Fantastic experience: I came to this dentist after a not so great experience elsewhere, and I’d always been a bit self conscious about my smile. From the first appointment, Sainath and Rebecca were very good. They listened to what I wanted, explained things clearly, and made the whole process easy and comfortable Nothing ever felt rushed, and they checked in with me at every stage to make sure I was happy with the progress. The end result is a smile I’m actually confident with now, which is a big change from before Really appreciate the work they’ve done, and I’d definitely recommend them. Our appointments are easy, smooth and a relaxing environment you almost forget your in a dental surgery, which worked wonders for my root canal last week. They are a great team!

Fantastic experience: I've been treated by So Young Park at mydentist in Winton for the past couple of years. Although dental treatment can hardly be thought of as pleasurable I've had more explained by her than any previous dentist in my 62 years and any work done has been as comfortable as possible so I recommend her highly.

Fantastic experience: My daughter went to see lovely Sue, Oral health educator. What a lovely, down to earth lady. She explained how to brush teeth properly, she showed how healthy teeth go bad, she talked about diet and how sugary snacks can affect health and teeth. She made it very clear and easy to understand for my daughter about oral hygiene and its benefits and risks. Highly recommend for any parent and their children.

Negative experience: Scammer!!! I booked them via NHS, and they don't show any information about not accepting new NHS patients. I booked an appointment and they charged me 75£ without telling me that it was private service. I paid 75£ just for a very quickie checkup and they asked me to pay 100£ for the hygenist. That's totally insane

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience recently. My regular dentist Nora is consistently great as were Hala and the reception team recently. I subconsciously put off ringing the dentist as I didn't think they would get me in for an emergency appointment quickly but they could not have tried harder to help me.

She was so engaging and my 7 year old is still talking about what she learned and the impact has been really evident. This was amazing!! Fantastic experience: I have had Orthodontic treatment (braces) with Sainath Reddy alongside usually check ups. He is the best dentist I have ever had. He is very kind, caring, gentle and explains everything he is going to do. I absolutely LOVE my teeth. Going to my appointments isn’t a chore at all, all the staff are so lovely and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic experience: I have been using this dentist for years. I have had problems with my teeth because of tmj and had to have a few teeth removed with sedation. This practice has always been kind. The dentist are really lovely and compassionate. They listen too you and have a lot of patience. They are clear with what procedures they are going too do to help you. They Go beyond too help you, giving you the best care is what they do best, they are all so lovely and welcoming. I would never change my dentist because I don't think I would find anywhere like them. Reception are also great. I have had a few emergencys when I needed too be seen because of pain. They do their best and will find you a appointment.. I am hoping that a space will be available when able for my children as I don't think there is a practice so kind, caring as this this practice. I just want too thank you all for caring about you're patients and giving them the best care. You are all amazing

Negative experience: I've been a loyal patient at Winton Dental Practice for years, but my recent experience was disappointing. I arrived 9 minutes late due to a road accident and was denied treatment, lost my deposit, and was told to rebook. Yet, in the past, I’ve waited up to 20 minutes for delayed appointments with no issue. This double standard feels unfair and unprofessional. I can no longer trust this practice and would not recommend it.

Fantastic experience: The lovely Sue - Oral health educator, came to visit our Pre-School today to deliver a fun interactive session to our children to teach them all about oral health and how to look after our teeth. The children were so engaged and loved Lenny the lion! Thank you Sue.

Fantastic experience: I would like to leave a review for Beshoy. In my opinion he is a miracle worker ! My crown fell out and a chunk of tooth broke off. I was expecting a tooth removal but Beshoy managed to save the tooth doing a fantastic repair. He was gentle and I didn’t even need an injection to numb the area. I have suffered no pain at all since having it done and I delighted with the care I have received at the practice, Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist for the 1st time yesterday. I get very nervous about dentist especially as I have to have a tooth removed. This was a preliminarily appointment. The staff were very caring, professional and helpful; carrying out the tests that they needed to and reassuring me about the process. I now feel somewhat more comfortable about the process. Thankyou. Parking was quite difficult but there is parking in adjacent roads and side streets; I would recommend leaving a little extra time to part before an appointment.

Fantastic experience: The children really enjoyed the session and had a good opportunity to ask questions. The children were engaged and this supported our year 4 curriculum objectives- thank you Sue!

Negative experience: was given a loose filling that eventually fell out, and the practice refused to fix it for another four weeks. Even after contacting 111, they still refused to see me and claimed they had no available appointments. I called at 8 AM as advised, but they still couldn't offer an emergency appointment. 111 informed me that a broken tooth should be treated as an emergency, making the practice's response unacceptable. Extremely disappointing service.

Fantastic experience: We had Sue from Oral Health education come to our nursery to speak to our over 2s about the importance of oral health. She was fantastic and the children really responded to her, they loved Lenny the Lion and helping brush his teeth. They have been telling us all about the good and bad foods. Highly recommend Sue, the programme was fantastic.

