Fantastic experience: My all time favourite Dentist. Very friendly atmosphere, all the staff are welcoming and the quality of care is second to none. I've never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair.

Fantastic experience: I would strongly recommend this practice. Very high level of professionalism and expertise. I felt welcomed and at ease with every member of staff, prioritising patient centred care and empathy. I am very content with the treatment from my dentist Dr Solange Popescu (Sol) including aligners and gum shields and my regular check ups. All nurses and receptionists are exceptionally accommodating and friendly.

Negative experience: Very rude & dismissive staff with no empathy for my situation. I just phoned for an appointment and was told had been kicked off the books because I hadnt been there in over 2 years. I have checked all my emails from them and there is nothing suggesting this was a requirement or warning me to book an appointment (plenty of sales emails though)... disgusting, all so they can prioritise private patients and make more money...

Negative experience: Unfortunately, our son has had four visits with no real help or solution, and we’re now being referred elsewhere. At the last appointment, the dentist held a needle in front of his face for two seconds before saying, “He won’t let me do it,” despite previously insisting he could handle the treatment. We left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and disrespected. The dentist was also dismissive and rude, and we couldn’t help but feel that the way we were spoken to may have been influenced by our race. This experience has been stressful and deeply disheartening.

Fantastic experience: Solange and Becky are the ultimate professionals. Not only are they extremely good at what they do but they are both two of the nicest people who are able to feel welcome and at ease.

Solange is the kindest and most talented dentist I've ever met. Her dental nurse Becky is so fabulous. Puts me at ease. Both are very special and it was very important for me to tell you how I felt. Fantastic experience: Fast and on point. No messing around. Bupa app is a little clunky but not the worst. Easy to make claims on insurance after treatment and reception staff very helpful with this. Treatments and advice were great so far.

Fantastic experience: Mara is the best dentist I've ever been to, everyone else comes second by far. I've tried at least 4 practices and I can safely say that Mara is the top dentist around Warrington, Manchester and Bolton. She has fixed problems previous dentists caused, and went the extra mile to make me feel that I am in good hands. Definitely reccommend!!!

Fantastic experience: When your in pain with dental pain and leave it for months, because of the fear, finally decide to call for help, and manged to get appointment same day, omg what a relief, fantastic friendly staff on reception and very good dentist who assured me the minute I got into the deaded chair and explained what needed to be done to make better. After 5 minutes, pain relief and infected tooth removed, omg with 4 hours pain free and felt so much better..... Such fantastic service all round

Fantastic experience: I have been registered here for many years and have always been very happy with the treatment I have received. It is fairly easy to get an appointment although mine are usually booked in following an appointment. The surgery is very welcoming, clean and cheerful. I find the reception staff warm and friendly but professional. The uniform looks fresh and smart. I never have to wait long to see my dentist. She has a surgery downstairs which is easier for me. It always looks and feels clean and modern. My dentist is always friendly but professional. Treatment is smooth and doesn't take long. As an NHS patient I appreciate that I am lucky to be able to access my dentist whenever I need to. They have repaired dentures over night and the service they supply is second to none.

Negative experience: Whilst the Dentist and Nurses are lovely and really professional, The receptionists are so rude and confrontational. I was asked to pay a deposit as id rescheduled 2 previous appts. I asked how much the deposit was and it was the cost of the appointment. So i clarified that it wasn't a deposit then, i was being asked to pay in advance to which the receptionist yelled "You don't have to go here, I can cancel your appointment." Very rude and unprofessional admin staff.

Fantastic experience: Sol has been my dentist for well over a decade and although I now live 30 miles away, I still drive to have all of my treatments with her. She is ALWAYS warm, engaging and makes a visit most people typically dread an enjoyable one. Sol really knows her stuff and although is clearly under pressure with the sheer demand on her, you would never know due to the level of care she provides. This practice comes with a 100% would recommend from me, however this is purely down to my experience with Sol and her dental nurses.
