Nicola greeted me with a lovely hello and asked how I was. Nicola explained everything that she was going to do and that I was to let her know if I needed a break. Fantastic experience: I can't praise this practice enough. I've been seeing my expert dentist, Ian Bell, for as long as I can remember and always learn something new and interesting when I see him. My hygeniest, Wioleta Szostak, is also incredible (if only my mouth could feel that clean all the time!) and is an absolute pleasure to see. All staff are warm, welcoming and organised and the practice is always sparkling clean. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Like most people I am not a fan of going to the dentist and have terrible teeth, forced my self to go and am so pleased I did. Staff at reception are friendly and welcoming. The dentist treating me was Nicola William- Park who made me feel at ease straight away. Needing several deep fillings and a couple of extractions over a series of appointment's I could not be happier with the outcome. Fantastic experience: My bridge was stuck and it was painful and uncomfortable. I was able to make an emergency appointment on the day I requested. I was abroad when this hiccup occurred and it took Dr Salman two minutes to sort it out. The reception staff were friendly and helpful Dr Salman and his dental nurse were sympathetic and solved the problem quickly.

He took the time to listen to my fears and was very calming. I’m not saying my fears are all gone but I DID book another appointment with him for a filling and for me that’s HUGE! Fantastic experience: I underwent Invisalign treatment , composite bonding and teeth whitening with Nisar Parekar, I can honestly say that the service and treatment I received was second to none, from the lovely welcomes from Carol to the treatment itself with Nisar and Sharon. The whole process took six months and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results, the excellence from Nisar and my end result of beautiful, white, straight teeth. If you are thinking of getting this done, it one of the best things I have done and these lovely professional people are the ones to go to. They made the journey a pleasure. Thank you :-)

Negative experience: The dentist that I saw when I was a patient there she wasn't even English and couldn't speak English very well either so the dental nurse had to explain what was going on and to be honest the work was sub standard and now she has gone private the question is how many patients teeth is she going to damage as mine are damaged from her work !

Negative experience: BUPA Dental Care asked me to post a review after I complained! Okay! Firstly, they make me complete a questionnaire answering questions I have previously answered every time I go to this Private dentalcare practice? They wont complete this for me but insist I do it every time before I go to the dentist. Then they charge me £77 + £28 for an inspection and a couple of x-rays that i apparently need to have done every other visit and tell me I need to have a separate filling appointment (although they knew about this before the inspection appointment - why couldn't it be done at the same time) as well as another hygenist appointment. Lots of separate appointments costing a lot more money! £493.25 for 3 separate appointments. If they were more efficient it would save the customer money. As it is they are just ripping off their customers because they can as there are not enough NHS dentists.

Negative experience: I have been registered here for7 years as an NHS patient. Laura Smith was my dentist and she was great. Unfortunately she left and I saw the new dentist once. I then received a text with a link to book my check up. The link did not work. A month after a text that check up is overdue. Link still doesn't work. I had a filling come out, so called. Told my dentist will be retiring and is only completing ongoing treatment, but I'm welcome to go private. I cannot afford private. Today, I received another text despite having phoned to try to book. I guess they keep sending them and if you've not booked a check up after 3 texts or something they scrub you from their books for non-response? I pay my NI and always have done, now I don't seem to be able to get NHS treatment. My husband has a check up booked in a month or so with the guy who is retiring...I wonder whether they'll honour that?

Fantastic experience: I made a mistake with my time of appointment. I was an hour early. Mr Parakar fitted me in within 10 minutes of me being there. I was very grateful..I had as always a very friendly experience. I'm always greeted with a nice polite and helpful receptionist team.

Negative experience: I phoned this morning for an unrelated, ongoing issue and was told randomly that the dentist I usually see would be retiring TOMORROW and that there are no other NHS dentists at that clinic, so now I have to find another dentist. Appallingly short notice. Please note that I'm not angry at the dentist for retiring, I'm angry that I was given no notice. I wouldn't have even known if I didn't call today for the other issue. You can't play around with patients like this - it's negligent and potentially dangerous.

Negative experience: Appalling service. Been a customer for over 10 years, had a filling fall out on Christmas Day and was given an appointment 2 months (yes, months) later. Was told I could go private but that would rescind my NHS patient status. In the meantime, infection, excruciating pain and offered an appointment way in the future. When I told them I'd managed to get booked in elswehere, Carol slammed the phone down on me! I would be very sceptical of the good reviews appearing here - anecdotal evidence suggests many more experiences like mine.

