Treeline Dental Sleaford - Invisalign

Negative experience: Joined as an NHS patient earlier this year, and have had a very poor experience of the practice so far. After my initial appointment, I was told I needed an x-ray at a dental hospital. I said I had had one recently at my old practice, and was asked to request they send it over as soon as possible, and they would let me know by the end of the week if I needed to book a new one. It took over a month and around six phone calls from me before I was told I needed to book one. Had my x-ray and never heard back from Sleaford Treeline, so I rang again and was told I have been put on a waiting list to see the actual dentist (unsure who I saw before) which would take 6 months to a year. Nobody was able to tell me why this is or what treatment (if any) I need. Numerous phone calls and emails later, I'm told they can't share clinical information or give me any details, then told I need a root canal or extraction, but still given no indication of why. My tooth isn't causing me any problems, for reference. Every time I call, they say they will have to go ask someone and call me back, and then they don't call me back. No idea what is going on.

Negative experience: Had text to rearrange my appointment this is the second time now, tried to call it said I was 1st in queue I was on for 35 minutes before I hung up, no answer, called again and done ring back still no ring back, just seem to think about private patients now,

Fantastic experience: My dentist is Kacim, what a fantastic, professional, his colleague, Sam who's the nurse, is also fantastic, extremely professional. They both work together really well, they both make you the patient, comfortable and explains everything to you.

Negative experience: We were looking for another dentist with monthly payments. Both my wife and I had a checkup, I needed a filling which was booked for 4pm today. This morning they rang and ask if I could attend at 2.30pm. I arranged for my wife to come home early, needing the car to get there. I arrived at the Boston Rd surgery(where we had our initial appointment) at 2.15, the door was locked ( it said on the door lunch 13.00 to 14.00) it is freezing today and I stood there until 2.40, frozen through. I drove past in the car at 2.45 and it was still shut. Having now spoken to the surgery it appears I was supposed to be at Southgate. It would have been a good idea if someone had told us that. If we were asked to go to Boston Rd the first time you assume you go there next time. I was going to sign both my wife and myself up on a plan today. I think we will go elsewhere. Poor service.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the advice and care provided by Kasim and Sam. I required several appointments but Sam always looked after me and Kasim’s perfectionism means I have a great outcome and complete comfort. Thank you

Negative experience: I used to be a patient here. But due to work commitments a few times i had to cancel or i forgot. I rang this morning to register, online it says open to new patients. Now i'm informed they are not accepting new clients. What a load of bullcrap. I will not be recommending to anyone i know. The so called receptionists need to learn how to speak to customers kindly. Awful attitude this morning.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with the family this week and we all had excellent care and treatment. This was all thanks to Sophie and Sam who were just lovely, kind and made the atmosphere very calm and relaxed, taking their time to explain everything they were doing. Both were very smiley and chatty which in turn made us all feel very relaxed. Thank you :)

I suffer badly with anxiety, and before each appointment my nerves were through the roof, but Sophie and Sam were so kind, gentle, and reassuring. They made me feel completely at ease, taking the time to explain everything and support me through every step. When I went back on Wednesday to have my final top teeth removed, my temporary teeth were ready — and they look incredible! I couldn’t stop smiling. They’ve truly changed how I feel about myself. I would recommend Sophie and Sam to absolutely anyone — especially if you’re anxious about going to the dentist. Their care, patience, and understanding have made me a genuinely happy person again. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, very clean. They are caring and helpful.

Negative experience: Just waited on hold for 16 minutes via their 'emergency' line regarding a broken tooth. Recording stated that I was number one in the queue throughout the entire hold. Gave up in the end to try elsewhere.

Negative experience: Dreadful practice. They have cancelled my son’s last 5 appointments. He’s now significantly overdue! Blaming staff illness but not 5 times. Shame because were good

Fantastic experience: Definitely exceeded my expectations and so pleased with the end result. Dr Ogbe and Nurse Dorras were both very professional and very caring throughout my treatment and using AI was a glimpse of the future.