Negative experience: Terrible dentist never went back as was rude to me. Left the one in talbot village which was really good now have problems with my teeth and they are falling out and can't find another nhs one. They are a bad dentist. Also probably been wiped off the books because the dentist upset me so much. So now struggling with problems in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say i would rate all the practitioners here 5 stars but one in particular is unbelievable HALA TOUCHAN is her name and she’s the nicest dentist we have ever met and she’s outstanding with children,my children are no longer afraid of going to the dentist because of this lady..wouldn’t want to see another dentist,absolute gem

Fantastic experience: We have seen Hala Touchan a few times now for various check ups with our two young children, and cannot speak more highly of her and the team. Hala (as well as being an exceptional dentist) has such a wonderful energy with the children, ensuring they’re informed about dental hygiene whilst also keeping it fun. This means the kids actively enjoy going to see her to have their teeth checked. My youngest even had to have a filling but came out of the appointment saying ‘that was fun!’, and that’s all down to Hala’s warmth and encouragement. Highly recommend this wonderful dentist.

Fantastic experience: Not cheap as had to go private; but that aside, had 2 root canals, not the nicest thing to go through. The doc was excellent: talked me through everything; was patient when the first couple of gum injections didn't numb me up; displayed compassion, and acted when he noticed I was in pain during the subsequent drilling. Very caring assistant too, who asked if I was OK after noticing I was gripping the sides of the chair so tight that my knuckles went white! Much appreciated! Overall, I am delighted with the results. My bad tooth is filled, the infection is cleared up, and I can eat fruit and nut dairy milk once again without relentlessly reaching for the toothpick. I would very highly recommend this practice.

Positive experience: This was my first time at this dentist. I needed to have a tooth removed, and i’d never been through a dental procedure before, so was very nervous. the dentist I had was very aggressive, and didn’t seem to care that I was in tremendous amounts of pain. Whilst I appreciate that she was trying her best to get the tooth out, she told me to let her know if i was in pain, but whilst i was screaming and crying begging her to stop with my legs in the air, she carried on pulling until the point where I had a panic attack. My friend witnessed this and was tempted to interfere, and was shocked at the fact that she was disregarding my pain. However, she needed to bring in a second dentist to help get the tooth out, and he was absolutely lovely, and got the job done quickly and pain free.

Fantastic experience: Sue, an oral health eduactor come into the nursery setting and done a talk about oral health. She was fantastic and a breath of fresh air with the children. She offered lots of resources for the children to take home and lots of age appropriate activities whilst doing her talk. Sue recognised when the children had finished and so ended the session at a perfect time, she really went with the children. Thank you for visiting us at leaps and bounds day nursery

Dr. Hala Touchan was incredibly professional and made my daughter feel at ease throughout the entire visit. Her assistant, Margaret, was equally wonderful, providing support and ensuring everything went smoothly. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Dr. Hala took the time to explain each step of the process, which really helped to alleviate any anxiety my daughter had. Fantastic experience: I was reffered here by my own dentist to have my tooth taken out via IV sedation. The practise itself was very clean, welcoming and friendly. I was explained everything I needed to know. I arrived early for my appointment and was called straight in. I cant thank Larissa who did the procedure and her team that dealt with me, they were all so lovely! I have since been back to have a review and again dealt with professionally and promptly. For someone who is a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist, I definitely was made to feel at ease. I would highly recommend My Dentist and would definitely go their again if needed.

From the girls in the reception to the dentists, everyone at this practice is awesome, friendly, and professional, I've been under going treatment with both Sam ( hygienist) and So Young Park ,(Dentist) its been a long journey with the Dentist, a lot of extractions which culminated in the new denture going in today, I didn't feel a thing!! I actually thought she was lying when she said ' all done' , I was gobsmacked!! And I'm sooooooo pleased with the end result :) I've finally got my smile back , I can't recommend this practice highly enuff tbh, thank you to ALL the ladies here, you really have made my life so much better

Fantastic experience: My visits could not have been better. I suffered a traumatic experience with a dentist many years ago, and I think I may be cured! I was able to attend a check up, and then have a filling without sedation for the first time (aged 47!!!) thanks to very clear and supportive explanations from my dentist Hala, her dental nurse, as well as various members of the reception team. I will now be having regular check ups, and can even consider having further work done without the acute anxiety I have suffered for years.

Fantastic experience: I have just got home from having a crown fitted on my front tooth. I'm 50 years old and I can honestly say Hala Touchan is the best dentist I have ever had. Friendly and professional. I was nervous about having a crown done but my goodness she has done an amazing job. So a big shout out to all the staff at pine Road mydentist. I know NHS dentists are getting a lot of stick lately but this practice is one of the best. I'm so pleased. Thank you very much Hala Touchan.

Negative experience: I arrived there 12 oclock saying that I wanted to remove a tooth, becosuse is painfull , the receptionist told me that she could make an emergency appointment for me for the next day at 8:30 in the morning, with a "specialist" I accepted, the next day in the morning the "specialist" who treated me She told me that she does not remove teeth that she could refer me to a specialist, another day , so how that they can refer me to a dentist who does not know how to remove a tooth if that is what I asked for. £99 to tell me that I need remove that tooth or make a root canal £290 to remove a tooth Dont due £850 root canal treatment dont due She doesn't know how to do either. I don't know which of the two was less professional.