Fantastic experience: I went in thinking they would quickly look me over, charge me a fortune and book me in for several more visits. I came out with a full MOT, wax and polish! Amazing service!

Negative experience: Not even sure I have a dentist there nhs or private wanted a tooth refilled but dentist couldn't do as he was leaving in 8 days .... this was such a good practice not sure what has gone wrong so tooth still has hole in it I have rebooked for 6 months but they may not have a replacement dentist even if I want to go private .....

Negative experience: Awful. Been an NHS patient with them since a child. I am now 31 and pregnant. Rang for a dental appointment and the rude receptionist told me they're private now and I can't get an NHS appointment. Not once was I made aware of this.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Bupa Dental care, and dentist Iwona highly enough. Exceptional care and lovely friendly staff. I came by to see Iwona this morning having lost another crown, this time at the front. Impressions taken and new tooth to be applied to plate I already have. When will this be ready? Friday morning! Well done guys. I will never go anywhere else.

Positive experience: As an NHS client the service I received was ok. Unfortunately the dentist didn't listen and explain thoroughly every procedure. Such a shame you are not able to take on more NHS patients and dentists though .

Fantastic experience: Took my 8 year old son here with a small abscess. He was very nervous as I told him it was likely he would need an injection. Nisar was excellent, making my son feel relaxed and even making him smile. Was so gentle and quick to drain the abscess he didn’t even know it had been done! Would recommend this place.

She looked after my husband very well ( in the last stages of his terminal neurological condition) and has been looking after my whole family for many years. The receptionists and other staff are very caring and professional and the facilities are clean and modern. Negative experience: I am an extremely nervous patient and I don't feel there is any support for that at this surgery. I have particularly found my last couple of visits rather traumatic. I visited in March 2020 as I had been suffering with a tooth ache, I had to see a different dentist and unfortunately she was extremely unhelpful and blunt. Even once raising her voice which made me incredibly upset and I even felt that I wanted to walk out at that moment. However I did not and I stayed, she decided that she would do a root canal filling after saying that she couldn't guarantee it was even the correct tooth that was giving me the pain. This didn't fill me with much confidence. I then had to make a second appointment with her for her to finish my treatment. Unfortunately we then went into lockdown due to covid, meaning I had to wait over a year before I could return to finish my treatment. Even then I was confused that they had opened up to see patients for check ups, yet hadn't bothered to make patients that were already in the middle of a treatment a priority. I had to make an appointment for a check up just to even get seen about finishing my treatment. This time I saw my regular dentist 'Andre' who I find really unfriendly, barely ever saying anything to me and sitting with his back to me on the computer without even making it clear that he has finished with me, so I can leave. Only was it when the dental nurse asked him "is that all" that I was aware that I could leave. Sadly he has been like this everytime I have seen him, which heightens my anxiety over visiting the dentist even further. After visiting him most recently for a check up in the hope he will complete my treatment (over a year later) he informed me that my tooth had broken further and would recommend an extraction, due to the fact that there is no guarantee that completing the root canal filling will work. I am only 36 and am already self conscious about my teeth that the thought of losing a tooth filled me with fear and dread. I was almost in tears at this point, but there was no support, just a very blunt "what do you want to go with?" I can't help but wonder that if I had been seen sooner that there may have been more options. I also believe that as I am only a NHS patient that there is less consideration for patients and that they just want to get rid of you as soon as possible as they think of you as a nuisance. After my experience as of late I have considered going elsewhere, however my experience here as a nervous patient has put me off dentists even more so, which makes me anxious about even going to a different surgery in case similar happens again. I would have made a complaint directly but they don't appear to have a clear complaints procedure. So didn't know what else to do, I just wanted to make others aware, if they are considering joining this surgery.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service by Mr Bell today. Over 40 years experience of front line dentistry with an excellent,polite bed side manner.I dread the day Mr Bell finally hangs up his drill!

Fantastic experience: I Arrived for my Dental Check up 5 minutes before it was due. I was greeted warmly and my details were checked to book me in. I waited about 5 minutes before I was called in. Andre greeted me and enquired as to my health as i did him. He enquired about any plans i had for Christmas, and i him. My glands were checked, my teeth were checked and i was informed everything was in order and fine. I was given a form to hand in to the reception on my exit so i could pay the bill and make another appointment for 1 years time. I felt quite alarmed when i found that i hadn't brought any cash or cards with me to pay, but i was quickly re assured that it wasn't a problem and happens ofter and i could phone up later when home to pay the bill.