Negative experience: My experience has not been the best with continuing cancelling of appointments, changes of clinical staff Also being messed about with appointments my head truly a mess Reception staff some are OK and they are working with what they have but I feel I am paying my nha stamp and would like better care Sorry bad review but i truly have been messed about and my anaxity can not take anymore

Negative experience: Been ringing since Friday for an emergency appointment because of an abscess and none available even tho I'm registered and yet they are still taking on new patients. 2 days phone line downs 3rd day line not open til 11.20 instead of 10.30. if I wanted to pay £120 I could be seen straight away. Absolute joke.

Fantastic experience: On 31/05/25 I had an appointment to fix my chipped front tooth. I was apprehensive as I can be quite nervous in clinical settings. I was greeted kindly and professionally by a lovely blonde receptionist whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. I was seen by Doctor Farrah and Nurse Sam. They both made me feel completely comfortable right off the bat. They were such lovely, warm women who clearly loved their jobs, I’m sure they even said so during my appointment! I felt reassured and cared for for the entire duration of my treatment, with them regularly asking me if I was doing okay and to let them know if not. It was a small chip that I’d had for 13 years and had always been too scared to go and get it sorted, but after my initial appointment with Doctor Farrah a few weeks earlier, I felt comfortable going to her and was confident in her ability to fix my tooth to the highest standard and she did not disappoint. This appointment, whilst minor, has filled me with a newfound confidence. I am finally smiling with my teeth showing and not worrying that people are noticing the chip. It has also reshaped the way I feel about going to the dentist. It is no longer a daunting and negative experience, but a positive and rewarding one where the people in charge of your care absolutely want the best for you and are just as happy about your treatment as you are. And to Doctor Farrah and Nurse Sam, I am and will forever be so grateful to you for giving me back my smile. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone and already have.

Fantastic experience: There is no pain on earth like a tooth pain in my opinion, it does not help either especially if you are scared of the dentist and needles. I’m so very grateful to Hassan; he is professional, patient focused and has careful attention to detail. I am grateful for the reassurance and also for the detailed information he provided; also for my follow up plan. Hassan has been able to provide me with dentures - perfect colour match and style and an extraction; the end result has been pain free and a perfect smile. I am grateful that Hassan has aligned himself with Treeline Dental Practice.. My review about Treeline would not be complete without mentioning Sam… the dentist nurse is A M A Z I N G… I truly appreciate the fact that she remembers me from previous appointments, she always puts me at ease and is so very attentive… she pronounces my name correctly I think Hassan and Sam work as a great team and it shows.

Fantastic experience: Saw dentist Farrah and nurse Milie today for an emergency tooth ache. Tooth was removed with no fuss or pain, both were very kind and reassuring. Have only been using this practice for a couple of years, everybody there from receptionists to dentists and nurses are all very pleasant and helpful. As dentist go, this is the nicest one I have used.

Fantastic experience: Just been to see Dr Hassan at Treeline Dental, Sleaford and can’t praise both him and nurse Sam, enough. Really friendly, listen to your concerns and always explain what they are doing for me and why. Very happy with the dentists as a whole. Took a little while on their wait list but so glad I am with this surgery now. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: A recommendation from a friend after many days,of agony I had a Christmas eve emergency appointment after trying so many place's. Tooth extraction and honestly the least painful injections and extraction I have ever had. Relief was instant. How can this practice succeed where so many others failed? The staff were kind, sympathetic and extremely helpful. Even managed to have a laugh as unlike other place's they are real. Reasonably priced Nhs treatment included a follow up appointment soon. Despite working for Nhs before retirement this is the only occasion I can honestly say was beyond brilliant words. Lessons could be learned from Treeline. I am now registered with them after a 10 year search. Only thing I had a problem with as a Disabled person was getting through the door on my frame. Guess I can live with that and take the win! Truly gave me a Christmas miracle. Thank you everyone who helped & greatly restored my faith in human nature which is sadly lacking these days.

