Fantastic experience: Had a very pleasing experience with Rasheeda & Ella last month. Rasheeda performed a miracle on my broken tooth by building tooth from very little left. Therefore no need for a false tooth on a plate. One very happy patient, admired Rasheeda, her enthusiasm to provide a solution to my problem was everything, thank you.

Fantastic experience: After not being to dentist for 32 years,after a traumatic experience as a child, i found the receptionists very friendly and helpful.The nurse Olivia and dentist Sohaib made me feel at ease.Explained everything throughout and gave me a realistic plan to make me smile again. Negative experience: Disappointed. Put my kids in the waiting list back in May 2024 not heard anything just called and apparently they can’t take the on because I’m not a patient but why wasn’t I told this before? Also the reason I’m not a patient with any dentist is because of their dentist just reconfirming my fear of dentist after I insisted on being numb for a clean due to being extremely sensitive but he would only put a tiny bit in as ‘you’d be numb all day’ instead it was extremely painful and I was in agony for a week afterwards! So if like me you are petrified of dentist your kids can’t go to one it seems!

Negative experience: Could not make me an appointment so I am now left with terrible toothache

I would like the opportunity to thank Ms Rasheeda and Ella for outstanding service provided during the removal of my child’s teeth. They acted in a professional and compassionate matter and we were very happy. Thanks for making whole process comfortable with love and care. Previously my older son had a terrible experience the dentist was annoyed at our request and proceeded to pull out my sons tooth with a pair of pliers and no anaesthetic, a horrible experience.

Also saw Mariya last week and she was amazing, also really kind and caring. Cannot say enough good things about everyone I have seen at this practice.

Fantastic experience: We have been using this dentist for a couple of years now. Xuliya the dentist is very good and explains everything in detail. I have been to visit Laxmi the hygienist today who also explained everything in detail and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth. Her dental assistant Olivia also did an excellent job. They both took their time to make sure that I was comfortable which for me was very good as I can be quite nervous when having treatment.Overall excellent service from reception team too.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had my teeth taken care of by Bupa Dental Care in Keighley since I was a child. It has consistently been a fantastic place to care for my teeth. The staff are welcoming, the practice is clean and communication is consistent. Mariya is a caring and fantastic dentist who talked me through everything and checked in throughout my appointment and treatment. Olivia was also a big part in making me feel comfortable and helping me feel comfortable. Amanda has always been a friendly face before and after an appointment who is excellent at walking you through every step of appointment making and payment. A highly recommended dental practice with wonderful staff!

Fantastic experience: My dentist Rasheeda and her nuse Ella have been more than amazing today. I'm such an anxious patient & today I had to have a tooth removed. Both of these lovely ladies helped settle me, they where both very reassuring and Rasheeda was very gentle throughout my procedure. I felt like the care I received was person centred, I wasn't rushed and I was kept at ease. Both Rasheeda and Ella deserve recognition ❣️ and a cuppa!

I came today for a dental clean with Rasheeda and her dental nurse Ella , they put me at ease with explaining what was going to happen throughout treatment, I can’t thank them both enough, you are superstars ! Negative experience: Shocking IVR loop that gives you a few seconds before your back in IVR. Treatment and experience has decreased significantly over the last few years with shorter time given to NHS patients. I always loved this practice but they have moved far away from patient care to patient finances.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Dr. Rasheeda and her assistant Mo, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. After not having a proper dental appointment for a year and not being thoroughly seen to for nearly five years— I was a bit nervous going in. But both Dr. Rasheeda and Mo were so professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole process. Mo did an amazing job cleaning my teeth—thorough, gentle, and super attentive. I left feeling so much fresher and more confident about my dental health. Dr. Rasheeda also made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Fantastic experience: I saw the dentist on Friday the 29th September 2023 and it was the second time only and the dentist Conleth Totten was amazing such a great guy and very good at his trade. The staff are all amazing as you will know if you have ever been the place is great and I would recommend Conleth Totten to any one at all he’s a true gentleman.

Fantastic experience: today i visited the dentist and i had an appointment with Rasheeda the dentist. It was her first day and bless her, she was running late with appointments but thats because she checks her patients very thoroughly and despite running late she was thorough and gave good advice as well as treatment. I was disappointed my previous dentist had left which id known for years however Rasheeda did make it a pleasant experience both for me and my son.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist practice, cannot recommend enough. I couldn’t get in to this practice as an NHS patient, but I didn't want to go anywhere else. It’s worth paying a bit extra for the assurance that my teeth are being looked after and I am given excellent advice. The dental staff are brilliant at making you feel at ease, I am informed step by step what is going on whilst in treatment, which really helps. The hygienist is the best, expert knowledge with a personal approach to patient care. Absolutely fantastic, couldn’t recommend enough ! I always receive excellent service, I can get an appointment whenever I phone or make an appointment online. Being with this practice makes me feel like I have one less thing to worry about.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this dentist for nearly 20 years and they have always been fair and reasonable. The staff are really friendly and accommodating for those last minute changes. Never had a reason to complain and really happy with their service. An extra special thumbs up for Elizabeth the dental hygienist. She works wonders keeping your teeth in top condition.

Negative experience: Never get in on time always waiting 20-30 mins after my appointment time, if i wanted an appointment 30 mins after the time i booked i would have booked that time slot, sort it out maybe tell customers their is a delay so they can choose to wait or come back! So in your reply you are full of excuses but no promise to do better or inform customers when they arrive that there will be a delay, that is all im asking for! Inform your paying customers that there will be a delay so we can choose to wait or come back when you are ready for us maybe by text!?

Negative experience: I have just had an appointment with Sohaib and his dental assistant. They have persevered to get me the best fitting denture that they possibly could. It has not been an easy job for them. They hired a special scanner to get it perfect. I am so grateful.

Fantastic experience: My Hygienist Elizabeth is always wonderful, patient and very informative throughout treatment. I have seen her for 1.5 years and she's always a joy to be around. Conleth is my childhood dentist and he's always been fantastic and has helped keep my teeth in great condition (irrespective of my health conditions). I really appreciate all staff at the dentist, they've always been kind, helpful and informative. Would highly recommend! Wait times are reasonable. The dentist/hygienist remain busy, but they work hard to see everyone where and when they can.

Fantastic experience: I have always found the team at the surgery to be fantastic, the reception staff a polite friendly and helpful. The nursing staff a friendly and supportive. Conleth the Dentist I see has been great, i had to have some work done a few years ago and he guided me through the process with a sense of calm that put me at ease.

Fantastic experience: I have been scared of the dentists for as long as I can remember and so now I’ve braved it I’ve quite abit of work to be done! Jenna was so helpful trying to find the best and cheapest option for me to pay for my treatment did not come across judgmental and nothing seemed too much to ask. I have to say the two dentists I’ve seen too have been amazing and so patient and understanding. They took the time to really explain everything to us and for that I am super appreciative! Fantastic experience: I had a filling performed by Dr Naheed Leasa, this was a small worn enamel patch on one of my upper front teeth. I am absolutely delighted, the tooth looks smooth and healthy and she made a perfect colour match. It looks significantly better than it did before, thank you so much.