Fantastic experience: Hala, she is the best dentist, I have always had good dentists at this practice, however she is a wonderful dentist, I used to hate seeing any dentist, but she makes it to be a really good experience. HALA U R THE BEST, THANKS SO MUCH

Fantastic experience: Hala has restored my faith in dentists. A number of horrible experiences as a child and a few unsympathetic dentists later meant a trip to sit in that chair (and even thinking about it) shredded my nerves into fireworks. No more. Hurrah! All the team I've met at My Dentist in Winton have been very professional and friendly. And Hala especially. As well as doing some skilled pain-free work, she's been sympathetic, honest, funny and most of all, kind. She's given me a brighter new smile in just a few visits and I'm delighted. If you're reading reviews because you are anxious too, I can honestly say the worst bit is making the first appointment. Thank you so much Hala. See you in 6 months :-)

Fantastic experience: I had traumatic experiences as a child so didn’t go for 12 years to the dentist. Only just started going back the last few years. Hala is the best dentist I’ve seen since being an adult. Every other dentist I’ve seen hasn’t really cared that I’m very nervous and any questions would be answered vaguely. Hala is so nice, played music so I wouldn’t feel so bad, and helped me feel less self conscious. You can tell she wants to help people and not just make money from them. I hope she never leaves!

Fantastic experience: Can't fault MyDentist .. I am a patient at Wimborne and have had a recent couple of referrals to Pine Road to have treatment under sedation. They are all so lovely, the receptionists and the dentist has really helped the issues I have been suffering with. The gentleman that administers the sedative by canula is so calm and gentle. I do not fear the dentist any more. If you have a needle phobia or a dental phobia I highly recommend MyDentist. Wimborne or Winton. Thank you all so much.

Negative experience: Took me off the list while I was being told to hold off going to the dentist as they have such a backlog from covid, no reminder for an appointment, no warning I was being taken off, oh because they "like their customers to take responsibility" but I have had 3 messages as a reminder for an up and coming visit for my child. Also they have too many patient's to keep track of but when I was a kid we had reminders and all they had was a receptionist and a much less superior computer system. I can go private though, with the same dentist that my child is going NHS with. Disgusting. GREED. It's not just this one either, it's all the My Dentists.

Negative experience: Honestly couldn’t have asked for worse customer service from the receptionist if I had tried her name was Anna and her attitude towards me was nothing but patronising and uncalled for she rolled her eyes at me countless times and proceeded to continue her bad attitude after my appointment, when I needed to book in for another. Then received looks from a selection of staff members. Other than that everything was a pleasant experience just unfortunate the receptionist sets off the wrong impression of the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Like most, I don’t particularly enjoy the dentist and that’s why I’m taking the time to write this because Hala Touchan just gave me the nicest dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment she greets you, she is bubbly, informative and breaks things down in a way that’s easy to understand, goes through all your options and checks you are comfortable before going ahead with a change. Fantastic experience: Hala Touchan has recently taken over being my dentist at Mydentist. And what a joy she is. Always welcoming and instantly puts you at ease with her engaging manner. I always feel heard, and she goes the extra mile to ensure you are completely happy with the results. I never feel rushed, or that I’m being treated differently than a private patient, which is a welcome and much appreciated rarity. It makes all the difference. Fantastic experience: This is by far the BEST dentist around, the staff are helpful and understanding but my particular experience is with the Hygienist Sam. Sam is the nicest, most patient and lovely lady. She has helped me overcome a serious fear/phobia of just being at the dentists let alone having work done. She tells me what she is doing and puts me at ease and enables me to feel relaxed (as relaxed as one can be ... it is the dentist after all) highly recommend her and the team - brilliant!

Fantastic experience: I come to this practice specifically to see Sam Barton the hygienist, I don’t live nearby but it’s worth the extra travel as she is fantastic! Always very gentle which is great for me as my teeth and mouth are quite sensitive. Despite being so gentle she still does a much better job with the cleaning than other hygienists I’ve visited in the past – who have been far too heavy handed and even left me in pain. She’s also very friendly and lovely to chat to. If you’d like your teeth sparkling I would highly recommend paying Sam a visit!

Fantastic experience: My elderly mother had been in real pain with toothache and I was seriously worried, so I emailed and then telephoned for advice. I wish I knew who I spoke to because she was so lovely and helpful. I received a call later that evening for an emergency appointment the next day, again with kindness and sympathy. It was the same when my mother and I arrived. The kindness and care shown to her by everyone, and most especially by Hala Touchan, was wonderful. It wasn't an easy procedure but my mother was extremely well looked after. All I can say is a huge thank you for helping her to feel better, and I have no hesitation in recommending your practice.

Fantastic experience: Hala Touchan is amazing!!. She put my mind at instant ease with her very friendly and informative service.... I am so happy to have such a cheerful and non judgemental dentist... I have always hated dentists and what goes with visiting them (like most people). But having Hala has been great as she is very friendly, smiley and reassuring. I wouldn't change my dentist now.. thouroughly reccomend. Ps. The staff at the desk are very friendly and human too!..