Fantastic experience: Great! Dr Kacim & Nurse Sam were brilliant with my partner and allowed me to sit in and watch. They made us so welcome and put us at ease. They explained everything that was happening every step of the way. Had a good laugh with them too. And my partners teeth look so good, I’m booking in to have my teeth done. Worth every penny. They even looked after me when I fell ill in the middle of my partners treatment. Great team at Treeline, Sleaford.

Negative experience: 2 cancelled appointments so the dentist can go on holiday and machines not working, try to rebook demands for money for their cancellation. Second time cancelled 5 minutes before appointment via phone call. Rude staff. Partners called dentist 3 times for the results of a wisdom tooth she was instructed to get scanned at hospital for potential removal due to pain, promises to call back, ignored and refused to Discuss with my partner without paying more money first and to attend a appointment despite my partner being in pain with it now. If your reading this do yourself a favour and look elsewhere, no point being on NHS list with this dentist if you can’t get seen, demand money for appointments they cancel and won’t discuss results despite waiting 2 months.

Negative experience: For a private service, they are very difficult to offer appointments when in agonising pain. No compassion or empathy around suffering following a filling undertaken by themselves.....no support, just wanting more money for a second emergency appointment despite this being required as I was in more pain than before the filling. Turns out I had a deep rooted infection, enflamed nerve, a cracked tooth and need lots of work and antibiotics. Was in worse condition than when I went it.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit here and saw Dr Ogbe and Nurse Sam. I can honestly say they were fabulous. I don't think I've ever been made to feel so comfortable at a dentist, plus we had such a laugh! It's something that most people dread but they were brilliant. The reception staff were lovely too. If you're struggling to find a dentist, I would highly recommend this one. Get on one of the dental plans because it is so worth it. Thankyou so much.

Negative experience: Receptionist was miserable and rude. Also told her many times they spelt my surname wrong but refused to change it. The dentist I saw didn't have a clue what she was doing. I told her the pain was on the top left of my mouth but focused on the bottom of my teeth. I repeated to her numbers of times I had an infection in my gums but asked me to point it out to her because she couldn't see it when it was pretty obvious. After 20 mins of telling and showing her she finally got the message that I needed antibiotics.

Negative experience: Utter disgraceful service! Waited weeks to put through a referral for my 10 year old to the community dentist! She had been seen late June and they only remembered to put the referral in when I asked if it had been done on the 18th August! I'll be registering them somewhere else!!! STAY WELL AWAY!

Fantastic experience: I am SO lucky and grateful, to be under the incredible care of FARRAH; a truly wonderful and skilful dental surgeon who possesses every nuance of dental care and unbelievable understanding of patients like myself, who are absolutely terrified of receiving treatment owing to a very unpleasant experience elsewhere many years ago. Over a period of time, FARRAH bless her, has helped me enormously, to overcome my dreadful nervousness in receiving treatment. Such is FARRAH’S amazing ability to understand ‘dental psychology’, she has helped me so much and I trust her implicitly. I was dreading my filling yesterday, but after numbing my gum, guiding me through my breathing before the injection, rendered the procedure totally painlessly. I also want to thank the lovely nurse, SAM who was so very kind holding my hand and talking to me, which was so very comforting. SAM said she loved her job and that was clearly evident. Sometimes word aren’t enough……but my heartfelt thanks to you both for EVERYTHING and more. Jenny xxx

Fantastic experience: From first contact to aftercare these guys are outstanding in all areas of care empathy and understanding my dentist dr Elisha Ogbemudia is bar far the best dentist I have ever experienced in dental care , as am a 54 year old man , I have had lots of dental procedures, but these guys at Treeline Sleaford are the best , and I truly that all the team at Sleaford , fantastic experience even though it’s a dental one , highly recommend their brilliant team

