellent patient care and he was reassuring during the whole procedure. He kept me informed before and during the whole procedure and gave me confidence in a positive outcome. The procedure was pain free and not as bad as I thought it would be. Also I would like to say thanks to the reception staff who managed to squeeze me in for these appointments during a busy period.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience from the moment I booked - shortly after, I realised I had to push my appointment back a day, so I emailed and was quickly called by reception to rearrange. There was a lot of communication prior to my appointment too to remind me, not just automated texts, but a real phone call as well. As soon as I walked in, the staff were friendly, energetic and upbeat and made me feel instantly welcomed. I had to wait less than 5 minutes to be called through to my hygienist appointment, and Emmanouil was super friendly! He did a great job, I'm really satisfied, and the interiors were great too (not important, I know, but it does change your experience). There do seem to be some negative reviews, but they are from many years ago so I don't think these are relevant anymore - not based on my experience, anyway. I also found the appointment to be reasonably priced compared to others. All in all, very happy!

Fantastic experience: After years of putting off the dentist due to serious nerves and anxiety I booked into see Tom at the Dentist. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Front of House were so warm and welcoming, and had taken the time to read my notes and concerns so they could reassure me the second I walked in. Zakia even stayed past the end of her shift to make sure I was ok after the appointment and offer any support needed. I couldn’t be more grateful. Tom was super - he is compassionate, non judgemental and very understanding. He took his time to make sure I was comfortable and managing, explaining every step of the process to me and checking in regularly throughout. He was efficient, gentle and very skilled. I am over the moon with the work I had done, and the manner it was done in. He was straight to the point, a quality I really appreciated and meant I didn’t feel judged and knew exactly what was going on. I could not recommend them and Tom more highly - I won’t be going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kelvin Onyinah was excellent. Had me in for initial checkup and clean, and then I went back shortly after for a filling. His service was brilliant, kept me excellently informed on what was going on whilst he was doing the procedure, great chat and a brilliant professional. The filling he did has been great too, solved my sensitivity issues and no pain after.

Fantastic experience: I’m new to the area and finding the dentist was so easy, also as a new patient the whole process was super easy - I had a check up, followed by all the recommended treatments all completed within 1 week. Big shoutout to Dr Kelvin and Amy for my hygiene and filling appointments, I was nervous but it was honestly the best experience I’ve had at a dentist by far! Fantastic experience: Great experience with The Dentist Putney recently for an examination, hygienist appt and follow-up filling replacement with Dr. Kelvin. Dr. Kelvin is super friendly, putting patients at ease, but also really professional and informative, sharing exactly what was going to be done. Fantastic experience: I have just joined The Dentist located in Putney High Street, and can honestly say I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. Not only were they very attentive and welcoming but also incredibly kind and understanding. Fantastic experience: I’ve put off going to the dentist for a couple years because I just didn’t know who to go to and was afraid of what the experience would be. However, I gave The Dentist a chance, and I’m so glad I did. From Zakia at the front desk to Emmanuel who gave me such helpful hygiene tips for my gums and teeth, everyone was so friendly and welcoming (and thankfully completely non-judgemental of the years I’ve not been to the dentist).