Negative experience: I phoned up to make an appointment as a filling had come out. I was given an appointment nearly a week later. As I had started a new job and only get 1/2hr for lunch I decided I would call 10 minutes before I was due to leave to ensure the dentist was not running late. The receptionist I spoke to was very helpful and said the dentist was on time. So I headed over. I was literally 5 minutes late due to volume of traffic. When I gave my name to the receptionist she asked me if I had filled in the pre appointment forms and then took payment from me. She then explained that I could not be seen as I was late! I asked her to please speak to the dentist as I was advised when I made the appointment it would be a 15 minute slot but it was just a check up and any work that needed to be done would be booked in afterwards. When the receptionist came back again she said she was sorry but the dentist would not be able to see me as she was about to call her next patient in. I then asked if there was any other dentist available as I was worried if left untreated I risked the tooth breaking and then it would have to be removed. While I was talking to the receptionist she wasn’t really listening to me as she was too busy on her smart watch reading messages. Eventually they managed to get me in with a different dentist who I have to say I was not overly impressed at the way he dealt with me. He was polite and asked a few question but I felt like he was rushing. I explained that thankfully I was not getting any pain and that I had eaten an apple just before getting there. Previously if I’ve ever had a temporary filling they blow some air and or water in it to ensure there is no dirt in there before putting in a temporary filling. This did not happen! Everything felt rushed and actually I had only been back in the reception are 1 m nite before the said dentist walked past with his coat on getting ready to leave. When I tried to book my follow up appointment the dating was given was a Friday some 3+ weeks later. I explained I could only do a Monday or Tuesday due to starting a new job and those being my days off. I was told it was not that straightforward or easy to swap dentists. I was informed I would need to pay again for another checkup as my treatment plan would need to be picked up by who ever I was allocated too as the treatment I received would have to be with that dentist. I found a couple of the reception staff were quite abrupt and rude! They actually told me when I asked what the latest appointment times available were, the late appointments are for private patients. I replied by saying I didn’t have the kind of money to pay private prices. One of the women in reception ( an older woman in a green and white top interupted my conversation and told me that they were working within the NHS guidelines! I get that there is red tape but the thing that narks me more than anything is that they speak to people like there are 2nd class citizen! The only reason people don’t say anything is because we are afraid of being struck off and not being able to find a new dentist willing to take on NHS.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would 100% recommend, private patient at Treeline went in today for a root canal treatment was treated with care by Anand & the nurse Dorcas. The staff at this practice are very helpful & lovely. Couldn’t fault them. See you next time Treeline

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Rebeeya due to needing quite a bit of work done. Just had 2 fillings and an extraction. Usually the dentist terrifies me but she made me feel so safe and relaxed and we even had a little laugh throughout. I cannot recommend her enough for how comfortable she made me feel during my procedure, I'm back again in a few weeks and I know I will be in capable hands and I no longer feel nervous about visiting the dentist

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely terrified of Dentist appointments, Maria was amazing and talked me through each step of tooth extraction. She was gentle and quick. I've since been back for a wisdom tooth removal...I would not want any other Dentist to work on my teeth. 6* review.

Negative experience: Amazing care and professionalism. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and Female dentists I had were amazing. Taking great care in everything they did. Explaining what they were going to do. Regularly checking I was ok and doing their utmost to make sure I was experiencing no pain or any other issues during a tooth extraction procedure. Good dentists are extremely hard to find, and the dentists I had were superb which makes them rarer. I certainly recommend them. Update: Since having a tooth extraction, I called to explain an issue since having a tooth removed (infection). Was asked to phone in the morning the following day as it was an emergency. Called as advised and the receptionist was not treating it as an emergency and said she would 'try' and see if a dentist was available otherwise would make an appointment for another day. This is not good enough and to treat as 'emergency' one day, then have a different attitude about it the following day is poor. On the basis of experiences and the way I have been spoken to since my initial review, I don't recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: Went to.treeline sleaford had rebeeyah believe her name was can honestly never seen dentistry like it appaling ... Had composite veneers at another dentist in coventry but too far to travel got a chip on one and the dentist made such a mess of it different size was soooo rough and not polished properly.Because it was late and taking time she became rude because i wanted it done to a good standard so I complained to manager.I was given another dentist for another visit very happy with her then next visit got rebeeyah again wasn't happy when saw her but travelled long way so had her again unfortunately . She again tried to fix a small chip in composite the results were laughable.. My opinion is she is the worst dentist I have had in over 50 years so I have now gone private which cost me but prefer to be confident in my dentist and get good quality work done than bad rushed work.work now done to a high standard and very happy so glad I left. Beware if your thinking of going there reviews aren't the best ..

Fantastic experience: Attending for the first time today with my son. Reception friendly & Helpful. Dr laven and Nurse Sam were amazing! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great check up 5* all round experience.

Negative experience: Took my daughter in for an appointment this evening to be told by the dentist "what are you here for" I replied the "receptionist made the appointment" the dentist turned round in an unprofessional manner and said "there is no point in you being here" he was very rude and abrupt a complaint will be made to the relevant people!!!

Fantastic experience: I brought my husband in today for an emergency appointment. We saw Rabeeyah and she and her dental nurse were fantastic! My husband is such a nervous patient and she put him as much at ease as she could and didn’t make us feel like we were keeping her from her next patient. Absolutely hands down the best dentist we’ve seen for her patient care! Thank you!

Negative experience: Waste of space. More cancelled appointments, still waiting for a tooth extraction scince last December. Only intrested if I pay for private treatment.

Positive experience: I moved to the Boston area in 2020 and this was the first practise to have an opening for NHS despite being ,20 mins away in the car. I happily drive to Treeline in Sleaford for my dentistry. The staff are always lovely, the premises always clean and presentable, and there is a vast amount of information available in the waiting area. One star lost as sometimes appointment times slip (no big deal, these things happen, as they do at the doctor's), and the fact that sometimes checkups can be a bit of a "whistle stop tour" of your teeth. Overall, a decent dentist in a well kept premises

Negative experience: 1st ever visit and sadly could be the last. my 1st impression was very clean, lovely receptionists who worked in a pleasant professional manner and made myself and family feel at ease so 5 stars to you ladies. But unfortunately my 1 star goes to the Dentist in particular for giving myself and my young child the most awful upsetting experience I’ve ever had in my whole 36yrs of dental appointments/treatments. My experience was unpleasant, unprofessional And bearing in mind there was a child preasent there was no empathy or compassion and we were made to feel more of a Hindrance and all because they were unable to perform a procedure. I appreciate your probably New to the job and still have time to mature but May I suggest more practice and understanding of working with the General public.

Fantastic experience: Had dr.ogbe remove two of my teeth today and he was absolutely fantastic, best dental treatment I’ve ever received, he was very reassuring and very understanding with me and really helped with my anxiety, would 100% recommend treeline in Sleaford to everyone. Thanks to dr.ogbe I’ve managed to face my fears of over 20 years with seeing the dentist easily the best dentist I’ve ever had.

Negative experience: Had appointment cancelled and assured a text message was sent, no message received and when questioned the individual was abrupt and wouldn't accept no message was received. Ironically when rebooked earlier in the day a message was received whilst on the phone to them when questioned about receiving message updates. First time I have ever dealt with them, never spoke to them before and they were instantly rude and not helpful.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish these incredible ladies made me feel so at ease. The receptionist Anna, you were so kind and understanding, acted quickly and got me an appointment the same morning- thank you! Nurse Sam and dentist Rabeeyah, what can I say, you were gentle, kind, informative and I couldn’t believe how quickly you got my tooth out without any issues whatsoever! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can now go on my holiday and enjoy all the food thanks to you guys! I wanted to leave a review so asked for all their names, got home to find this note… it’s the little things that make such a difference! Thank you again, Donna x

Fantastic experience: Just come from an assessment which led to having a tooth out. All the way through the dental surgeon, Kacim and dental nurse were lovely. Feeling little anxious their calm understanding presence reassured me. Explained every option that I could have with the prices. I Would highly recommend this dental surgery from a person who has had bad experience with dentist in the past. The receptionists who work on the desk are friendly and welcoming also.

Fantastic experience: From reception to treatment amazing service. Dr Atta was extremely patient and professional throughout the appointment/treatment. Sam the nurse was exceptional. Constantly checking I was ok and really helped me get through the treatment. Would highly recommend this practise. Staff were friendly throughout my visit. Thank you
